Hi all!

I’ve had a 2-step Klaviyo form published on my website for the last 6 months. Initially it was collecting the information from the Custom Property fields I had set up correctly (Pet Name and Birthday), but I have noticed that for the last month the custom properties are no longer being added to the customer profile. I have made no changes to the form, and I have checked and the Profile Properties are still correctly set up as they were initially. I can replay customer sessions and see they have entered all the info as they should, and have tested it out myself too. The profile is created, but the custom properties don’t show anywhere anymore.

Has anyone else experienced this and solved the reason why?

Thank you!

Jennifer

Hey @Jenn_C

This is weird

Can you try the below things and see if that fixes it?

  • Remove the custom properties (Pet Name and Birthday) from the form, save it, then add them back, and save again. This "resets" the form fields and often helps with issues where the form stops syncing properly.
  • Clone the form and turn this one Live and turn the old one to draft. see if the new one starts collecting properties.

I hope this helps and thank you for sharing your question here in the community.

Cheers
