Multiple branded domains

Hi folks,I have multiple different brands that are associated with our same company. It’s all one company with one email address database, but we send from three brand names. These are @foo.com @bar.com and @baz.com. I have set up send.foo.com, so I expect the ones being sent from: support@foo.com will use that and that will be fine. However, I can’t find a way to set up the other two domains as branded domains. Is there currently a limit of 1 per account? Or is there a way to support multiple?Thanks, Taylor

Verify DNS records for a domain hosted in SiteGround

Hi all!Let me point out that I am tech-savvy but not a professional.I'm in the process of setting up the DNSs of my domain (hosted in SiteGround) in order to send emails with Klaviyo. I went to create the verification TXT record and all went fine.The issue is with the NS records: in SiteGround there isn’t the option to create them in the DNS editor. I then contacted SiteGround help centre that told me that NameServer records cannot be edited unless I’m moving my hosting somewhere else, nor it is possible to edit them on a subdomain level. They ended up referring me to Klaviyo for alternative solutions.After looking further into the documentation, I opted for the static routing because it doesn’t require NS records, and it is working fine.However, I’d be inclined to prefer the dynamic routing (mainly because suggested by Klaviyo itself).I even tried to create CNAME record with the NS parameters, but obviously to no avail.Is there anyone with an idea on how to work this round?Thanks in a

Where can I see a report for the channel opens by device? Desktop vs mobile vs tablet for the whole channel, not message by message. Is there a dashboard for that? I made a custom report for client family os but it seems like there should be an easier way to view it for the whole channel.

Changing the sender email address affected my deliverability

I recently tested a new sender email address, but keeping the same domain. Our spam rate is under control, staying below 0.1%. However, with this new address our emails started to be placed in the spam folder. So I sent some email tests to myself using both addresses and the old one always got placed in the main folder and the new one in the spam folder.So what would be the best practices for starting a new sender email address?

Tracking Pixel

Is there a way to place tracking pixels on the image here in Klaviyo or using Klaviyo?The reason why I’m asking is because currently Google Annotations doesn’t track links. They suggested adding a tracking pixel to the image; would that be possible here? Please lmk. Thanks!

Can I delete a placed order event?

For context we manage several different websites through one CMS. One of which deals with most parcels with an average order value of around £20, with the other websites normally being around £300 an order. An order was msitakenly put through the parcel website on the CMS, so has come through as a placed order event on Klaviyo for about £300. It has counted this as revenue for an tactical email today  which massivley puts out reporting. Is there a way to manually delete this event and fix reporting?

Can google sheets be a dashboard containing all customers' touch points and data?

Hi guys,Since our account in Klaviyo has been fully set up in terms of flows. Now it’s time for us to do data analytics. Given the Klaviyo analytics tab has been enough for all the things we want, we still want a customer journey dashboard created based on google sheets (for easily using). The dashboard can contains all the customers’ touch points from us (which flow they are in right now, which messages they have received and are going to be received in the future, how many items they have bought from us, what products did they seen the last time, etc). Pardon me if my question seems silly, because Klaviyo has just been my first email application to dive in. Any suggestions, recommendation, guidelines I would appreciate all. Hope you guys have a great holiday coming up.Best regards,Danny

Warming Account - Google and Yahoo Branded Sending Domain

Hi guys, I have a client who has only just (a few days ago) put her Google and Sender Requirements in place. Looking at the Klaviyo help articles I can see it says you don’t need to warm the domain if it was registered over 30 days ago, however being only a few days since she registered how should I go about sending campaigns? She obviously doesn’t want to stop sending her campaigns for 30 days so just wondering about the best way to go about this without hurting deliverability. Should I warm her account as usual?  Thanks in advance

Started with Dedicated IP and then swapped without any notification

Upon establishing a new account, we were assured eligibility for a dedicated IP based on our account size. With this expectation, we engaged in a comprehensive six-week IP warming phase with the guidance of an onboarding specialist. However, after two months, a troubling pattern emerged: our emails consistently landed in spam. Perplexed by this, we conducted further investigation, only to be informed by customer service that, contrary to our initial understanding and without prior notice, our emails were being sent from a shared IP.This revelation was both unexpected and disappointing, as it starkly contrasted with the initial commitments made to us. Has anyone here encountered a similar sudden shift in IP assignments for their account? I'm curious about the potential reasons behind such changes.I appreciate any insights or shared experiences you might have regarding navigating these types of service discrepancies.

