Solved

Hi all, We are running into an issue with the Browse Abandonment Flow and could really use some suggestions for those who have faced something similar before. The flow is currently showing a 13% bounce rate over 30 days, which seems unusually high and impacting our wider delivery scores.I’ve already gone through the usual checks for list hygiene, content, and flow settings — but nothing has stood out as the obvious cause. I also turned on Smart Sending to see if that made a difference, but unfortunately it didn’t.Has anyone experienced something similar, or are there other areas you’d recommend looking into? We do have a dedicated sending domain already done

Hi,I’m excited to try out the new functionality to create/update system draggable templates but I’m running into a few issues. It seems like whenever I try to do anything with a template that has a universal content block in it I get errors such as follows with an update: Klaviyo error (non-retryable): Template T4axuT contains universal blocks and cannot be updated. Universal blocks are reusable components shared across multiple templates.I also tried to copy the definition from an existing template and create a new template with that definition and I got a similar error that I can’t use universal_id in template creation. Is there no way to reference universal content blocks or update a template that has a universal content block? The sites that I work with all heavily leverage universal content blocks for reusable components, particularly headers and footers and such so it would be necessary to be able to update those kinds of templates for this to work.Does anyone have any familiarit

I work for a smaller company so I only send about one campaign a week but I do have many Flows. Smart Sending is causing too many emails to be skipped. In fact more emails are being skipped than sent, and I know this shouldn’t be. There is no reason for that many emails to have been skipped (it just doesn't add up).My Flows are very targeted, one profile is nearly impossible to receive multiple Flow emails. Has anyone else had this problem? And yes, I have turned off Smart Sending to fix this issue for now, I would just like to know if this has come up for anyone else.

My WooCommerce integration is enabled, but completed orders are not appearing as purchase events in Klaviyo.Website: https://experiencebee.comKlaviyo Site ID: W8e8j4Klaviyo WordPress plugin: 3.8.3, activeFindings: A paid order completed July 27, 2026 is missing from the matching billing-email profile. That profile shows Started Checkout but no purchase events. Test order #16852 completed October 5, 2026 using a 100%-off coupon ($0 total). Its matching Klaviyo profile also shows Started Checkout but no Placed Order, Ordered Product, or Fulfilled Order. All five Klaviyo webhooks are Active. The test order’s order.created and order.updated deliveries both received HTTP 200 OK at approximately October 6, 2026, 01:55:36 UTC. The webhook destination’s account identifier matches my Klaviyo Site ID. Please investigate why these acknowledged order notifications are not producing purchase events, including whether orders going directly to Completed affect processing. Please also advise

I want to setup Klaviyo with Shopify ( prestige theme ). I already had the back in stock flow active, ( i deactivated it) because the problem is that we have a multi language store. I want to have the back in stock popup in English, German and Dutch language) for our .com .com/de and .com/en. So i want to be able to translate the popupIs it possible? If yes then how?

Hi everyone,I submitted my OAuth app for approval more than a month ago, but the status still shows “Submitted for review” under Integrations → Manage apps. The app currently has 5 installs.Has anyone here recently gone through the app review process? How long did it take, and is there a recommended way to follow up or check whether anything is missing from my submission? If a Klaviyo team member comes across this post, I’d also appreciate any guidance on getting a status update. Thanks for your help!

Hi,Can anyone at Klaviyo arrange for me to get a product demo. I’ve filled in the form and so far not had a reply.ThanksAndy

Since at least 23 September 2026, our POST /api/flows requests have returned Cloudflare origin errors. The first five attempts used API revision 2026-04-15. I changed to 2026-07-15 and received another 504. Time (UTC) Revision Status Cloudflare Ray ID 23 Sep 18:56:49 2026-04-15 504 a3fbc3469e3386fa 23 Sep 19:05:08 2026-04-15 504 a3fbcf71dbd4f77f 23 Sep 19:20:07 2026-04-15 502 a3fbe5694cf4f77f 23 Sep 20:56:15 2026-04-15 504 a3fc723749cc86fa 24 Sep 07:14:33 2026-04-15 502 a3fffbf18a6d2b0f 24 Sep 08:59:37 2026-07-15 504 a40095d9cf5986fa  Other endpoints appear to work normally. GET flows succeeds, and we checked the Flow list after the create attempts. The Flow we tried to create is not there; these attempts have not produced a Flow visible in our account. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Is there something we can do on our side to fix this?

Hi everyone,We’re using the Klaviyo Salesforce CRM connector with Salesforce NPSP, with Contacts selected for syncing. Can someone confirm whether new and updated Salesforce Contacts are automatically synced to Klaviyo on the hourly sync, or do we need to manually click Re-import?

