Has anyone come across this platform and is using it? It sounds great / sounds like tech that Klaviyo should have built in (!) but it’s expensive and want to see if anyone is using it and can vouch for it?

Hi there, I have two signup forms on my site. One is a Klaviyo pop up sign up form, and one is a Shopify sign up form in the footer. When a customer subscribes via the Shopify signup form, I see a profile created in Klaviyo, but I do not see them sync to the Klaviyo newsletter, as I have it set up:I want all customers who sign up via Shopify to automatically sync to the Klaviyo newsletter. There are a few other blog posts about this, but none of the solutions have worked for me:I have double opt in enabled for Klaviyo and double opt in disabled for Shopify I am using the Debut theme, which is a Shopify free theme, not a third party app theme The problem isn’t that the integration isn’t working. It is working, but the customers coming from the Shopify sign up form are not being added to the newsletter list (only to profiles) I am not migrating anything over from Mailchimp, as that has been the problem for some peopleI’ve looked through so many posts about how to fix this and nothing see

Hi,  We currently use Klaviyo for mywebsite.com (US) and are now launching mywebsite.ca. What’s the best setup in this case?Should we: Create a separate Klaviyo account for the Canadian site, or Keep everything under one account and manage segmentation, domains, and flows there? I want to be able to let my site visitors choose their location/country from a drop-down list when they signup but at the minute I have to create a manual list and enter all 190+ countries as options. You have a drop-down list with country under “Phone”, couldn’t you just take that exact piece of code, remove the extension information, and use that as a drop-down list for “Country”? It would save a huge amount of time, especially as you cannot clone a Signup Form across different lists, meaning you have to enter the same 190+ countries every time you create a form for a new List.

Like the title says, it would be great to have a feature where we can select rounded corners on product feed images. The alternative now is going into Figma or Photoshop. 2 problems with that:It has to be a PNG image It can’t be a dynamic feed (Ab checkout, browse ab etc.)

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with the Added to Cart metric for a client on Shopify who offers shipping insurance.I was able to hide the shipping insurance from the checkout flow, but since the Added to Cart flow triggers per event, it’s been tricky to manage. I added a filter so the flow doesn’t trigger when the only item in the cart is shipping insurance. However, most of the emails going out still show only the shipping insurance, since it’s often the first product that triggered the event.I searched the community but didn’t find anyone reporting a similar issue. Has anyone else dealt with this on Shopify? I’d love to hear any workarounds or best practices to make sure that emails aren’t showing just the shipping insurance.Thanks in advance!

Is there any way to see which links in an email lead to conversions if the URLs for each link is the same?For example, I link to the home page in a few places on an email, but how do I know which link is the one leading to conversions? Is it the homepage link in the header, at the footer, or elsewhere? Is there a way to differentiate link clicks if they’re to the same URL? 

Hi Guys,  I would like to set up a dynamic Discount for my welcome flow. However I want the discount to be possible to use for the customer within 7 days. So in my understanding it should expire after 7 days.  But when I set expire after 7 days in the coupon settings, I am not able to add codes and also not able to sent through a flow. I need to set not expiry or a fixed expiry date. Now I understood that this expiry date is not related to the expiry of codes after sent to a customer but rather how long this coupon is active in my Klaviyo and Shopify.  So my question is, how can I set up dynamic coupons that will be sent to customers through a flow that expires after several days (so that the customer does not come on the idea to use that code after half a year for example). Or do all dynamic coupons sent with klaviyo have the sent time of being active? ThanksMax

Hi everyone,I am moving from Mailchimp to Klaviyo and one difference I have noticed is how email lists are handled. Unfortunately, there is something in the way Klaviyo organizes lists that doesn’t make sense to me. I have watched every video in the Academy and on YouTube, and nowhere does it give an overall explanation about how a contact database is structured or displayed.  So, I have a couple of questions.When I first go to the Lists and Segments dashboard, I see a bunch of default lists. Is there one master list?  Are things like Lead Platform, Preview List, Engaged (30 Days), Email List, SMS List simply segments of some larger master list? If so, where do I find the master list?   If I want to see what segment a client belongs to, where do I find that?  When I go into something like Email List, there is no way to see the segments to which a contact belongs. Hi there,I had reached out to klaviyo to show custom profile properties for given campaign's recipient activity tab but was told by an employee that its not possible to see custom profile info on recipients table below:  I was told to instead try to get this data from API end. I am able to grab aggregate opened, clicked data for a given email from looking at events with metric opened, clicked but am not sure how to grab the converted data shown in picture below.I am basically trying to grab clicked, converted and opened count for each email for a given campaign.Any help is much appreciated! 

I tried to reply to my own email that I sent from klaviyo, but the message didn't get sent. Instead i got a message from ‘Mail Delivery Subsystem’ that says “Message may contain a virus. Your message wasn't delivered because it may contain a virus.”This way I can't get any reply from customer.The dedicated sending domain is verified and connected as shown by klaviyo. what might be the problem?Thanks.

Hi,I have set up my pop up window wrong and the 2nd step of signing up wasn’t visible (the text and the background colour was the same. So many new subscribers couldn’t finish the process. I have their email addresses in profiles, but how do I make them merge into my email list? Many thanks, Silva

Hi there! I was trying to set up SMS webhook integration in Klaviyo Flows. While I got the flows working, the Test Send Request sends out a blank error - the weird part is that the Test goes out successfully even with the error. See screenshot:This seems to come up inconsistently - after a few Send Test Requests, it sends out Successfully sent webhook response and then in the next Test Send Request this comes up again. Note that the test send request fires the SMS successfully even with the blank red error banner.Could anyone tell me what could this possibly mean? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi everyone.  I currently have a website being built so for now I’m just creating a landing page to start collecting emails for my waiting list. I’ve created a full page through klavyio’s sign up forms, and I think I’ve done everything correctly. There are none unresolved issues, but it won’t generate an URL for me.  Has anyone experienced this  before or know what else I could try? Thank you in advance 🙂

Hi everyone,I’m running a Meta Lead Form that captures email addresses and creates new profiles in Klaviyo. Everything works fine — the contacts are added to our list and we can start sending them flows right away.The problem is with the “How they found you” field in the profile view. After a user fills out the Meta Lead Form and search us on google the source is displayed as google.com, even though the first touchpoint was the Meta ad.I’d like the source to stay as Facebook (or “fb”) when the lead originated from the Meta Lead Form, regardless of any subsequent organic search.A couple of things I’ve noticed:When the user submits the lead form, they see a “To the website” button. Clicking that button correctly sets the source to fb (or facebook.com) because the UTM parameters from the ad are still attached. If the user instead goes to Google, searches for our brand, and then lands on the site, the source switches to google.com, which overwrites the original Meta attribution.What I’m lo

When I am using the https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profile-import from Make.comKlavyio is returning a success (200) with the response with the updated profile with the correct values.However when I search for the profile in Klavyio the profile is not getting updated. 

Our website recently had its regular monthly update, following which, I received a few emails from Klaviyo that Klaviyo is no longer authorized to connect to WooCommerce. This is strange as the website is still showing the plug in is activated, and I’m still able to subscribe to the email list from the website. If everything’s connected and running fine, why am I still getting this alert email from Klaviyo?
