Hi, Is there a way to get this information from the API? 

Hi,I have integrated Klaviyo with my Shopify and Gempages site, and I have a form now successfully showing up on one of my pages.However, when I go to submit the form I get the following error:“An error occured when submitting. Please try again later.”I have gone through the help page and double checked that the button is a “submit” button and that the list it is submitting to exists.​​​​​​​Any help would be much appreciated.

I have an embedded contact form on my WordPress site.When users submit the contact form, I need to disable two-factor opt-in in order to receive the alert that a submission has been made. I’m now receiving these alerts, whereas before I wasn’t - likely because users weren’t clicking the second opt-in email confirmation.Secondly, how can I make it so that when an existing user or profile submits another contact form, I still receive the internal alert notification in my inbox?Finally, I’d like the internal alert email I receive to include all the information from the contact form - specifically the person’s first name, last name, and the message they submitted.If I have other forms with custom fields (like my Bulk Order Request Form), how can I include those custom fields in the email as well?I’m not sure if this last part is possible, but can the email I receive also be set up to auto-reply to the user who submitted the form?How can I set this up?Thanks.

Hi, this is the reverse scenario of most of the posts I’m finding on here: Instead of removing a user from MY Klaviyo account, I want to remove MYSELF as a user on clients’ accounts after our engagements are completed. Is there a way to do this myself, instead of asking them to delete me from their accounts?

I set up a Code, triggered by a custom event.The idea was that when that event was triggered, a new attribute is calculated and added to the profile custom properties.The problem is that the Code is never triggered, I set it live and I tested it and it works as expected within the test, but despite several events, I see the logs tab empty.I also tried to use the “webhook success” trigger (with some filtering to only use the right webhook), but doesn’t work as well.

Hi, I’m trying to find a good loyalty program app for online and store customers which syncs with Klaviyo. Features i’m looking for include:loyalty card / customer number ability to bring the card up on your smart phone wallet ability for push notifications shows customer balances / points / credit for them to redeem on purchasesDoes anyone have any tried and tested examples. I’ve checked out the Embargo App which looks quite seamless however they’re more tailored to hospitality where as i’m in search of something for jewellery / fashion and integratable with shopify.  Any direction much appreciated!

Is there any way to see which links in an email lead to conversions if the URLs for each link is the same?For example, I link to the home page in a few places on an email, but how do I know which link is the one leading to conversions? Is it the homepage link in the header, at the footer, or elsewhere? Is there a way to differentiate link clicks if they’re to the same URL? 

I have an existing form and want to send to a new email and SMS list but I can’t find where to do that. The ai bot’s answer was wrong. Did Klaviyo remove the ability to do that? I don’t want to start over, but if I have to, is there a way to turn my form into a template so I don’t have to start completely from scratch? On another note, I think this form here is broken. There are no subjects where it says “choose your subject.” Those are sub forum names it looks like. I had to choose something, but it’s wrong.On still another note, someone needs to train the bot better. It was great a year ago. Really sad to see it go so far downhill. I see this in other apps as well. 

Currently, Klaviyo syncs one metric with Salesforce CRM: Became Lead, says the documentation. Does it present a limitation? Does it mean that I can’t view a lead’s subsequent journey (e.g., converted to opportunity, became a customer) in Klaviyo? Please help! 

I don’t have a paying subscription at the moment because we’ve had to cut expenses recently. I am trying to export my customer reviews but I am not receiving the email notification. I am unable to contact support via email or chat since I don’t have an active subscription. I need another alternative ASAP!

Getting 500 server error. Probably some problematic template/s thats been causing the issue. I have attached a screenshot of the curl request/response which narrows it down.Current date: 2025/12/11 Filter `created -> less-than 2025-12-11` outputs 200 with the list Filter `created -> greater-than 2025-12-11` or even `greater-or-equal` outputs 500 with the error Same thing if no filter or fields are provided.What is the solution for this? Is there a way to find the problematic template causing this error? 

