Having some trouble shooting with the email not being sent to new recipients after they sign up from our website popup. 

I have made sure that the flow is linked to the correct list. I also checked that the flow's trigger is set to the intended list and that profiles are entering it. Also both the popup and welcome flow is in the Live status. There is no flow filters, we dont have the double opt in option on or smart sending. What would be the reason as for why the welcome flow is not being sent? 

@DUPE seems you have done all the stuff the right way but can you make sure DOUBLE OPT IN is turned off.

To add to @ali786 response, have you tried adding your test email via the form? 

Also you mention “new” recipients not being added. Do you mean they are not already in your target list? Profiles will only enter the flow once when they are first added to that list.