How to see time of day for open and click in reports

Is it possible to run a report in Klaviyo to see what time of day, on a specific day of the week, people are opening emails the most? For example, I’d like to send an email on Sunday at the time they would most likely open the email. I’ve used Smart Send Time to identify the best time of day to send an email but Sunday is a different kind of day than any weekday.Likewise, is it possible to see this for other metrics such as click and purchase? Thanks.

Facebook Lead Ad Segment Members - new and existing profiles?

Hello. We are running a classic ebook Lead ad campaign on Facebook (FB) where users can optin via FB form with their name and email in order to recieve the ebook. The optin info is then passed into a Klaviyo segment.What we would really like to know is how many of these optins, coming to this Klaviyo segment from FB lead ads, are actually new and how many are existing Klaviyo profiles.Obviously we would like to primarily target users on FB that we dont already “have” in Klaviyo. We are using a FB custom segment of all Klaviyo subs that we are excluding from the FB lead ad campaign as well.Appreciate any ideas on how we can check this data.Best regards.

Hello Klaviyo Community,I'm reaching out for insights or advice on an issue we're facing with our email deliverability. Despite our efforts to maintain high engagement and deliverability rates, our daily marketing campaigns consistently land in the promotions tab for our subscribers.Background:Our business model requires us to send daily campaigns to our subscribers, showcasing new items in our store. Each email typically features 12-13 products. Tools like Gmass and Warmup Inbox indicate a high deliverability rate, with most emails landing in the inbox during testing phases. However, when we send out our actual campaigns, they invariably end up in the promotions tab.Steps Taken:We've been using Warmup Inbox to improve our domain's reputation, which shows promising results outside of our actual campaigns. Correcting a hard bounce in error

I have an email that has notified us that they aren’t received emails.  I researched and discovered they had a hard bounce due to a lapse in payments and they were automatically suppressed in klaviyo.  I don’t have the obvious option to unsuppress which im sure is intentional.  they want to be a part of our database.  can someone tell me how to get them un suppressed good to know. note, they are also subscribed to marketing but still suppressed. thanks.

From time to time, we have quite significant spikes in spam rates on Google Postmaster, so we were wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to identify the sources these are coming from? If you know any third party platforms to check this our, please share them as well.

Add your own branded sending domain - DNS record issue

I'm in the process of creating my own branded sending domain to comply with Google and Yahoo's new sender requirements. I normally send all my email with myname@mywebsite.com so I went it to DNS records to add the dynamic records from klaviyo. When doing so my DNS management system asks the following when adding ns1.klaviyo.com:Please add a period symbol at the end of the domain name if the domain should NOT be auto-appended with .mywebsite.comSo my question would be; should the result be: ns1.klaviyo.com.mywebsite.com OR should I add a period at the end of the value ns1.klaviyo.com so it doesn't add mywebsite.com at the end of the value.Klaviyo chat support wasn't able to help me so they've escalated it, but in the meantime, I'd love to fix this asap. Thanks!Rianne

Pre-order Flow

A few quick questions for the pre-order Flow:Can we create a second email follow up that updates the customer if the pre-order release date changes? I’m not sure where the information could be pulled from, perhaps a CSV? It would be great to send out the second email once the order is been fulfilled that includes the tracking, or would this all be part of the Order Flow? The key thing here with the pre-order flow is that the customer is fully automatically updated about the shipping dates. The issue is that they might purchase multiple items, some available now, some available in Jan, some in Feb. We need to keep them updated about all their items and release dates

Confirmed subscribers reporting spam

HiHow do I try and deter confirmed, engaged, double-opted-in subscribers from reporting spam? We do not send a high volume of newsletters, and we have a very tightly managed, very clean list of only double-opted-in confirmed subscribers. Subscribers are very engaged and yet, nearly every campaign someone reports a spam, even though - when I look them up - I see that they have opened all our emails since subscribing. Really annoying - how can people be educated that spam complaint rates damage our reputation?! Why do they not realise that just because they don’t want to subscribe any more is not a spam reason?!Thanks

The marketing emails I get from kraken.com all have S/MIME certificated attached to them, and it shows up with a check mark next to the name This is the certificate they use Is it possible to do this in Klaviyo?

Help with branded domain

My page is overloaded with warnings about the new gmail and yahoo requirements but I can’t find any helpful readings on how to complete the actions and the ones provided by Klaviyo are fairly vague. We are trying to set up this branded sending domain but cannot figure it out. Our domain was purchased through Shopify however when I select “Other” for the DNS provider it won’t initialize. It has been pending for over a week. We don’t use any of the DNS providers listed and use Klaviyo as a Shopify app. If anyone knows how to fix this I would be very grateful. Thank you!
