Sign-up form disappears after login - Shopware 6 website

Hi,

I have a problem with a sign up form I created for the footer. 

When you visit the website as a guest, the form shows as it should. It also works well, so no problems there. But when you then login as a customer, the form instantly disappears from the footer. When you logout the form appears again.

I checked the settings of the form and it has no limitations in regards to visibility, it is set to be showed to everybody. 

It looks like it is blocked by something on the website, some sort of plugin. But I was wondering if there is anybody here that experienced the same thing? So we could find a solution fast.

I think the issue here lies with how Shopware 6 interacts with cookies. Currently, at this time, Shopware doesn't offer a way to keep the sign-up form cookie active while requiring user consent for other cookies. This is the expected behavior within the platform.
 
However, we understand the importance of GDPR compliance. Here are some options to consider:
 

  • Check with Shopware Support: They may have alternative solutions or upcoming updates that address this specific need. We recommend reaching out to their support team to inquire about future functionalities.

 
I understand this might not be the ideal situation and I apologize for any inconvenience!  There’s another conversation about Shopware forms in the Community that might be helpful as well!