Hi, When copying the flow which contains trigger filter :Has not been in flow at any time  API response with filter applied  The flow is being copied without a problem, but then when I try to adjust the trigger filters in copied flow I get error such as:Error displayed when trying to apply filters Filters itselfThe workaround: delete the “Has not been in flow at any time” filter and re-add it manually by hand before publishing flow. Although workaround is working, it is an extra step, which involves human labour. Presumably an issue is in your backend service. Maybe I am doing something wrong? Or when can be this issue resolved?Thank you for your time!

We’re using a Klaviyo signup form to collect applications and the flow is triggered when someone submits that form and joins the list. After submission, we send an internal notification so our team can review the application details. From there, we only want applicants who are approved by our team to continue through the rest of the flow, while unapproved applicants should not receive any follow-up emails.I wanted to ask if there’s a recommended or best practice way to build this kind of approval based setup in Klaviyo, where progression through the flow depends on a manual approval step.

I checked the klaviyo onsite tracking, it is working. it is tracking all events except for added to cart metric. i tried a lot but can't get that metric. when i try creating a cart abandoned flow it says “We have not received any recent Added to Cart events.” How do i get the metric?do we need to set the code snippet in shopify custom liquid? If yes, then where is the code? if we still need the code then why did klaviyo removed the snippet code from every page of their site? why are they not giving us code? can anybody provide me the code and guide me how to install it properly in shopify?Thanks.

Need assistance on dedicated sending domain. 4 days ago i set dedicated sending domain on kalviyo, but after that we are not receiving any replies from our customers. and today the sending domain is disconnected from klaviyo. The domain is from Godaddy. i have selected dynamic routing. i don't know where the problem is.

I have long used the “Preview segment details” when building segments to spot check profiles and view customer timelines, however I just realized that the 10 example profiles shown in segment details are 100% guaranteed to be the oldest (earliest date created, or earliest date any action taken) profiles in that segment.I understand it does not say anywhere that these are “Random” profiles, but the preview column certainly implies that. Having them be specifically your OLDEST profiles in that segment is actually not a great snapshot at all of the types of profiles the segment might contain.Is there any chance Dev could fix this to be explicitly RANDOM fprofiles pulled from the segment being created?

I can’t seem to export reviews anymore. Klaviyo used to let us download the CSV file directly through the website portal but now it requires you to open an e-mail download link that they send to you.Unfortunately, the e-mail download link does not work and it only comes up with an empty file with the titles of the fields but nothing else in it.Does anyone else have this issue or know a fix?Regards,Luke

Hi, this might be a silly question but I’ve seen people share an image of a complete email they’ve created, i.e. one long image/strip that can be shared with team members to review and approve the content/layout etc. I know you can send a test email and see everything that way, but I want to crate a document in which I can paste each email in a flow for team review and approval. I don’t know how to do that without taking individual screenshots. Many thanks! Nat

Im trying to get connect a button element to activate our pop up form from Klaviyo on Wix. The button is in the hamburger menu, could that be the issue? I have literally put 10+ hours trying to figure this out thinking it would be simple. Is there any one I could pay to fix this? or is there a fix to this never ending problem? Thank you in advance!

After talking to my clients we decided that registering to text Texas is not worth it for their business at the moment (not enough business coming from Texas to make it worth the expense of registering). What are the best ways to exclude Texas from SMS? This is what I’m thinking:Adding a filter to my SMS flows to prevent those with their State Profile Property set as “Texas” from entering Create a segment for SMS subscribers excluding those based in Texas  Profile Property → State → TexasIs there anything else I should be thinking of? An additional filter to ensure no SMS slips through?  

Hi all,My client has been experiencing low click rates (0.4-0.8%) in campaigns over the past few months, despite high open rates (60% on average) and decent conversion metrics (placed order rate and RPR are good/fair). Bounce, unsubscribe, and spam complaint rates are all within healthy limits.In October 2024, I conducted a full campaign audit, improving segmentation, timing, and messaging. What’s the best setup in this case?Should we: Create a separate Klaviyo account for the Canadian site, or Keep everything under one account and manage segmentation, domains, and flows there?