Flow: Abandoned Cart, triggered by Checkout Started (Shopify integration). Email #1 is skipping every recipient with "Email Syntax Error" — including clean addresses. Smart Sending is OFF. We disconnected and reconnected the Shopify integration today — issue persists. Real customers are being lost. Store: ekoneu.com. Klaviyo plan: Free.

I’m testing a simple question around win-back segmentation:If a product normally has a 30–45 day reorder cycle, is “45 days since last purchase” enough to decide that a customer should enter a win-back flow?I’m finding that the same lapsed window can represent very different situations:• genuinely overdue• naturally low-frequency• stockpiling after a large order• seasonal purchasing• recently engaged but not ready• previous support issue• little current buying intentSo I’m considering combining:1. Product-specific reorder behavior2. Purchase frequency3. Recent clicks / site activity4. Previous support interactions5. Order-size anomaliesThen testing different actions by group rather than giving everyone the same discount.Curious how others handle this in Klaviyo:Do you use a fixed “days since last purchase” rule, or combine it with product/customer behavior?

I'm curious how Shopify + Klaviyo merchants handle this in practice.Suppose you have a group of customers who purchased once but never placed a second order.Identifying them is easy. The harder question is:Which of those customers were actually likely to buy again — and which ones were probably never going to return anyway? How do you make that distinction today?Do you rely on:- purchase history- email/SMS engagement- browsing behavior- product purchased- segments or predictive data- manual analysisOr is this still mostly judgment?I'd especially like to hear from merchants or in-house retention/CRM operators who have dealt with this using real store data.If you'd rather not share details publicly, feel free to message me.

When a flow looks healthy but repeat purchase is underperforming, what do you check first?I’m trying to understand a specific Shopify + Klaviyo failure mode.Sometimes the dashboard looks normal, but underneath:- the expected customer never entered the flow- eligibility or suppression excluded someone unexpectedly- an event arrived late- attributed revenue made the flow look healthier than it really wasFor people who have debugged this in real stores:What was the earliest signal that told you the problem was underneath the reporting rather than the messaging itself?I’m especially interested in real examples where the dashboard initially looked fine.

My Shopify integration shows Enabled, and historical syncing shows Complete, but the latest event in Klaviyo’s Shopify Placed Order feed is dated January 7, 2023. Shopify has current paid orders that aren’t appearing in Klaviyo. Here’s what I’ve tried:Selected Update Settings → Update Integration. The first attempt timed out. Tried again and received a green confirmation, but recent orders are still missing. Asked Kira for help but couldn’t identify a recovery procedure. What is the supported next step to restore ongoing syncing and import the missing orders? Are there specific checks I should perform, or does this require an account-level investigation by Klaviyo Support?

Our Square integration is showing as Enabled but appears to have stopped syncing. On the integration's Data tab, Placed Order, Ordered Product and Fulfilled Order all show "5 months ago" as the most recent event, and 0 events today. This has been the case while we have continued taking Square POS payments at events throughout May to September, including a five-day event in September with over $5,000 in sales. We also appear to be missing customers. Square shows 761 customers and 215 email subscribers. Klaviyo shows 115 total profiles. The Data tab states our historical orders and customers have been synced, but the customers do not appear to have transferred.Integration created 14 August 2026. Business name Vine Cult. Our online store moved from Square Online to Shopify earlier in the year, so we would expect the Square Online events to be quiet - but our POS orders and POS customers should still be syncing and they are not.

I’d like to describe an issue I’m having with the “Unsubscribed from Text Messaging” metric.I noticed that when a landline number is automatically unsubscribed, the flow is not triggered at all. However, in Preview mode, the profile appears as if it has been added to the flow, but the flow itself never actually triggers. Some notes: The flow status is Active. The profile appears in Preview mode as eligible for the flow. However, no flow execution is triggered for the landline unsubscribe.does Flow event exclude method: landline_phone_number ?

I have "Sync your Shopify email subscribers to Klaviyo" enabled, with "Email List" selected as the destination list. Single opt-in is set (not double). When I check an affected profile, I see:Under Details/Channel consent, it correctly shows subscribed to Email Under "Lists and segments," there are zero list memberships — "No results found" Under the event history, there's a "Subscribed to Email Marketing" event with a real timestampSo the consent event is firing correctly, but the profile is never actually being added to the Email List itself, despite the sync being enabled and pointed at that list.I also just built a new Klaviyo popup sign-up form (also set to add subscribers to the same Email List) — the form's dashboard shows "8 email subscribers" total, but the Email List itself still shows 0 members.I've re-selected the list in the sync settings and re-saved, with no change. My Email Welcome Series flow is triggered on "when someone is added to Email List," so right now nothing is

For context, before I started managing the account, Klaviyo was consistently showing around 40%+ of total revenue attributed to Email + SMS each month. The attribution settings were set to 5-day email open attribution and 1-day click attribution, and the options to exclude Apple MPP opens and bot clicks were not enabled. This month, I decided to tighten the attribution by excluding MPP opens and bot clicks. After doing that, Email + SMS attributed revenue dropped to around 26%My main question is: how would you establish a new baseline and measure improvement from here?Historically, we used the ~40% attributed revenue share as one of the main indicators that Email + SMS were performing well.

