Significant drop in Open Rates

Hi,For some time now, we’ve had strong Open Rates for our broadcasts - in the early 70’s on average.  However since Feb/March, they have dropped significantly down to the late 50’s.   Digging a little deeper, I can see that Gmail seems to be the culprit as the Open Rate for these subscribers was around 70% in January but is now just 45% :(  I’m quite concerned by this as Gmail subscribers make up around 60% of our base. Does anyone know what could have caused this and how can I fix?

How do I make a replenishment flow based on Klaviyo predictive data ?

Hi,The topic is for a CPG brand, where clients consumes the product and need to rebuy it.First, I was considering a 50/50 time split (ie 30 and 40 days) for my replenishment flow trying to find the perfect time to send the email. Also to pintpoint the exact time the client will run out of the product.But, I was wondering if instead of this setup I could use the Klaviyo predictive IA with the Expected Date Of Next Order trigger.What do you recommend to have the best performing replenishment flow ?Thanks !

Shopify Markets - Any update about integration?

Hi team, we are managing 8 different stores using Shopify and we are going to migrate to Shopify Stores.There is not any updated information about this kind of integration, new functionalities, etc…For example, could we keep our 8 Klaviyo accounts) Will we need to manage just one account using 8 different lists) How about the reporting by market? There is a big lack of information from Klaviyo about this issu which affects critically to many different brands. Thank you very much

Conditional Split for Abandoned Cart Flow of High Value vs Low Value not working

Hello all,I made this Abandoned Cart flow a while back to the specifications that Klaviyo mentions, as well as fixing a little bug of the $value needing to be Price instead to register the items.The issue I’m seeing now is that the overwhelming majority are going into the trigger split “PriceAmount is less than 59.94”, aka The Low Value Cart. It’s over 99%, which seems incorrect. However, a few have gone into the High Value Cart, so I know it must be working in part. What could be causing this huge shift? I have screenshots to show.Here are the trigger filters, based on recommendations to separate our Abandoned Checkout flow as well so they aren’t getting double.Here you can see the percentages.One theory I have is that people might be triggering with Low Value initially, come back before the 1 Hour Time condition is up and add more to equal higher value, but it’s actually triggering the additions as a new low value. Is that possible? If that’s the case, is there a way to fix that?What

Opt In Form Submit Button Not Working

We have an opt in form on our website for customers to join our Discount Club, however the submit button is not showing on mobile even though it is on desktop. As a large amount of customers use mobile they are having trouble joining. It used to come up and work fine but we are unaware as to when it stopped appearing. Can anyone throw any light onto this please?

Klaviyo doesn't save contacts to the right list when they come from Google

When my traffic comes from Google and visitors sign up for a Klavyio pop-up embedded on my site, Klavyio doesn't save them to the right list.Klavyio indicate that customers sign up for my newsletter via my site and that it imports them from Shopify. This is a mistake, as they sign up via the Klavyio form.Profiles should be added to my POP UP list, not my newsletter list.Do you know what could explain this?It seems to me that this only happens when the traffic source is Google. Basically when I'm pretty sure that I should be seeing this (checked on Hotjar) :I'm seeing this :Thank you in advance for your help

How to create a custom email template in Flow

1. We've been successfully using Flow to send emails through the Evanets API, which has been functioning smoothly. However, I've encountered an issue regarding the transmission of HTML content within the email body.Specifically, I'm attempting to send a property data value as HTML and utilize it within a variable in our email template. While the HTML content is indeed sent along with the property variable, it's appearing in the email template with HTML tags visible instead of rendering as intended.Could you kindly advise if there's a workaround or a specific method to ensure that HTML content sent via the event property data variable behaves as HTML within the email template?I've attached images below for further clarification.2. We've been exploring options to dynamically update email content within Flow before invoking the event API. Our objective is to ensure that emails are sent with the most up-to-date information, providing a seamless and personalized experience for our recipient

How do I clear all Flow Filters so it displays every flow?

When wanting to view the flows I have built out, I am forced to selected a filter to display the list of flows. “1 filter selected” is shown and I am unable to clear this. How do I clear the filter so it displays every flow, no matter the type?

How to track performance of Unique Coupon Codes

I have set up a Unique Coupon code for my Customer Winback Flow but I can't seem to find a way to report on how many times the general discount code has been redeemed, how much revenue it has generated etc. I’ve tried to look at reports via Klaviyo and Shopify, but can't find any reports that I can filter by the  Unique Discount Names. I’ve seen that there's a way to search the discount name in Shopify Discounts, but it doesn't provide a comprehensive report and allow to filter by a specific time period.

