Using Order Information Between Klaviyo Email Flows

Hi all,I'm currently facing a challenge managing order information across different email flows for the same customer. For context I have 2 main flows. Flow 1) A primary order confirmation flow triggered when an order is placed. This captures and sends order details such as order value, ordered products, quantity etc.Flow 2) A follow up Order tracking flow which is triggered once the order is shipped. This trigger is  ilinked to my 3pl provider Starshippit and includes information such us, tracking link, tracking number, delivery status etc. Below is a screenshot of the activity log and the trigger events for both flows mentioned above. As you can see they are within the same customer profile.  I want the ability to use the order information gathered from “Flow 1”, in the shipment tracking flow (Flow 2).How can I do this?

Back In Stock Flow -Standard. Additional flow steps

Hello, We are on Shopify and have enabled the Back In Stock Flow -Standard.The flow is pretty straight forward, a user subscribes to be notified when an item is back in stock, there’s “Back in Stock Delay” that will wait till the item is back in stock and when it does come back in stock, it will send out an email to subscribers of this specific item letting them know that it’s back in stock.With our catalog though, a lot of items might never come back in stock or could be out of stock for a long period of time ( 6 - 12 months).What we would like to do is add a split, after 4 days, if the item did not come back into stock then send the customer a follow up email letting them know that we haven’t forgotten about them.There seems to be no trigger or filter that would allow us to conditionally split after X amount of time if the user has already received the notification that the item is back in stock or not.

How do I change weights on an *existing* a/b test email flow

I’ve got an A/B test running on a message in an email flow.I’ve got multiple variations set to send with certain weighted percentages.How do I change these percentage weights without ending the test??I feel like I used to be able to do this at-will… maybe the new A/B test flow prohibits it?Or is there still a way? Super frustrating.

Non-clicker conditional split on a specific link pulled from a profile property

HiI have a welcome email in a flow where it is really important for the recipient to fill out an onboarding form. If they don’t the client can’t provide the services required.So, I wanted to create a follow up email to those who have not clicked on the onboarding form link. I could do the follow up to those that haven’t opened or clicked the email but this isn’t as specific as I want. I really need to isolate non-clickers of the specific link.My issue is that this link is unique to every recipient and is dynamically pulled in from the customer’s profile i.e. {{ person|lookup:"enrolment_phase_two_typeform_link" }}I thought I’d found a solution by going down the route of the whether they filled out the Typeform form but this has complications based on how the client has set up the form.So essentially I need to isolate a specific clicked link that is pulled in as a custom property. HiIt’s first time to try KlaviyoI made Flow using several prepared forms, and I don't think the trigger is set up incorrectly.There should be hundreds of people who should be targeted for mailings, but the Needs Review is set to ”0”I would like to know what I need to do to make the NeedsReview reflect the eligible people.

Post Purchase Email - Looking to send assembly instructions based on order

Hello,So as part of our post purchase flow, I’m looking to provide our customers with assembly instructions based on the products which they have ordered.Is there an easy way to do this?I was thinking of setting up a Product Metafield - whereby each product would have a URL to their specific instructions (in PDF format).Anyone got any suggestions on this? Am I thinking the right way or is there a different/easier way to go about this?Thanks

Hello guys, I’ve creating multiplee flows and they are all live, but none of them seem to be working. For example I have the browse abandonment for viewing products flow set up, but when people view my products there have been no emails sent out, does anyone know how tofu this please?

Sign up error + flow trigger error

Hello, We would like to create a separate campaign for men and women. They can sign up through our embed sign up form on shopify. However, something must be wrong since, the email are not put in the selected lists.  Even after subscribing, the list is not updated. The list is then connected to flow which should be triggered when an email is added to this list, the flow should also send an email with the discount, but this is also not happening.Is there something wrong about the form?

About A/B test

Hello , i  have the following doubts about AB test. I hope to get answers1.when test size is 100% flow ，there is no test duration，I want to know how long it will take to reach an experimental conclusion 2、i did a test, with duration  lasting 1 hour，but  there is no experimental conclusion，Is there a requirement for the minimum number of samples in the experimental group3.I found that the data in the following figure were not significant at 95% confidence level by chi square test, but it tells me there is 97.7% win confidence variation B is winner, I want to know what our A/B test rules arelooking  forward to your reply ,  thanks !

