How do I access Live Chat if I'm on a Paid Plan and my account is disabled?

Hi @Allegra,Thanks so much for sharing this experience in the Community, and our apologies that you were not able to access our Chat feature as expected yesterday. It appears that your functionality for chat should be accessible now, but please let us know if this isn’t the case. Regarding the Account Review process that @OdorDestroyer.com mentioned above (which is indeed manually conducted by our Deliverability and Compliance team today)  – while not all of our customers get flagged for a review, many new accounts do in order to ensure our sending infrastructure is maintained at the highest quality, and doesn’t impact deliverability for other customers.  Thanks to you both for sharing this feedback with us, -Cass.

How can I get the Klaviyo Partner badge?

Hi @forman! Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in the Klaviyo Partner program! We’re really excited to hear that you’re eager to continue sharing Klaviyo with your clients. It looks like your submission to be a Klaviyo Partner has gone through, so you can now login at klaviyo.allbound.com and complete the onboarding through the Partner Academy. Arctic Leaf Cart Rebuilder for BigCommerce - does it need custom "added to cart" code added?

 @wernstrom @david.to Coincidentally, Klaviyo and Arctic Leaf will be hosting a webinar next week, Tues August 31st, alongside Hit Point Press! Although this webinar will specifically be on SMS Marketing, it might still give you some insight into Arctic Leaf. If you’re interested, you can sign up for the webinar here. Based on this news article from Arctic Leaf, it doesn’t appear that there’s any additional code needed. The links that @david.to provided above seems like a great place to start if you’re looking to implement. How does it work?The Cart Rebuilder App dynamically sends user cart data to Klaviyo so that flow recipients can receive emails with links to regenerate their cart without cookies, regardless of the device or browser they are using. The app is an easy one-click installation in BigCommerce, i.e., there’s NO CODE REQUIRED. Simply install and enable the Cart Rebuilder App from the BigCommerce Marketplace and it will immediately begin pulling cart event data to track use

Hi @gtm-server, Changing the username of accounts is something only an admin can do, so I’d be happy to facilitate this for you! However, it looks like an account for @Stape was already created as of yesterday. I can help you delete that account if you would like, and we can rename your username for gtm-server. How to display product regular price and discounted price in the product block in Klaviyo?

As @Julia.LiMarzi mentioned above, we have added this as a feature request, but I’ve also gone ahead and shared your additional comments and experiences with the appropriate teams. It looks like a team member of ours was able to get back to you this morning with some followup steps, and you’ve since reached out with some actions you’ve tried. Thanks so much for going ahead and trying a few of the recommendations our team has provided as we continue to identify a resolution.I know your post here isn’t necessarily on the issue of receiving your confirmation email with Klaviyo, but more a general ask of support experiences from other Community members. Our team does try to respond as quickly as possible to support requests, most typically within the day. In addition to access to email Support for all customers, plus Chat Support for paying customers, Klaviyo also offers a myriad of articles, training resources, live training, and this forum to serve as references for our community

How Do I Add Responsive Page Margins in Email Builder?

Hi @Doubleo, Thanks so much for keeping me honest! My apologies if my response was a little misleading, and you’re totally right that the block margin/padding displays are not necessarily independent. To help clarify how mobile margin and padding work:To add margin or padding that will only be visible on desktops, use left/right padding in the Block section of the Block Styles tab for your block. This left/right spacing will disappear on mobile. To add margin or padding that's shown on both desktops and mobile devices, use the Margin options in the Block section of the Block Styles tab for your block.You can find additional details on this in the article: How to Optimize Your Emails for MobileThanks again for highlighting this, -Cass.

has anyone ever integrated klaviyo and spotify?

@chaserbabymod agree that its an interesting/fascinating trend! I’ve personally seen a lot more brands market branded playlists as a “mood board”, and encouraging their customers to follow the playlist or listen. It’s a pretty interesting marketing engagement strategy! Would be curious to know how you and @Shopkeeper27 (or others!) envision using this kind of brand tactic, or what the ideal result would be. -Cass.

