Pass more than email and event from Zendesk to Klaviyo

Hi all!I just set up the Zendesk+Klaviyo integration and despite only SMS is mentioned, I’m positively surprised to see that profiles and events are synced, also for past events!The thing I'm mildly disappointed is that it seems (at least for my understanding) there is no way to get more than the email and the events to Klaviyo through the integration.A real-world use case would be for instance the collection of the email consent from the help centre request form: in this case I’d be able to engage prospect customers when their source is the Zendesk request form and not any other lead-generation campaign.Did any of you faced the same issue? Did you find any work-around?I was thinking of a webhook to enrich the data but I don’t want to put a “middleman” of any kind in between and a “blind” action from Zendesk I’m afraid would conflict in random situations.Thanks for any contribution!

I need to install Klaviyo Review on my Shopify store, but I am using Yanka theme

I put this code (<div id="klaviyo-reviews-all" data-id="{{product.id}}"></div>) in many place on my store code, but still not working. Does anyone have experience in the Shopify custom theme Yanka?Another way who can help me?

Review Carousel Doesn't Expand Past 3 Reviews

API returning "'subscriptions' must be requested via additional-fields" error

Hi,We’ve been using the Klaviyo API for a number of customers without issue for a while now.  On Friday, all of our integrations stopped working when requesting ‘subscriptions’ from the get profiles endpoint due to the following error:'subscriptions' must be requested via additional-fields in order to be included as a sparse fieldsetThis is either a bug or an unannounced breaking change to the API.  The documentation for “additional-fields” states “Supported values: 'predictive_analytics'” so it seems setting it via this property is unsupported.Can someone confirm if this is a bug and when it may be resolved?Thanks

Lost old orders in woocommerce integration

Hello! We have made an integration with woocommerce. There are more than 11 000 profiles in Klaviyo, but recently we saw that 2200 of them have never made orders. After a quick check in the online store it appears that these 2200 clients had made orders before September 2022, but the orders are not visible in Klaviyo. Segmentation is not accurate while we have this problem.. I will be thankfull if anyone can help us to solve this problem.

Back in Stock Install | Shopify Symmetry Theme

Does anyone know the proper anchor for the symmetry theme? I thought I had it because at one point the notify me button did show on the front end, albeit in the wrong place. Now I can’t get it to work anymore.  Note: No need to rehash the fact that the standard BIS code is only guaranteed for free Shopify themes; get a developer, etc. I know... that’s why I am here to see if anyone else knows what it is. 😀 I’ve installed this a bajillion times in different themes without issue.

Double opt in questions after issues with Gleam API

I have been running a sweepstakes with Gleam, and had it integrated with my private API key to a list in Klaviyo. Something broke a few days ago, and new profiles stopped getting sent the double opt in emails. So now I have a list of 400 or so people, and about 900 profiles.  I am able to do an export via CSV from Gleam and can import. I tested on various email addresses, various IP addresses, and I can’t get a double opt in to be sent. I did get around to setting up my email domain this morning. Here are my questions:What could be happening? Where can I go and see the sending volume of double opt in emails? If I want to manually send a double opt in email, do I just send that as a flow?

Is activity saved before being identified

Let’s say I track product and category views, add to cart etc before the user has been identified.The user then goes to checkout - where we will do an identification after she provides her email.When we look in the profile in Klaviyo, there are only activities logged after the identification. The previous activities are “lost”. Is this by design?

Zapier integration error message

Hi there,I tried to set up a Zapier Zap.Data is coming from Excel in O365. Email Adres is in Clumn 12. Custom product feed related to profile property

Hi,I save custom properties to profile, for example printer model. I would like create a flow that would show cartridges related to this printer model to profile every 3 months. (from feed)How can this be done? Should I periodically update profile with product-ids (because products are often  changing, new models...) Or can it be done with webhook - klaviyo asks webshop which product ids are related to printer model (saved in profile)? Thank you

Hi,we are launching a new woocommerce store and don’t want to migrate existing order data.As soon as the site launches and activate the klaviyo plugin: Does all the existing data in klaviyo stay? HEX code not updating on code

Shopify issue: collecting Line Item from Checkout Started Event into Klaviyo

Hello everyone,I am currently experiencing an issue with the communication between the Checkout Started Event and Klaviyo. I have created an Abandoned Cart Flow with the purpose of sending reminder emails to customers. I have inserted a code snippet to call the properties of the line_item to make the information explicit. However, after receiving the email on Gmail or previewing the test on Klaviyo, the value of these properties (customization_id) appears as NONE.  Additionally, there are several other related properties that are not appearing as well Could you please help me identify where my issue lies? :((Why is Klaviyo not receiving properties from Shopify? Thank you for your assistance

Pulling info from typeform to Klaviyo profiles

I want to set up a quiz in Typeform that asks clients a few keys questions and based on those answers our Welcome flow will send her a product recommendation.1) I have a quiz in English and in French, but I want a single custom property in Klaviyo to be filled.Example: In english the client will answer “red” while in French a different will answer “rouge”, but I want the common custom field “color” to be populated with “red”. Is this possible?The last time I connected Typeform, it simply transferred all the quiz questions into custom fields. Can I choose to have only specific questions populate Klaviyo? Or must everything go?

API rate limit question

I am iterating over several thousands of profiles to update them.  Am I reading this correctly?https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/update_profileIt says Steady: 700/m for the rate limit?  Does this mean I can update 700 per minute ongoing without a problem?

Klaviyo and Print on Demand in stock items

I have my shopify site with some Print on Demand items from Printful, Printify, ect. and when I go into my Catalog they are showing up as Not Published.  How can I “force” these items to show up in the catalog?

Product Feed & Catalog Sources - Nothing is syncing

So I have seemed to run into something weird, where both my product feed and catalog sources aren’t syncing anything, I’ve tried deleting and re-creating to no avail.  A few months ago, all products on my site were deleted. I decided to overlook my klaviyo settings and familiarize myself with recent changes, and came across every product/category was as if I never deleted anything off my shop. At this point I am really confused. Even re-creating API does not fix this. I have a bunch (hundreds...) of products and whatnot still showing up when they shouldn’t (https://www.klaviyo.com/catalog/items and https://www.klaviyo.com/catalog/categories) - Every time I try to recreate a feed or source, it just tells me sync failed with no specification.  Both products showing up as published and not published, though absolutely none of the products that are in these feeds are no longer available on my site. I’m at the point, I need to ask for help. New Integration

Hello there,  I’m setting up my new site with my new Klaviyo.  The drop down for “Advertising Account” is only showing my personal FB page.   The drop down for “Lead Ad Settings” is only showing my business page.  I want to only link my business page.   Is it correct to select my personal FB page on “Advertising Account”?  Pam
