How can I remove the "credit..." section under an image block???

Hi there, I need help removing the "credit.." block that keeps showing up under the first image block on the preview email - theres no option when editing to take it out and can’t find the answer anywhere on the site either. Does anyone have an idea of how to edit/remove?

What width should my email images be -- 600px is blurry.

Hello, Very basic question that I am not finding any good answers to when searching. I do find some references to 600px, but when I make images that size they look very blurry. The images are beautiful high resolution and saved as png, but they appear to be getting stretched if I make them 600px.  However, when I make them 1200px wide the looks crisp, how I would expect. What am I missing here, why is it recommended to use 600px when they look bad at 600px?  Thanks.

Specify character or digit count on form field?

Hi folks,I’m wondering if there is any way to ensure accurate or truthful information could be entered into a form, or verified. For example, in Australia there is an ABN (Australian business number) which is 11 digits long. Is it possible to somehow limit the possible number of digits that could be entered into a form? I’d also consider other options to verify form info if possible. Thanks!

Does Klaviyo automatically remove duplicate profiles in flows?

If I have a flow filter and in it, 3 different conditions (with OR) but in those conditions, maybe a person is duplicated. Does klaviyo only takes that email once? Thanks!

Wrong Display of Preview Mail in different Mailing Providers

Hi together,sending a preview Mail on different Mailing Providers, It does not display the Preview Mail correct.I hope someone can help me or give me some ideas how to fix this. List problem

Hi, I have just started with Klaviyo and I have created one newsletter list which is connected to an offer. I have also created a list for a ad campaign. My dilemma is that when the ad campaign is over I want the people in the ad campaign to start getting the newsletters, without the discount in the newsletter list. How do I do this? Do I need to change anything in my set up or what do I do?

How to create a trigger filter for each collection?

Hello,I am trying to figure out how to set a trigger filter on Fulfilled Order trigger in Klaviyo based on collections. I want to filter people who only bought a specific type of item in the Shopify store to create a cross sell campaign. I am confused how to create a collection value so that I can use it on the trigger filter. Any thoughts?

Data is not sent to Klaviyo.

URLs missing in link activity campaign report

Hi lovely people,I’ve noticed in my last few campaigns Link activity is missing - I have the overall click figures but not the URLs. This happened both on A/B tests and non-A/B test campaigns. I want to compare exactly clicks between two or more different URLs used and this piece of info is missing. Has anyone experienced the same?

Shopfiy custom back in stock integration

Hi!I’m working in a custom Shopify theme which uses Alpine JS & Tailwind. I know that the Back In Stock integration is not officially supported, but i’m feeling i’m almost there and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on why there’s no Klaviyo button appearing for out of stock products.I tried to simplify my code to show how the logic is working. I of course added the theme.liquid default script by Klaviyo. Is it Possible to Back-populate a Flow Containing Dynamic Coupons?

Hi!I have created a winback flow containing dynamic coupon codes.  When I try to backpopulate the flow, I get an error message indicating backpopulate would only work with static codes.Is there a work around for me to back populate without altering my coupon codes ( I have messages indicating that the code will expire in X days so need to use dynamic codes.Thanks

What are the Active On Site JavaScripts?

I have added Klaviyo to my Shopify store using the official Klaviyo app, with the setting checked 'Automatically add Klaviyo onsite javascript (recommended)'. However it's added 12 scripts in total ( 2 onsite scripts, and 10 tracking scripts as shown in the image below). If I choose to uncheck this option and add the scripts myself I have no way of knowing which script does what - does anyone know of a guide to installing klaviyo in a more streamlined way, as 12 scripts is ridiculous. Simply knowing what each script does would be something. Thanks

Shopify to Klaviyo subscribers integration issue

I have 382 subscribers in my Shopify subscribed list, however; only 331 of those are converting over to my subscribed Klaviyo list. I have everything correctly checked within the Klaviyo app integration tab. Can somebody please advise where this discrepancy is coming from. Thank you.

Activity Feed not showing events for a long time

We´ve recently starting using Klaviyo to accept events and trigger Flows to send emails. Up until recently the incoming events have shown up pretty quickly in the activity feed. Now however we are noticing the events dropping into the feed up to an hour later - and subsequently triggering the Flow.  Why is this happening - is the incoming queue, at any time, throttled?

How can I 'select all' when adding products to a segment definition?

Hi all (first question!), When assigning products to a segment definition, I can’t see a way of selecting multiple products that meet my criteria at the same time. For example:We’re a soda business.Let’s say I want to target anyone that has bought cherry flavoured soda in the past.In the search bar, I type in ‘cherry’ which brings up all of our cherry sodas, with the small selection boxes on the left. There’s no ‘select all button’ (that I can see), and when I tick one product, instead of remaining on that search result screen, Klaviyo jumps out of it. I’ve tried the usual trick of holding down the ‘ctrl’ key, which usually works for multiple selections, but not here. I have to click each product and then rerun the search each time (which gets tedious when adding 50+ products to each definition!).  Any guidance on this would be extremely helpful! Thank you :-)

Why is My Added to Cart Not Showing in my Metrics?

Hi there, I believe this question has been answered numerous times but it doesn’t seem to be working for me. So I have already input the code snippet (with Class Notation) into my product.liquid file:  & when I go over to Klaviyo > Analytics, I can’t seem to locate ‘Added to Cart’ under metrics:   Is there something that I am missing out here?

Table is rendering incorrectly on mobile

I need assistance. So, I'm very much interested in Klaviyo and I've taken several courses from the academy.I decided to recreate an email I got inbox and it worked well, when I sent a preview email, on mobile the table under the Logo looked like this image, but the table in the original email looked much better from the senders. How do I fix this? I want the items on the table evenly spaced out and on one line.