FEATURE REQUEST : Brand Library - Google Folder

@NStrand711, Thanks so much for sharing this feature request idea with the Community! I think this is an interesting use case to want to be able to link Google folders, but not something we have explored at this time. Hi @BeeBop, Thanks for being a part of our Klaviyo Community, and for sharing this feedback with us on the login page reCAPTCHA. Typically, if someone see’s the message: “Cannot contact reCAPTCHA. Check your connection and try again”, it means that your browser was not able to access Google’s reCAPTCHA servers.We recommend trying some of the following approaches in an attempt to remedy it: Check your internet connection Ensure you don’t have any adblockers preventing traffic to Google’s servers. If you are using a VPN, try again without it if possible. Clear your browser cache. Completely shut down your browser and try again in a new one. Additionally, I have passed along your feedback on reCAPTCHA to the appropriate internal team, as I understand this can certainly be a frustrating experience. Thanks so much, -Cassy

How is the iOS 15 update going to affect Klaviyo's open rate/activity tracking?

Hi @yzatolentino, This is a great question, and thanks so much for sharing it in our forum! For context to other members, this past Monday (June 7 2021) Apple announced a new set of features called iCloud+ at their World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC21). We're excited to hear that Apple has made huge strides towards their mission to protect users' data privacy!The release of iOS 15 will bring changes to how emails are being tracked within Apple's native Mail App.Currently, Klaviyo’s services remain the same, but our teams are aware of this announcement, and we're internally discussing how to best address our customers concerns surrounding how open rates and user activity tracking are affected.As we learn more in the coming weeks from the news being released by Apple, we'll keep an open communication in this thread of all updates we can provide. I don't have a business email but I put in an email in Klaviyo, is that why my emails are going to spam?

Can you clarify what type of email you included, ie. if its a @gmail, @yahoo, etc.? We generally do not recommend using an email address that is a @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, @aol.com, or @outlook.com address, as that does affect the deliverability of your emails. How to add old campaigns to new email subscribers using a flow?

Hi @RiseTogether, This is a fantastic question! Indeed, you can use Flows to do this ✨and there are many types of Flows you can create based on the actions of your audience. For your particular example, it sounds like you want to capture new subscribers, and have them receive a series of campaigns in the order that you have already. For this, would recommend reviewing this article on Creating a Welcome Series Flow. With the Welcome Series Flow, you can customize each email the customer receives to look like the campaign emails you previously sent (simply clone the campaign as a template). One call out though that is important to reference is that Flows and Campaigns have a distinct difference in that Campaigns can be sent whenever you choose to send it, whereas Flows will automatically be sent based on the action your customer makes. Hi @guptaanjali538, It sounds like you’re looking to create a single click button for customers that are logged into Shopify, which unfortunately is not supported through Klaviyo. When a customer clicks a button to subscribe without explicitly consenting through Accepts Marketing, it doesn’t qualify as consent. @david.to shares a really great response with another customer in the post below with more details on how you can Sync Your Shopify Newsletter Subscribers, but for convenience I’ll paste it below:  By default, users who create an account on your site would not be added to a list as signing up for an account because it does not equate to consent to join a marketing list. To collect consent from these contacts and to allow them to join a list, you’ll want to adjust the code for this account creation form to include an area that passes Accepts Marketing with phrasing such as “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers”; similar to the checkbox found on the checkout page.On top

SMS Australia Integration

Although the team at Klaviyo doesn’t have any recommendations for workarounds to sending SMS in Australia, we do plan on releasing SMS in Australia very soon in the near future. Signup form disappearing

Hi @Hello_CP, Thanks for chiming in on this question, and for sharing your thoughts on signup forms that disappear. It’s actually expected behavior for the signup form to close even when you’re not hitting just the “x” button. If you’re looking for a type of form that does not close out on your audience members, I’d recommend using a Flyout form, like @dov.derin recommends in the comments. Additionally, @david.to actually provides a really detailed answer about signup forms, their expected behaviors, as well as some workarounds, in this post here. For your convenience, I’ll paste parts of his response below, but I do recommend checking out the full post for some additional details!  The behavior of the popup form closing automatically after clicking anywhere outside of the form’s body, such as on the website itself, is expected behavior. Flow notification with profile's data interpolated, not recipient's data

Hi @mscheurichpatou, Thanks for sharing this in the Community - it’s an interesting use to pull in to the notification emails! For some clarity, when you’re using personalized variables, it populates with information on the contact that reached this step in the flow. So for this particular email notification to your team, it would trigger based on the action of the person or event variable. You can read more about this in the article section “Add the Notification Action” here.  Specifically: When customizing your message content, you can include personalization variables that will populate with information regarding the contact that reached this step in the flow — i.e., the contact triggering the notification. For metric-triggered flows, you can also use event variables in your message.You will not be able to use the following in your message:Dynamic coupons Data or product feeds Webview, preference, or unsubscribe link tags Please also note that the Notification Flow will not work for
