Sign up form shows up right away, even though I want to appear it after delay

Hi, I have set up A/B(/C/D/..)-tests with different sign up forms in English and German.For all, I use this set up:  However, I have done some testing of other features of my page lately, and often the sign up form appeared right away. Am I missing something? Did I do something wrong? Thank you!

Double Opt In and Explicit Consent

Hi everyone! I am part of an ecommerce company that markets in the U.S. I wanted to see everyone’s opinion on obtaining explicit consent and enabling double opt-in. At our Shopify checkout page, we have a checkbox that asks individuals if they want to opt in to marketing. This checkbox is pre-checked. We see roughly 65% of subscribers come from the checkout page. But, we are ensuring we are following legal requirements, if any here. We also have several clients that have moved to double opt in for various reasons. I am curious to hear what others experience and viewpoints with double opt in and explicit consent are. I would also be curious to hear the engagement metrics & revenue impact this has had, if any!

Why are my subscribers coming up as not subscribed?

Hi, so I made a sign up flyout form for email subscribers. It is live and works, BUT when you go into the profiles it says on all but 1 that they have not subscribed? Why? They have to physically put there details in and click submit for it to come through as subscribing. Its pretty simple to work out and I've gone over the steps so many times and still can not find what I did wrong.

Why won't my popup form publish on my site - script error?

Hello everyoneI need some helpA while ago I put the Klaviyo pop-up on my site and everything was working fine, until I deactivated it because I was messing with my Shopify site.Yesterday I went to reactivate it but the pop-up no longer appears, I would like some help on what might be happening, if it was a script error that I can reactivate it...Thanks for your help!

Button font in embed form not showing the correct font

I’m running into an issue with my embed form on my Shopify site. In Klaviyo, it looks like this: But when I put it up on my Shopify site, the font on the button isn’t coming through, and it looks like this:  I have a popup form on the site, and it looks great, as do all my emails. The only issue is with this embedded form. Any ideas how I can correct this?  Thank you!!

Checkbox Position in SignUp Form

Hello guys, I just added a required checkbox for privacy policy to my signup form. Now I’ve got 2 major questions. How can I get a clickable link to the privacy policy page? Why is the checkbox in the middle of the text? I didn’t find anything to change it. Really looking forward for your suggestions.

Email and SMS pop ups

I have created email and SMS popups through Klaviyo for my Shopify store. The popups work like they are suppose to on mobile devices but they are not working on laptops. I have gone back and checked all the forms and can’t find any issues as to why they are popping up on my laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Custom Webflow Form - Add user to list with option to opt-in to marketing

I was following this guide on sending Webflow form data to Klaviyo via its API. It's great, it works.However, I realized my use-case is stlightly different. I don't want my form to always sign them up for a newsletter, I want to add them to a list, and give them the option to join the newsletter with a checkbox.Has anyone tried this before? I'm hoping to avoid having to iframe in a klaviyo sign-up page.

Can someone help me undersyand what im doing wrong when trying to add my SMS form to my website?

Hello , from the various videos and tutorials I’ve watched adding you klavyio code into a  custom liquid section on your password page should do the trick , but the issue I’m having is that it stays blank when I enter the code.  Can someone explain to me what the issue is and how to get around it ?  I provided images showing where I’ve entered the code and the results I get.

Are sign up forms with A/B tests removing duplicate views? Or will the same person who visits the page multiple times be counted as multiple views? Also, if the same person refreshes the page with the A/B test, could they be served the other variant? Is it tied to cookies/cache?

I have two sign up forms (one trade and one consumer).  Both should add to my master list.  The consumer one shows as master under list on my forms page but the trade one is blank under lists on my forms page.  Can anyone help me sort this out please.  Thanks.  Peter

Coupon Assigned after customer purchased.

Hello! I was tracking a customer journey and i noticed that the “Coupon Assigned” trigger was sent a whole 2 hours after they completed the sign-up form. Causing them to cancel an order.  I’m wondering why the coupon would be assigned so late? Here are some images showing the timeline.  They subscribed to the promo pop-up at 7:24 pm  then the coupon was assigned at 9:39 pm

BACK IN STOCK doesnt appear! Please help

hello, I have a big problem and would be really thankful if someone could help me . so I have the dawn theme and I installed the back in stock code and it worked. But later I don't know when exactly I noticed it was gone and it didn't show up anymore. maybe I changed something in the theme but as I said I can't remember.  i have the original theme code and I would like to compare the two codes but I don't know which files I need to compare to find the problem. I already checked theme.liquid and there isn't any problem it must be any other file.   does anyone have an idea how I can solve the problem ? Please help me thank you

re-enabling a subscriber pop-up

I set up a pop up to test a new form - https://www.threecitiessocial.com/404 - and i used my work email to test. the test worked and the info flowed into Klaviyo. I have the form set to ‘show everyone’. Now i want to test the form again (without having to se multiple email addresses) and went into klaviyo and removed my subscribed work email but when i go to https://www.threecitiessocial.com/404 i can’t get the form to show. Is there a way to have the form show?

Is there any Kalviyo widget that can be used on a custom page builder to for the newsletter terms tick box?

I have a custom page using eComposer but their newsletter does not come with a tick box for terms of service or privacy policy. I need this and I also need it to be integrated with Klaviyo.Is there a Kalviyo widget or feature that I can add to my custom page and replace the eComposer newsletter which is as simpyl as a field to put your email in with no tick box for terms?

Back in stock showing on single variant products but not multiple variant products

I’m using the Brooklyn theme for https://atlanticcoastalsupplies.com/ On products with just one size the back in stock button loads e.g https://atlanticcoastalsupplies.com/products/vintage-ball-cap-in-yellow But on products with multiples sizes e.g https://atlanticcoastalsupplies.com/products/heavy-thermal I can’t select the out of stock sizes e.g Medium to trigger the back in stock button to loads

Klaviyo Back in Stock Alert-Mobile not working

Our back in stock alert sign up is working on desktop, but not mobile version. The desktop shows the back in stock alert “notfiy when available” box and people can add their email. But for mobile, the Add To Cart is ghosted and when they click it, only a sales motivator popup comes up to buy another product. Is it something in the code that needs to be added for mobile version?
