HOW TO CREATE PRODUCT FEED FOR A THIRD PARTY INTERGRATION (SHOPBASE)?

Hi,I’m trying to figure it out how to set up product feed through Shopbase - I had intergrated it by API.As I can see, it is not set up default for this platform.So I need someone can assist me in setting it up step by step?

How to manage Subscription Preference inputs?

Hello all, Giving customers options to choose their preference vs unsubscribe totally is great! But how do I set this up?  When a customer choses a distribution preference, how can I get him assigned in a new/corresponding segment so I am able to manage him differently than the core list or the unsubscribed list?Example: I set up the following preference form: How do I create a new segment for the ones who chose bi-weekly or sales only vs unsubscribe?Thank you for your feedbackPhil

typeform integrated but no data coming in

It seems that I integrated typeform correctly, integration is enabled, advanced options are set with for my form ids and subscribers list set up, but getting data in a typeform and not my klaviyo metrics.  Wondering if I'm doing something incorrectly. what are your suggestions?

Collecting First Name via Multi-Step Form and use in Welcome Flow does not work

Store: https://yxo-cosmetics.com/ (Signup form appears after 30 seconds)System: Shopify Hi there,  I am trying to collect multiple properties (email, first name, interest) via a multi-step signup form. After users confirm the opt-in (DOI), they are added to the newsletter list and should receive a welcome message. In this message, I want to use the first name. However, the name never shows up (even after adding a 2-minute delay in the flow), and it always reverses back to the default, which is just an empty space. Besides from that, everything is working as expected.  What am I missing?  Thanks for your helpHendrik

Why does my export have missing address values

Hi all,  I was wondering if anyone can help me or whether there is a quick fix for my problem. I’m trying to simply export one of my segments so that I can create address labels, but the export is missing both address line 1 and postcode/zip code. I’m admin on the account so wouldn’t have thought it was an access problem - can someone point me in the right direction? It’s a fairly urgent problem, the address labels are needed for a mailout happening tomorrow.  Many thanks in advance!

Update property link not working in the URL field of a link (new editor)

Trying to update a profile property using the update_property_link tag in a URL field. In the old editor, it works fine. Separating results from two signup forms

Hi, I have two sign up forms on my website and one main list. An embed form where customers register their interest, then  Customers receive email with information about our business are can click on a link which then directs them to a 2nd embed sign up form on my website which  gathers their information and finalises their sign up with our business. How do I take the customers on two different email flows depending if they complete the 2nd form. Basically, if they sign up on the 2nd form I want to start a welcome flow and those that dont sign up will receive follow up emails encouraging them to do so.  Thanks

How to exclude customers with draft orders from Shopify from Klaviyo abandoned checkout/cart flows

Hi Klaviyo community, Please help me. My client owns a shopify store and just recently used Klaviyo. The abandoned checkout flow is set up already, but there customers who complains about  receiving automated email while they already paid their oders. My client has a hybrid type of Shopify store where they accept “Personal Shopping Request” from their customers. Then they will just create draft invoices where they manually create invoices. The problem is, I already added a trigger filter to the abandoned checkout flow [ source name doesn't shopify_draft_order] but there are still customers who already paid their orders but still receiving automated emails from abandoned check out flow. Please help me. How can I exclude those customers who has personal shopping request or edited paid orders from Klaviyo abandoned checkout flow. Thanks so much.

Many Duplicate Abandon Cart Emails

Hello!Some weird duplication is happening with our abandoned cart emails. A customer had emailed to say she received 6 to 8 abandoned cart emails.I checked analytics and this is happening for a number of people. (Image attached). TRIGGERPeople will enter this flow when they Added to Cart.FLOW FILTERS (2)Placed Order zero times since starting this flow AND Has not been in flow in the last 10 days

Why is my Abandoned Cart Flow not Working with Woocommerce?

