Hosting Two Brands in One Klaviyo Account?

Hi there,We’re currently beginning to test the waters of splitting out two brand pillars into separate websites which has brought us down the path to questioning if we should keep both brands in one Klaviyo account or create a second account.While creating two accounts seems like the best choice on paper, we’re concerned about potential overlap in abandon cart/browse flows, cross-selling opportunities, and unsubscribe/suppression management. Is there a typical standard Klaviyo advises for customers to maintain if they are working with more than one brand?

RSS Instagram feed: How to customize?

I followed the guide https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004384031-Using-Instagram-Content-in-Emails and got my IG / RSS feed implemented. It is currently pulling photos which is great. Problem is it doesn’t look good. I want to make all of the images the same size (height and width) so they look more uniform, additionally, I’d like to I'd like to display a ‘like’ post emoji on the bottom corner od each image, display captions and show current like count. Is customizing any of these examples possible?

Format Rendering From Desktop to Mobile

When creating a template within email templates and we apply dynamic product we are noticing that the title headers are so much smaller on mobile than on desktop. Is there a way to have those match up? Desktop: Mobile:

Suppressed Profile - HELP having massive issues and not sure how to fix

I have suppressed a customers email in Klaviyo, because they complained about getting so many emails from the flows (they are a subscription customer). Now that I have suppressed their email, will that stop them receiving all emails in the future from any flows that they may get added into automatically by the system? If not, how can I go about this? If I delete their profile, when their next subscription order comes through it’ll readd them back in and they will go back into the flow sequence. Thanks so much in advance. Cheers.

Welcome Email/Emails/Flows

Hello! I am new to Klaviyo, just installed it yesterday! I have created my flows and imported my current customers. My welcome flow sent an email to all subscribers (even though I didn’t want to do that😕) how can I see what emails have been sent and to whom they have been sent to? How can I see what flows have been sent and who they have been sent to as well?Thanks!

how can i add javascript api to the frontend(gatsby website) ?im trying to integrate my custom website with klaviyo and i am not able to integrate it using the javascript api. it does not recognize the learnq object. Any idea where should i add the script in react application to fire it up.

Profiles of Klaviyo Signup-Forms dont get added to my Newsletter-List

I use two Klaviyo registration forms. Both refer to the "Newsletter" list. However, when people sign up for my newsletter, only a profile is created and they are not added to the "Newsletter" list.This also prevents me from starting a flow.Thanks a lot for your help.

Custom font in product blocks?

Is it possible to specify a custom font for the product titles in the product blocks?I have managed to do this for text blocks, and see there is a selection of available options in block styles, but I want to specify a google font that isn’t available in the dropdown for the product titles/prices in the product block.Thanks!

"Viewed product" where "Item Categories" equals... is not working

Hi,I would like to target people with e-mails based on viewed products in a specific product category. Fx Someone has viewed 3 items from the category “Outdoor paint”.So far, I’ve set up a custom flow with the trigger: “When someone viewed product”.Then, ideally, I would like to add a flow filter saying: “What someone has done - Person has View Product where Item Categories contains Outdoor Paint is at least 3 in the last 2 days”The issue is that when I use “Person has Viewed Product”, I don’t get any properties to choose from (see picture 1).However, if I use “Person has Fulfilled Order”, I will be able to choose both the right property and item category (see picture 2). But I don’t want it to be “Fulfilled Order” - I just want it to be “Viewed Product”. What am I doing wrong?Kind regards,Kristine

Use Typeform Quiz Results as dynamic image content in Welcome Flow

I’m in the process of upgrading a welcome flow to incorporate details from my Typeform quiz and personalize the first email touch with my customers.  The quiz is a finder quiz where customers enter a few bits of information and we recommend a product for them.  In order to see the results from the quiz, our customer must enter their email address. We’ve set up a webhook to fetch the information from the quiz to Klaviyo Custom Properties.  So in each customer’s profile we see each of the responses to the questions and the final recommended product.  So all of that is good. On to the struggle:  I’d like the first email in my welcome series to have a dynamic content block showing the recommended product (image, product name, and link) from the quiz.  I can easily see how to pull in the name {{ person|lookup:'Custom Variable'|default:'' }} into this email - but I don’t know how to pull in the image for that product or create a dynamic link to that Product Detail Page.  Any ideas anyone?

Ensure new subscribers in welcome flow don't receive regular emails

I currently have a welcomes series flow for new subscribers to a segment. I use that same segment for my regular campaigns. How can ensure the new subscribers don’t start getting the regular campaigns until they have gone through the welcome program?

Social Media link preview issue in Outlook

Adding A list To a Flow

I recently tried to start a Welcome Series Flow for new customers, but the list I wanted to add to it was not one of the choices, and the two choices offered were not appropriate for what I wanted to do. Which flow should I be using for what I want to accomplish, and how do I get rid of the flow I do not need?

how to clone / duplicate LIST settings?

When I create a new list, is it possible to clone the settings and formatting from another list?It seems crazy there's no easy way to keep colors and font choices and other customizations when creating a new list. It would be super helpful to have this instead of having to customize every list from scratch with our brand colors and voice etc.

Order/Revenue Attribution Not Showing for Campaign

I sent a campaign on 12/23 and know orders were placed from clicking a link in that email and nothing is showing in placed orders or revenue. All the metrics are showing in customer profiles (active on site, added to cart, placed order, fulfilled order), but not on the campaign report. We just moved from 3dcart to WooCommerce and I know with 3dcart the sync time was a few hours- with WooCommerce it syncs in real time. Is there something I’m missing as to why the order/revenue attribution would not be working? Thanks!

Why the back in stock button is not visible in free shopify template?

Infinite looping gif in emails

Subscribe contacts at checkout but in differents lists

I have a dual language site (es, en) I need to link the checkout email to klaviyo. But depending on the language of the site, it must link to a specific list. Can I achieve this. Or is there a way to add tags to be able to segment the email sending by language?
