Flow triggered by Shopify coupon code?

We recently started a deal for “new customers” on Shopify . . . a coupon discount for customers who have never placed an order. I’d like to have a special email welcome for them. But I don’t see a condition here in Klaviyo that’s based on them using that coupon (the only way I can think to identify them.)How might I go about setting up a flow like this?

How do I float a button over an image in a column?

How do I have a series of product images with buttons that float over the images in two columns? I can place the button below or above the image but not on top.  I am concerned about accessibility if I embed the button into the image? Suggestions?

Viewed Product Tracking - Shopify and Klaviyo

Hi everyone, I’m trying to set up a browse abandonment flow. I can see that the integration is enabled and viewed product is checked.  However, when I test my email in my browse abandonment flow - it says the attached. Please help me troubleshoot what the problem could be? Thank you.

How do I make a replenishment flow based on Klaviyo predictive data ?

Hi,The topic is for a CPG brand, where clients consumes the product and need to rebuy it.First, I was considering a 50/50 time split (ie 30 and 40 days) for my replenishment flow trying to find the perfect time to send the email. Also to pintpoint the exact time the client will run out of the product.But, I was wondering if instead of this setup I could use the Klaviyo predictive IA with the Expected Date Of Next Order trigger.What do you recommend to have the best performing replenishment flow ?Thanks !

I’m creating text-based messages for a Flow, and copy/pasted an image into the text-based version. It previews correctly. Can we send images in text-based campaigns?

Changing Time Delays "Mid-Flow"

 Hi,  Above is a screenshot of a flow I'm building for a customer survey we'd like to launch.The functionality is meant to allow us to gauge the success of the email against half of the survey population. That way we can update the email/campaign for the other half.I created a time delay of 30 days to keep people not in the split in the flow. However, we may not necessarily want to wait the full 30 days if the first half is successful.If I changed that to 1 day after the flow is turned on, will everyone caught in that time delay be moved on after 1 day?Thank you!

Creating a flow for specific shopify collection & one/first purchase

Hi Everyone, I’m hoping you’re able to help with the definition of a specific email flow. I would like to send a post-purchase free shipping code to those who place an order that includes a product from our Christmas shopify collection. I only want to send this code to them once, so if they purchase from the christmas collection a second time they wont receive the free shipping code again. I’m a little stuck with the definition on this one and hoping the community is able to advise?Thank you!

creating a custom list from existing people in klaviyo

I’m new to Klaviyo, and I'm trying to create a custom list of select individuals already in klaviyo, as is described on the option for “list” in the image below.  When I select it, however, I don’t see any way to select any of contacts already in klaviyo.  It would save me the time of uploading their information again, and I don’t know if there are any risks of duplicates.  Hopefully something simple I missed, but I couldn’t find a way to do this in help articles.  I welcome any feedback.

Shipping Reminder Email Based on Time and Day an Order is Placed?

I am trying to create a flow that sends an email to customers reminding them of relevant shipping policy details. For example: We only send out orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week, with a daily ordercut-off time of 9:00am for same day dispatch.If a customer places an order after 9:00am on Monday or Tuesday, I would like an automated email to be sent letting them know their order will be sent the following day. If an order is placed between 9:00am Wednesday and 11:59pm Sunday, I would like an automated email to be sent letting them know their order will be sent on Monday. Despite having this information displayed in multiple areas on the website (shipping policy, announcement banner, individual product pages) we often get customers asking when their order will be sent. I tried creating a flow from scratch but I can’t see a trigger that allows for the ‘event’ to be the time / day an order in placed? I am using Klaviyo with my Shopify website.Any suggestions or workarounds w

Nothing happens after clicking "notify me when back in stock"

Please see screenshot. I just added the Back in Stock flow, and when someone enters their email, the button goes grey and then nothing happens. No confirmation screen and the window doesn’t disappear. Any ideas? The email is still coming through on my end, however.

Best Practice for Multiple Post Purchase Flows For Specific Products

Hi All!I’m still getting my feet wet with Klaviyo and email marketing in general and I was wondering what the best practice would be for a business who needed to send custom post purchase flows for each of their products. Each of these products would have a little education on how they work and how to use them, and my concern is if somebody buys multiple products at check out. Would it be likely be too much if a customer buys three different products and is now receiving three post purchase flows on each of those individual products that all go over how to use them and later ask if they’d had success with it etc? Is there a way to condense this information in a way that makes it more digestible for the customer without them feeling like they are getting blasted with emails?  Thanks for any input you can give!

Pop up-window settings

Can Klaviyo send placed order and order fulfilled emails?

Hi there,I have a Shopify and want to know if it’s possible to send the order confirmation and order fulfilled emails through Klaviyo instead of using the standard email provided by Shopify?For the order fulfilled email the order tracking number (that is added to Shopify) will need to be included as well. Can anyone offer any help/advice?Thanks,Mike

Why is my Pop Up constantly reappearing after clicking the 'X' button?

Hi there!We are experiencing this simple yet such an impactful bug that in the past couple days has literally zero-ed our conversions. Everything being invested on ad spend is being wasted. On clicking the close ‘X’ button at top right of the pop up (Signup Forms), the pop up disappears and reappears within the same second. So the user is not able to get rid of it and is dropping out.Klaviyo support is so poor to get back after 2 days. Any thoughts about the issue or how this could be resolved?

Flow customer feedback (survey tool - individual coupon)

Hi there,We set up a flow where we ask our customers how they like the clothes they bought. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the response rate, so we want to issue a voucher for a response. I am looking for a survey tool where a custom coupon code is automatically sent at the end (custom so the code can't be abused). So far we have used google forms, but here I have not found a way that submitting the answer leads to an automated sending of the coupon. Manually sending each customer the coupon is not an option.Or do you have any other ideas on how I can create the survey and send the people who answer the survey their voucher?I am looking forward to your ideas.Thanks in advanceErik

Segment Based on Email Client

In the blog article iOS 15: How to Prepare for Apple’s Changes, it states users can send to their Apple Mail users separately to measure the impact of the updates. We haven’t yet segmented our profiles by email client, and the only information I can find on email clients is in the Email Opens by Email Client. I’m trying to segment out Apple Mail profiles, like the article suggested. Any clue on how I can segment out profiles by email client? Thanks.
