Magento 2 integration issue - store is connected but data is not syncing
Hi,I am experiencing issues with integration. My developer has followed the installation guide for Magento 2 but my data is still not syncing (in the metrics tab) even though it says that my store is ‘connected’ when I am at the homepage.What does ‘store connected’ really mean and could someone please point out what I should be looking at to ensure the integration is a successful one? Appreciate it, thank you!
Can we sync one Shopify store with two Klaviyo?
Hi there! Unusual question, we have 1 store and we want a second Klaviyo account to send b2b and partners e-mails. Can we connect 2 Klaviyo account with the same Shopify account ? The goal is to be able to use products in our e-mails. Maybe it could be better to only sync the catalog ? Thanks
Back in stock notifications not working - BigCommerce
Hi folks, I’ve recently installed this following the Klaviyo documentation, however it doesn’t appear to be working. I’ve used the “inspect” tool in chrome and I can see the code snippet on the page for an out of stock item, but that’s about as far as my expertise goes with troubleshooting, and as usual, all the other posts I can find about this not working are specific to Shopify, rather than BigCommerce. Does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks!
Integration with Lightspeed X series
Why doesn’t Klaviyo connect to Lightspeed X series??? I have been frustrated that Klaviyo kept saying my password was incorrect for Lightspeed and yet I knew it was correct then realised it said R series!I couldn’t change it to any other series. I only got Lightspeed Dec last year.
Why isn't Klaviyo not receiving emails from Wheelio?
Hi. I’m facing an issue with Klaviyo. I’ve set up Wheelio (Spin Wheel) on my Shopify store the customers spin the wheel and they are awraded with a coupon. I want the emails to go to my Klaviyo list that I’ve created for Wheelio, but Klaviyo is not receiving the emails from Wheelio. Custom Back in Stock trigger
We have an inhouse custom ecomm platform that we are trying to setup Back in Stock notifications for. A daily product feed is being pushed into klaviyo already with inventory quantities. We have followed the steps in this guide: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/how_to_set_up_custom_back_in_stock to setup the API POST request on submission on the website. I can see that these requests are being added against customers accounts in klaviyo: The problem is that Klaviyo doesn't appear to be treating this like a ‘Back in Stock’ request as none of the specific ‘Back in Stock’ flow triggers or delays are appearing when I go to create the flow. There is also no option in the account settings to modify the settings for ‘Back in Stock’, as seen in this guide: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003872251-Building-a-Back-in-Stock-Flow#back-in-stock-flow-settings2 Is there something else required, in the integration, to tell Klaviyo that this is a back in stock update in the custom
Select from catalog not synced with latest products on Shopify Store
Hi, im creating a new campaign, while inserting a block “select from catalog” from a product on my shopify store, item in stock and available in all channels, I receive a message saying “No items match the current filters”. I checked the integration and we have all the other products on the store except what was just added (within the last 2 weeks). Please let me know what Im missing.

Klaviyo newsletter list not syncing with Shopify list when using a popup form
Hello,I would like to have some help regarding my issue.I have a newsletter popup form created in Klaviyo and working well on my Shopify store.The issue is that the number of subscriber in Shopify is too low comparing to the number of subscriber in the Klaviyo list. I assume that there is a sync issue.For October for example:In Klaviyo, I have 932 new subscribers from my popup. But in Shopify, I have only 104 subscribers in total. (screenshot here below).My main concern is that I am sending the newsletter emails directly from Shopify so I need my list updated in Shopify.Thanks for your support.

Filter profiles by email using contains
We are currently trying to build our custom Klaviyo integration and are somehow stuck when presenting a user a search field to search for a specific Klaviyo profile. The API states that we should use Filtering on the `/profiles` endpoint to filter for a specific profile. However, when trying to filter by email one must only use the `equals` or `any` filter. This is somewhat impractical, as users do not often search by a full email address but rather by keywords they can remember. Is there anything we’re missing here which would allow us to do a wildcard search on the profile filter fields?
Recharge and Klaviyo
Hi I am trying to integrate recharge with klaviyo using the public api key, however this seems to not be showing in my integrations tab within klaviyo. I have also tried via the recharge shopify app to authenticate with no luck - even though it says it’s connected.Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance

Hello Everyone!I have new theme Dawn, and now when I install back in stock button, it’s not a button anymore 😃It is just a piece of text. I cannot access any support as my account is older than 60 days, but I am also not a developer to fix it myself. I would be very thankful is someone from our community would be able to help me to fix the damaged code Klavyio provides for back in stock button. I want it to be as before - instead of ADD TO CARD → Notify MeI also do not want to have this button ON when product is in stock. It worked very well before but now it is al messed up and for person without coding skills not possible to fix.
Cannot retrieve Klaviyo snippet for web tracking for Google Tag Manager "Script was not installed correctly"
Hi,I’m working with a client who uses WordPress for their CMS with WooCommerce, I want to retrieve the Klaviyo snippet for web tracking using Google Tag Manager.I heard that Klaviyo.js is automatically installed when the Klaviyo plugin is installed and integrated with WooCommerce.It says in the Integrations tab in Klaviyo that WooCommerce is Enabled. It also says in the Klaviyo plugin settings within the WordPress dashboard that “Your Klaviyo + WooCommerce integration is connected!”However, when I click on the Account Dropdown in Klaviyo and select Setup Web Tracking, I get taken to a page that is for installing the Klaviyo WordPress Plugin. Since the Klaviyo plugin is already installed, I ignore the Step 1, but when I enter the URL of the WooCommerce store in Step 2 I receive the error message Script was not installed correctly.Does anyone know what’s going on?
