Profiles missing from reported campaign metrics

Ran into an issue the other day when we were looking at the click events for a specific campaign.  Here’s what’s going on:We see the click event for that campaign on the user’s profile.  We also see the user show up on the campaign Link Activity page for the campaign (for the specific URL that they clicked). However, the user doesn’t show up when we visit Recipient Activity » Clicked for that particular campaign.Is it possible that there’s a filter on the Recipient Activity » Clicked view that’s removing this particular user?

Welcome flow not sending emails

Hi Community, I recently integrated my Shopify store with Klaviyo, I followed everything on the startup page and created a welcome series flow but unfortunately the flow is not triggering I have tried from multiple devices and different email addresses. I have gone through all other related topics and nothing seems to work. I have tried the following:Double checked the flow list (newsletter) Changed list preference to single-opt  Duplicated the flow  Flow is live and active Any help and guidance is highly appreciated. Looking forward to learn more about Klaviyo and be part of this amazing community.  TIA,

Urgent Request for Refund and Account Plan Cancellation – Extremely Frustrating Experience

Dear Klaviyo Support Team, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience using Klaviyo and to request an immediate review and refund regarding my subscription. A few weeks ago, I decided to switch from another email marketing service and give Klaviyo a try. I was charged $665 shortly after starting my plan. However, within just one week of usage, I realized that the platform did not meet my needs and was not suitable for my business. When I attempted to cancel or downgrade my plan, I encountered serious issues:  There was no visible button or option to cancel or downgrade my subscription, despite following all instructions available on your website. I tried deleting my entire audience and creating new segments to meet lower-tier plan requirements, but the interface completely froze—even though I use a MacBook Pro M4 with 24GB of RAM. Newsletter form is too long when I test send. All sections aren't visible and gets cut off.

Hello everybody, I am making a newsletter but the problem is that its too long when I try to test send it. I've tried to adjust the sizing of pictures, font size etc but its still too long. Any way I can fix it? I have also tried to delete some sections to essentially make it shorter but nothing works. The bottom section are too long when I test send to my gmail both on computer and phone.  Any way to fix this since nothing seems to be helping.

Featured review carousel background will not change

I added a feature review carousel to my homepage but the background is white. When I go to settings and change the background style, the background color is not covering the entire section, but only a small block around the cards. So now theres a white section on my homepage. How can I change this? I use Shopify. Thank you in advance.Mieke

Displaying Store-Specific Address in Email Footer Using One Klaviyo Account

I'm using a single Klaviyo account to manage multiple stores (locations/brands), and I’d like each store's specific address to appear in the footer of the emails, based on which store the customer is associated with.Is there a recommended way to dynamically display the correct store address in the footer using custom properties or profile data?Ideally, I’d like to avoid creating separate accounts or duplicating flows for each store.

Radius / rounded corners for blocks

I just want to round the corners of my images without having to use externals apps. I have seen multiple threads about this, but it still hasn't been resolved. This was a feature previously but has been removed why?

Feature Requests: Rounded corners for product feed images

Like the title says, it would be great to have a feature where we can select rounded corners on product feed images. The alternative now is going into Figma or Photoshop. 2 problems with that:It has to be a PNG image It can’t be a dynamic feed (Ab checkout, browse ab etc.)

Issue with Added to Cart Flow Triggering on Shipping Insurance

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with the Added to Cart metric for a client on Shopify who offers shipping insurance.I was able to hide the shipping insurance from the checkout flow, but since the Added to Cart flow triggers per event, it’s been tricky to manage. I added a filter so the flow doesn’t trigger when the only item in the cart is shipping insurance. However, most of the emails going out still show only the shipping insurance, since it’s often the first product that triggered the event.I searched the community but didn’t find anyone reporting a similar issue. Has anyone else dealt with this on Shopify? I’d love to hear any workarounds or best practices to make sure that emails aren’t showing just the shipping insurance.Thanks in advance!

Hi, I’m trying to find a good loyalty program app for online and store customers which syncs with Klaviyo. Features i’m looking for include:loyalty card / customer number ability to bring the card up on your smart phone wallet ability for push notifications shows customer balances / points / credit for them to redeem on purchasesDoes anyone have any tried and tested examples. I’ve checked out the Embargo App which looks quite seamless however they’re more tailored to hospitality where as i’m in search of something for jewellery / fashion and integratable with shopify.  Any direction much appreciated!