Hi there!I am looking for some help, please.I have been facing some issues with an abandoned cart flow I created for a customer. His account is integrated to a Woocommerce shop.The problem is that the 'Return to Cart' button does not work.I used the default button (the one in the Klaviyo template), and followed the guidelines on the 3 following pages: -Klaviyo's guide-Forum page 1-Forum page 2But nothing seems to work.I guess this has to do with WooCommerce. Only some email sign ups from Shopify are syncing to Klaviyo

We are quite new and building… we have 47 email subscribers on Shopify, but only 12 are showing up in the newsletter on Klaviyo. We do not have double opt-in on at the moment (I know, we’ll turn it on, but let’s get things working first, after all, these are mostly friends and family at this point).All other syncing is working just fine, and, again, we have some showing up. So, it’s only a few that are not. I’ve looked and none of the missing ones look different from the ones that show up. None are waiting for an opt-in confirmation, some have purchased, some have not, they are all coming up in Shopify as “agreed to receive email marketing”, some are older and some are new (there’s no pattern for time).How do we get all of them to sync over?

Does replying to an email count as an email click?

I am working on a list cleaning flow and set “Open Email AND Clicked Email” as the metrics to exit the flow; however I’ve found some subscribers are replying that they want to stay on my email list.I looked, and don’t see “Reply” as a possible metric to add as an “OR” option, but am wondering if replying already counts as a click? Thanks.

Why can't I see my Klaviyo dashboard page?

Hello! I have issue with my Klaviyo account that it doesn’t show anything on the screen. I've been experiencing this issue for a few months now. I don't know what changed since I was able to access Klaviyo fine before. I have followed all the instructions to clear my cache, cookies, even to refresh my browser. My browser is updated. I tried using incognito mode as well. Nothing seems to be working. My role is assigned as admin too within the organization. I want to create a ticket, however the issue still there. I can’t even access the support page.

Only flow emails get clipped, campaign emails send fine

Hey y’all,Couldn’t find any insight in the community on this. But it seems that the same email from a campaign does not get clipped in Gmail, whereas the same exact template with the same exact content does get clipped from a flow email. We’ve done enough research and found all the emails are under the KB limit and also audited them for spam words, KB size (after sending), and non-ASCII characters. Is it at all possible that Klaviyo is adding a non-ASCII character (source 1 and source 2) making Google act up? We found that removing a copyright symbol from previous emails completely removed clipping in campaign emails but there seems to be some witchcraft happening from flow emails specifically.

Magento 2: Error 504 Gateway time-out

Hi,I am unable to resynch magento 2 integration for some reason.  I clicked magento 2 on the integration page but instead of taking me to the page to resync with my magento 2 website it ended up timing out and showing the time out error page: I can confirm that all of the other integrations worked, it was just magento 2 that seem to have issues loading so I can resync.

Account Disabled during Cyber Week!

We have been using Klaviyo for around 6 months, today the account was disabled.The emails that had been scheduled were cancelled (reason said - Account Disabled?)- then I went to reschedule and noticed that the account had been upgraded to the next tier ($70).When I went to go back into my account it said the account was disabled and to contact support. My team is freaking out because we use Klaviyo so much, but this happens on Cyber Monday! Any help or knowledge on this would be greatly appreciated!

Resend the same campingn in bulk

Hi,I read from your knowledge base that we can resend the campaign by going to the “activity feed”, but we can only send the email one by one.  Can you show us how we can resend the campaign to those who haven’t opened the email in bulk?How to create the segment?

Integrated Shopify with Klaviyo and lost my campaigns, half my newsletter list, and flows - HELP

Hi, I originally was using Klyavio and had it synced with my Shopify store. I recently re-branded and changed my domain/email/etc. Suddenly Klaviyo asked me to sync up my accounts which I did. When I re synced everything to integrate suddenly my over 80+ email subscribers dropped to only 57, all my old campaigns are gone, my flows are also all gone, my saved email templates are gone. I’m devastated and do not know how to fix this or recover my original email subscribers or recover any of my flows, campaigns, and pretty much everything.Is there a way to un-sync or recover what I lost?  Thank you,Kris