Sing-up form pop up not showing (WooCommerce) worked fine until 2 weeks ago

HiyaWe use Klaviyo on our WooCommerce store. I have set up a Sign-up form pop-up to capture emails and it seemed to be working fine until 4th April, but now it’s not showing anymore. We used to have hundreds of views, but now we have 0.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Wordpress plugin, but it doesn’t seem to be working.When I look at the integration, it is enabled, and recent store data is still being synced.I don’t have an AdBlocker and am viewing in incognito mode, but there’s no pop-up to be seen.Can anyone tell me how I can get this to work again?

BACK IN STOCK doesnt appear! Please help

hello, I have a big problem and would be really thankful if someone could help me . so I have the dawn theme and I installed the back in stock code and it worked. But later I don't know when exactly I noticed it was gone and it didn't show up anymore. maybe I changed something in the theme but as I said I can't remember.  i have the original theme code and I would like to compare the two codes but I don't know which files I need to compare to find the problem. I already checked theme.liquid and there isn't any problem it must be any other file.   does anyone have an idea how I can solve the problem ? Please help me thank you

How to send reviews to older purchasers?

Hi,I’ve been using Klaviyo for my emails since December, now I would like to try Reviews, but the default setting allows me to send review requests only to people who have purchased in the last 30 days, and I can’t seem to find an option where we can send review requests to all our customers that have bought our products since December?The only option I see is to change when the follow-up is sent.

v1 API - Retrieving "unsubscribe" metric results in 404 error

Hello,we are an ETL tool and our application so far, has been retrieving data from various endpoints of the v1 API. However, on 1st April the the imports requesting from the endpoints'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/metrics'and  'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/metric/'have started to fail for the metric “unsubscribe” / “Unsubscribed. The response is a 404 error.As far we can read from docs, the v1 API will only be deprecated by June 30, 2024. Hence, we don’t have any idea why this endpoint is resulting in a 404 error for all our customers? Thank you!

My newsletter appears different on what I designed

My newsletter looks different from the design I created on mobile. Additionally, when I viewed it on my iPhone, it appeared different than it did on my Samsung. On my Samsung, I clicked on the "quoted text," and it opened the actual newsletter. Is there anything I can change in my settings to avoid these issues?

How can I display the amount a person would save if they apply a coupon?

I want to show and calculate the amount a person would save if they apply a coupon.I can show cart total with  {{event.extra.SubTotal}}E.g. I want to show how much they would save if they applied a 10% discount.However, I cannot find any information about math calculations, or whether Klaviyo even uses liquid. any help is appreciated!

Added to cart trigger on shopify home page

I'm currently working with a single page e-commerce website. We're looking to use a flow that triggers with an abandoned cart, but since the customer never goes to a designated product page, the 'added to cart' trigger isn't firing. After discussing with support they are saying an add to cart, from a product page must be used. Does anyone know of a workaround, or a way that an add to Cart button on a homepage can trigger this event in order to activate the flow?

Klaviyo API - Filtering Profiles by Phone Number Not Working

Hello,I am trying to use the Klaviyo API in order to access a customer profile by using this endpoint https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/get_profiles I want to filter out all the profiles by phone_number to get a specific profile.Right now, when I filter out by the email, I can find the profile with the associated phone number. However, when I take that same phone number and filter with that number, no records are found. I have tried this with 2 different profiles.This is the endpoint: https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profiles/?filter=equals(phone_number,"+19876543210")I am using a mock phone number, but the real one is taken from the same profile I find when I call https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profiles/?filter=equals(email,"customer@email.com")The customer has 'Accepts SMS': TruePlease help?

Help with scenario that is not working as expected

I have a form on my website allowing users to share their email address to be emailed a free guide.To do this I am using make.com and I have set up a webhook in the form allowing the email address to be passed into the scenario. I can confirm that part is working fine.The problem I am facing is that if a users email address (mine for example) already exists it can’t create a new profile, which I understand. To combat this, I added a ‘List profiles’ step to pull all users, then a router so that if the email address already exists, add them to the list so that they get the email from a flow in Klaviyo, or alternatively create them a profile. I can’t seem to get the filter “if already exists’ correct.Has anyone had a situation like this before? I feel this is a really straight forward task that is proving a nightmare. It’s worth noting, if there is any easier way to do this, please do share as I would rather do this right than make my method work if it isn’t best practice. Any help would

Updating LIST property using update_property_link

I am trying to add a value to a custom property, which should be a LIST.Unfortunately, the list is overwritten by the value I entered in the link - instead of the value being appended to the list.I have googled and searched this forum, finding some older posts about this - and no solution. Hopefully something has happened during the 2-3 years since last post about it :) Is it in anyway possible to add a value to a property of type LIST when clicking a link in an email? I looked into the flow solution, using segments. But you can’t trigger a flow when a profile has been updated so … Any ideas?
