Server IP is in 3 blacklists

Hi, I was running deliverability analysis using this tool (https://www.mail-tester.com/) and it gave my email a rating of 7/10, which is good, but not great. My Spam Assassin score is -1 (lower than -5 and the email is toast). What concerns me is that my server IP is in 3 blacklists Additionally, another major issue is that there are two broken links (which appear to be tracking links not within my control How do I fix these issues and improve my deliverability?

Data Feeds error

Hi there, I tried adding a new data feed… however, after I click the button “Save Data Feed” this error below appeared: “Error fetching feed: The URL specified returned a 404 status code. Your feed must return an HTTP 200 response to be valid.” Asking for help on how can I troubleshoot this.. Thank you so much!

Update a Klaviyo custom property list with Zapier

Looking for someone with experience using Zapier and Klaviyo property lists/arrays Klaviyo stores a custom property as a list if the values are surrounded by square brackets []So I can easily transfer a value from Zapier into Klaviyo as a list by putting square brackets around the Zapier value.But I’m thinking about the best way to update an existing property list in Klaviyo with more items. For example, if I find the contact with Zapier’s Klaviyo search action, I can retrieve their profile property liste.g. [Item 1,Item 2,Item 3]Then I could use Zapier formatter to remove each square bracket (2 steps)Then use the Zapier Klaviyo update action to bring in the old items plus the new item, and re-enclose them with square brackets:e.g. [Item 1,Item 2,Item 3,NEW ITEM] I’m just wondering if this is the best way to do this (adds 2 Zapier actions each time), or if there is a more streamlined way I’m missing.

Fetching list data via ajax

Im looking for a way to fetch some list data from a list. Specifically the last subscribers name, and the total number of subscribers. I haven’t seen anything in the documentation that would make me think this is possible but I thought I’d reach out to the community and see if I’ve overlooked anything?

Abandoned cart flow coding!

Hi guys! I recently tried to set up the abandoned cart flow but the coding does not seem to be working!I followed the guide but when I went back to Klaviyo to set the flow up, it was still saying it needed setting up.  Can anyone help me see where I’ve gone wrong? Thanks D

Using a Custom field via Zapier for personalization

Hi all - We’ve linked our internal customer database with klaviyo via Zapier and want to pull a custom username field into our emails, but we’re not seeing the option to do so. The Test email shows that the integration works:But the option doesn’t display on the drop down:  Any help on how to connect the two would be much appreciated. Certain emails are not being delivered

Triggering of Automation on Import to list

I am trying to trigger a automation to send a unique discount code to a user in adding them manuallyor importing to a list. The campaign is based is a redemption offer on a product which is free. I want to be able to add or import via csv and trigger an email with a unique code. I want to add them on the list to stop people abusing the code so has to be unique to the customer and only be abled to be used once. The reason I want to do i manually is to get around the code being shared, do you have any setting where i can trigger this on IMPORT of ADDING Manually to a list.

Hi,We have a client on Klaviyo and we’d like to know how to send auto generated Klaviyo discount codes to customers when they purchase a product?  Is there a way, to insert a auto generated code in a Klaviyo post purchase flow that will first ask the customer for a review.  Then once the customer submits a review, second email will be sent which will include their on time use discount code from Klaviyo?Thanks in advance everyone!

Yet another birthday property question

Hi!I’ve read through the other responses here about setting up birthday flows, but I’m still lost to be honest.I’ve created a signup form, formatted MM/DD with the profile property ‘birthdate’Same again for the hidden field birthdate MM/DD. For whatever reason it’s not saving  this as a property (it’s formatted with the date block and not a text block so it isn’t that).What am I doing wrong? When I go to start the flow I can’t find the ‘birthdate’ trigger I’ve made.Any help appreciated!Michael

Customise Email Performance Review dashboard

Hi all,I’ve seen in one of the help centre articles the following screenshot showing this dashboard above the list of campaigns in the Campaigns tab. In my Email performance dashboard there’s the 4th item: Revenue per recipient missing, I have the first 3. Is there a way to add it? I’ve been browsing through articles and menues with no luck.Thanks!

Populating tracking number from Shopify

HI! I´m using Shopify, when implementing the shipping confirmacion standard flow it seems that it´s not taking the tracking no. nor the tracking url. I´m shipping thru an app called Packling. Does anyone know where this information is populating from? Event.extra.fulfillments.0.tracking_number{{ event.extra.fulfillments.0.tracking_url }}

Legacy form error "invalid email address"

I connected a form to klaviyo using Legacy Forms and for some reason I keep getting “invalid email address” every time I submit the form, but everything looks correct. I’m not sure what’s going on. How to create "Added to Cart" Event with 2 different button class notations

Image links and alt text in the new editor

I’ve started using the new editor and facing the following: If I have multiple images in the template they all update to the same alt text and link and it’s impossible to set different values for each image. Has anyone else seen this or found a way around? It’d be too late to switch to the old editor last minute and it’s important to have several links in my campaign.

Why is our View Product Activity Event so low in Analytics?

Hi Klaviyo Team, I’m not sure if my viewed product tracking is correct, hence the question. Currently having only 1-2 individuals viewing my products daily, which is vastly different from my traffic flow.

How do I use date tags in If statements?

I’m trying to build a flow for a loyalty program that will use if statements to show certain content in the emails.  I’ve gotten if statements to work before but I’m having trouble with one I’m trying to include that will show different content based on the month the email is sending out.  I assumed it would be possible to use a date tag in an if statement but I haven’t been able to get the messaging to show.  Below is the if statement I’ve written:{% if current_month_name = January %}{% elif current_month_name = February %}{% elif current_month_name = March %}{% elif current_month_name = April %}{% elif current_month_name = May %}{% elif current_month_name = June %}{% elif current_month_name = July %}{% elif current_month_name = August %}{% elif current_month_name = September %}{% elif current_month_name = October %}{% elif current_month_name = November %}{% elif current_month_name = December %}{% endif %} Is there something else I should be using to pull in the month within the state

Age Defined Trigger Filter

We’ve got a virtual softball coaching product on Shopify where certain coaches cannot interact with clients older than a certain age, due to NCAA recruiting guidelines. If we had Shopify customers define the age of the customer at checkout , is there a way to setup a post-purchase flow in Klaviyo where all customers below a certain age receive a text invite from a certain coach and all customers over a certain age receive a text invite to another coach?

Can anyone forward me an article on how to do the following:I have created a blog post where I want to set up a system where when someone clicks on a link, it pops up a box where they would type their email address in and then an email that I create gets sent to them with a downloadable PDF. (concept is in exchange for their email, they get a free PDF file of something I am offering). Thank you.