How to stop bots

Hi there, We’re looking for a double opt-in alternative to prevent our list from being spammed. Recently we have been attacked by bots. I can see there are a lot of fake emails, but their domain is @gmail.com, so I can’t bulk delete them, segment them or do anything that’s not manual. I don’t understand how to prevent it from happening, because we have double opt-in activated.Any suggestions in how to prevent them and how to delete them?Shop is made in shopifyThanks.

Bonjour,Ce weekend j’ai lancé une campagne vers les clients potentiels d’une liste restreinte, RAS jusqu’ici.Par contre le client converti, listé dans Campagne > activité des destinataires > Converti, apparaît dans Woocommerce comme étant venu directement sur le site (“source: direct” dans l’onglet des commandes Woo).C’est bien le même client, avec la bonne adresse mail.Qu’est-ce qui pourrait expliquer que la source du client ne soit pas reconnue côté site? Je suis assez étonnée du problème car j’ai récemment eu un client converti suite au mail automatique de panier abandonné de Klaviyo qui lui a bien été reconnu par Woocommerce!Merci d’avance :)

Data mismatch between API and Klaviyo dashboard

Hello,We’ve noticed some mismatches between the data that we get from the API and the data on the Klaviyo dashboard.For the campaign highlighted in red here for example, the API returns 1756 for the recipient count.Moreover, the click rate and open rate don’t match either. We arrive at 63.38% for the open rate by computing unique email opens / recipient count. This is not explained by the recipient count mismatching alone obviously, so there is a discrepancy in the email open count as well.Finally, the value for opened emails is different if we request them by day vs by month for the same 30 day date range. We (partner app) are missing incoming webhooks even when the webhooks response says enabled.

Hi, use webhooks to get event data and subscribed to `event:klaviyo.received_email`. Starting 2025-09-02, we stopped getting webhook deliveries for a subset of our connected accounts.When we check the status of the webhook using the API, it says enabled. We also did not see a corresponding increase in non-2xx response from our servers to the webhook urls that would indicate klaviyo may be in backoff or may have disabled the webhook.Patching the webhook using the API seems to have got them unstuck but we are unsure of what happened and if it might happen again.

Is there a way to sync form questions from Google form into Klaviyo's customer profiles?

Hi there! Say if I were to create a survey using Google form (its free!), what is the best practice to have the information collected from each form question directly synced/ updated into the Klaviyo’s customer profiles? I know that we can use Typeform/ Survicate to create the survey as these 2 survey platforms have direct integration with Klaviyo. However, I am trying to explore other ways that could possibly save up cost.

Will emails marked as draft stop a flow?

Hi,Quick sanity check please. The attached picture is one of our flows - a post-purchase flow which includes a couple of emails which ask for a product review. We are moving our product reviews to another service that we are trialling, so I want these 2 emails to not send for now, so I marked them as draft. However I want the option to re-enable them if we don’t like the new service, so don’t want to delete them.Questions:if they’re marked as draft, they will definitely not send to real people, correct? however will the flow logic continue past these 2 draft emails so the flow will move on with the other emails and commands until it finishes?Many thanks,Gareth

Amazon refugee needs help

This is embarrassing to admit but we have never engaged via email marketing with our Shopify customers.  It used to be easy… they just found us.  But no more.  Trying to escape from Amazon and get control over our sales.  Here’s the context… and I would REALLY appreciate your input. Healing the Heart Pet Loss is our site launched in 2014 and recently updated. Our flagship product is a pet remembrance picture frame gift set… most often purchased as a gift to be shipped directly to a grieving pet lover.  It is personalized and handcrafted.  A set of our customers are very loyal… we are their go-to source when they need this item. Downside is the need for this product is limited to the pet loss event.Our customer list currently shows 1109 people.  Here’s a segment breakdown:7% are subscribed76% have purchased at least once10% have purchased more than once24% have not purchasedI am a newbie to Klaviyo and anxious to get going.  My intention is to “reintroduce” us to our list, communicate r