Hi all,I've got a few custom profile properties that are no longer in use and I'd like to clean them up.I saw in an older thread that bulk deletion has to be done by Klaviyo staff, is that still the process? I'm on a free plan, so I don't have access to live chat/email support to request this directly. How do I get this done?Thank you!Amabel

WHY is it not easy to CHOOSE an image for a product tile, in most cases there are 3 or 4 images with each product, and in some cases I have variants (so there are more images to choose from), however the only option is the FIRST image.  Constant Contact had this feature (at least 9 years ago!) that when you selected a product, it showed you all the images and you clicked on the one you wanted to use.

Since improving our popup form, our signup rate has increased from roughly 1% to 8%, which is great. We’re also seeing a noticeable uplift in Klaviyo-attributed revenue. However, I’m trying to explain this accurately internally. Our Klaviyo uses an attribution window of 5 days, but for flows it's set for 2 hours, and credits the last eligible email interaction before a purchase, so I understand that attributed revenue is not necessarily the same as revenue caused exclusively by email. Customers may also have seen paid ads, social content, or organic search before purchasing. For those running multiple acquisition channels, how do you separate: revenue directly driven by email; revenue where email likely assisted the conversion; and revenue that would probably have happened anyway through ads, social, or organic? Is there a Klaviyo report or workflow you use to trace an individual conversion clearly—for example, “this email was sent on this date, this customer then placed this Shopify

I'm getting a consistent 400 from the flow-values-report endpoint when using our "Placed Order" metric as conversion_metric_id for one specific flow. Error: "Passed in conversion metric does not support querying for values data."Details:- Flow ID: TEWF5A- Metric: Placed Order (U5p5yG)- Endpoint: flow-values-reportThis metric works fine as conversion_metric_id on our other flows, and this same flow works fine for non-monetary metrics (e.g. Opened Email) when requesting total/unique stats instead of value-type stats. So it's isolated to this one metric/flow combination, not a general request or account setup problem.Timeline: started as an intermittent failure around 2026-08-21, became a full, consistent failure from 2026-09-11 onward, across both API revisions 2024-10-15 and 2025-07-15.I don't have live chat or email support on my current plan, so posting here in case anyone from Klaviyo can take a look or point me to the right escalation path. Happy to share the full failed request/res

Is it possible to create a button that has a unique URL based on the sender? I know how to set up an Excel sheet and import the contact information into Klaviyo. Each contact has a unique URL and needs to be able to access this URL. I have got it working as a copy and paste link. However, would like it to be a clickable button. Is this possible?

Hi,We’ve identified what appears to be a Shopify catalogue sync issue in our Klaviyo account.235 of our 423 catalogue products (56%) are showing as “Not Published” in Klaviyo, despite the affected products being ACTIVE, published to the Online Store sales channel, and publicly available on our Shopify storefront. This includes all 7 of our StairMaster products. As a result, a Klaviyo product feed filtered to our StairMaster collection returns zero products, even though those products are live and purchasable in Shopify. We have already tested Resync Item on an affected product, but this did not change its “Not Published” status.Because such a large proportion of the catalogue is affected and an individual resync has not resolved it, could a Klaviyo team member please advise whether the Shopify catalogue integration needs a catalogue-level re-import/reset or another backend sync action? We have deliberately not triggered Historical Re-import or changed the integration, as we do not want to

I got hit with a bot attack on my Shopify checkout and now I'm stuck with a billing mess. My active profile count spiked hard mid-cycle because of it, and even though I've already suppressed (and then deleted) the fake profiles, my bill is apparently still based on that peak number from during the attack. It’s my first time learning about email lists, so I didn’t have double opt-in on. I did have CAPTCHA on the whole time, so this wasn't a case of me being completely careless. The automated signups were clearly bot activity, especially looking at the fact that over the past 6 months I didn’t even get as many signups as I did on the day of the bot attack. Doesn't seem right that I'll get billed for this.Is there a way for Klaviyo to adjust my bill back to what it should've been without the bot spike? Anyone know what proof they'd need to actually look into this? And is there any way to get this in front of an actual person, since my support access shows as expired? It’s absolutely ridiculo
