Different email confirmations for the same list

Hi there, I am new to Klaviyo and have a question about the email confirmation process. I have heard it is advised to have just one list for you email subscribers so I am using just one list.My strategy is to use 2 sign up forms for subscribing to my list.One form where I will let the customer subscribe in return for an E-Book on my website One form where I will let my customer subscribe in return for a 1-year warranty on my product they bought on AmazonMy question is, if it's possible to send these 2 different subscribers 2 different email confirmations, where they can confirm their email.One where I give them the E-Book in the confirmation One where I give them the warranty for their confirmationOtherwise, if that's not possible. How do I create different welcome flows to these 2 different subscribers, where one will receive their E-Book in their welcoming email, and the other one will receive their warranty on their product in their welcoming email?Thanks for helping out, and wishin

Bulk Upload Property Filters for a Segment

I have a list of around 300 custom properties we are using and I’d like to find a way to bulk upload them to a segment definition filter. Right now it seems like my only option is manually enter them as “OR” filters but this is very time consuming for so many properties. Surely there has to be an easier way to do this?

Inflated click rates?

Is anyone else experiencing massively inflated click rates? We started noticing it from about 2 weeks ago to now, and it’s showing an over 200% increase to our monthly click rate averages. When looking at individual campaigns as well, they’re also looking to be incredibly higher. Does anyone know if this is just a Klaviyo issue being worked through or what else would be causing this?

Hello!  I am looking to create some customer surveys. Does anybody have any suggestions of platforms that you use that work well with your KLAYVIO account. Shopify product description shows with HTML tags

Hi guys, I am setting up a back in stock flow and was wondering how I could add the product description. I am using the following code, which pulls the description dynamically from the catalogue.{% catalog event.VariantId integration='shopify' %}{{ catalog_item.description }}{% endcatalog %}However, the description includes HTML tags (see Screenshot). Integration to Wordpress

Hi, Can anyone help and let us know how to integrate Klaviyo onto Wordpress but not WooCommerce.  We used WP to develop our website but we are selling services, not products, so we don’t need an eCommerce platform, hence not using WooCommerce.Thanks for your help!Kev

Nurturing sequence with marketing resources. How to make sure they don't start at the same time?

Hello, I have different guides that clients can download, and each guide has its own flow. How can I configure the flows so that clients receive the guides they download but that the flows do not start at the same time? If someone signs up for two lists, they can complete one flow first, and the next one starts when the current one is finished.

Subscribe and get Free PDF products with the same Email address

Hi, I’m new here :)I need help with the app. I have an online store offering 5 free PDF products. I want a signup form on each product page so visitors can enter their email and get the PDF via email.The problem is, if a visitor subscribes once and gets a PDF, they can't get another PDF with the same email from a different product page.How can I set it up so visitors can use the same email to get different PDFs from different product pages?Thanks in advance :)

Abandoned Cart link woocommerce not working

The returned to cart link is not working in the abandoned cart emails with Woocommerce integration. Once you click on link it will bring you to a empty cart. It shows the correct product in email though. Any idea why it’s not saving the cart?

Enrolling Customers manually Into An Email Flow

I  am in early stages of giving away 1,000 bags of our new flagship product, the Frozen Life Bar.  I meet many people individually to drop off the bags, but I need a way to enroll people manually into an email flow since they do not go through the website.  So far I have not seen a way to enroll people manually.  Please help me figure this out. Time is of the essence.

Welcome email not sending when customers subscribe to newsletter

Hello. I’m having trouble with my welcome email not sending to customers when they sign-up for my newsletter. It works with my pop-up newsletter sign-up form but not with my embedded newsletter sign-up form. I’ve searched the forums and tried everything that was suggested and it’s still not working. Any suggestions on how to get this to work are greatly appreciated.

I see that you can get a Random Sample of a list, but I am looking for a way to break our main list into 4 equal parts.  Is there an easy way to do that within the platform?

Shopify/Klaviyo: is there a way to send better product recommendations?

Hi All,We are using Klaviyo for a Shopify brand that has thousands of products (apparel store with graphic tees).We want to build out a flow in Klaviyo that sends out regular emails (ex: few times per week), that acts like a newsfeed that contains product recommendations based on the topic category of the graphic tee they purchased (ex: customers who purchased dog shirts to only be recommended dog shirts and people who purchased cat shirts only get recommended cat shirts).I've been searching but can't seem to find any tools or a method that can recommend products that any given customer is more likely to buy, but keep the product recommendations fresh.Klaviyo has ways to create product feeds to get part way there, but.... If we were to set this up as a flow to send multiple times per week, each customer will likely keep getting fed the same products. Is there some way we can only show products that have not already been recommended to that customer? Klaviyo has an option to show "Pro

All my email sign ups default to never subscribed

Hi,  I created a sign-up form with integration on my Shopify store. The email subscribers should be added to a newsletter list on submitting the form, but they don’t and their profile defaults to ‘never subscribed’.  How do I make sure they are added to the list and they are marked as ‘subscribed’? I’ve looked through all the form settings and I don't seem to find an option.  Is there a way to bulk move everyone that is now defaulted to ‘never subscribed’ but actually did to ‘subscribed’?  Seemed a pretty banal issue but I don’t seem to be able to crack it.  Thank you

Discount (Sign Up) Popup when Customer leaves Cart

I have tested this popup, and it works, but…….Issue is the list “confirmation email” needs to be different for this specific Sign Up Form. Two unique list email confirmation is not a thing from what I can tell.What I Want:Customer adds to their cart Views cart Navigates away from cart and this triggers the popup that says “want a discount right now?”  email field.  Where should I send coupon? button says “send me my coupon”.  (list is double Opt in) Confirmation Email subject is “Here is your coupon”.  Email has the coupon as promised and underneath is a an offer to Subscribe to the newsletter and reasons why etc.  If you are interested, hit subscribe, if you are not, enjoy the coupon and delete this email etc.   Button says subscribe.   They buy with a discount. Popup converted! If they subscribe it is a bonus.  It also means they did not subscribe for the discount and will not unsubscribe the very next email. Hello,We send out a lot of gifts on behalf of people and I am setting up a reminder flow to send out to senders. How do I add in the recipients name (shipping name) rather than the sender? e.g Hello, a year ago you sent XXXXX a gift. Feature Request - "remember me for a week" (or similar) on login page

Hi,Since starting with Klaviyo I’ve noticed I get asked for 2FA every time I log in and that when returning to the website my session isn’t remembered.I don’t know of any service that’s this strict. It’s actually quite annoying when I’m on the same browser/device every day!Even payment services like Stripe give you the option when signing in to be remembered for that browser for a week.It seems a bit overkill for an email/SMS platform.

Campaign with conditional blocks based on points balance?

Hi there! I am looking to create an email campaign that prompts our points program members to use their available rewards. I have rewards redeemable at the 500, 1000 and 2000 points marks. I am using the app Smile.io, and it integrates with Klaviyo so the customers points balances are available as a custom property (the custom property is called Smile Points Balance).Would it be possible to show conditional blocks to these customers based on available points range? I am new to using custom logic within Klaviyo.The set up I was thinking is: Customers with 500 - 999 points see the 500 points reward block onlyCustomers with 1000 - 1999 points see the 1000 points reward block onlyCustomers with 2000 + points see the 2000 points reward block onlyThe issue I am experiencing is that customers with higher balances will meet the requirements for all 3 blocks, but I only want them to see the block for the highest reward they qualify for. I know you can use custom logic to show numeric values as