Multiple trigger in checkout abandonment

I don’t what’s happening here: https://prnt.sc/22po5w2 Same person added in the waiting period multiple time. Can anyone help me in this. Klaviyo is integrated with Woocommerce. Is it the issue because in Shopify I am not facing this issue.

Welcome Series triggering when order status updates to "Order Fulfilled"

My new sign up forms were made live on our website this morning as part of our Klaviyo implementation (yay!) but the Welcome Series keeps triggering to people when their order status is changed to “Order Fulfilled” even though they subscribed to the newsletter list days ago. How do I stop this from happening? I don’t want to exclude people who sign up via the checkout / account registration areas but I can’t keep having these emails send to the wrong customers that have already received the welcome series through our previous EPS.

A/B testing - can you just test one of the two variations first?

Hi there,I have set up two variations of en email in a flow and I want to make one LIVE first and then make the other LIVE later. Is there a way of doing this? Also, related question, when I go to make the variations LIVE, there is only one  popup box that comes up so effectively i have to make them both LIVE at the same time...is this correct?ThanksSue

Dynamically looking back at customer journeys

Hi All, I am looking into something for a client of ours, but can't quite figure it out myself. I know you can dynamically show products customers have bought before (titles, images, etc.). But I was wondering if you can dynamically make some sort of lookback to what a customer has done.Let’s say we want to set up an email that looks back at last year and we want to mention how many items a customer has bought or how many purchases they did.We would want to do this in the text, making it look like:“You bought [X amount] of items last year/You made [X amount] of purchases last year” The text between [ ] would then have to be dynamically change to show the correct number per customer.Is this possible?Thanks!

All email skipped - Flow filters

I’m new to Klaviyo and just got my flows set up and live.I also get trouble with all email now being skipped, i do not know why like that but i think something wrong when i set flow filters. Am I wrong in setting up the logic for flow filters? Can I have some advice please? Thanks in advance!

Bonjour, J’ai créé il y a un moment un e-mail avec un lien pour le suivi de colis que les clients reçoient après une commande. Certaines informations dessus étant erronées, je souhaiterais modifié le mail, cependant je ne le retrouve nul part dans klaviyo ?! Je ne le trouve nul part sur Klaviyo, ni dans les campagnes ni dans les flux … Est-ce que quelqu’un pourrait me donner quelques pistes s’il vous !? Vous en remerciant par avance

Are these conditional splits configured correctly in my Flow?

Hi folks,I’m trying to make sure I have my conditional splits set up properly. Although this flow isn’t getting a lot of volume I thought it would be an interesting test to try and move profiles along to encourage repeat purchases, especially from P1 to P2. For context: P0 = Zero previous purchases, P1 = 1 previous purchase and so on. Since we don’t have many customers who are P3, I don’t want these splits to go on forever, but I’m not sure if I’m choosing the right conditions to “filter” the results through.Split 1 - Placed order = 0 Split 2 - Placed order = 1 Split 3 - Placed order is at most 2 < This is where I’m confused. Will the previous splits also filter results so this split will only receive people from the previous splits who have only ordered more than once? If so, I can then use the Yes branch for P2 profiles, and the no branch for everyone P2+ Maybe I’m overthinking this but I wanted to be sure… Thanks!

Campaign: How can 1 recipient click through, but there are 3 orders placed (by other recipients)

Hello,I’m a bit confused! We’ve just sent a campaign where 1 person clicked through yet 3 people placed an order. I’m not sure how this has happened? Also, the person who clicked on the email is different to the 3 people who placed an order.Is anyone able to explain how this works for me? I’ve included a snapshot of the report. Thanks, Amy

Network Error 404 when creating a Flow Conditional Split

I can’t create a Conditional Split on the 3rd email in my flow. This error keeps popping up: Network Error. Request failed with Status code 404.   To troubleshoot, I tried editing an existing conditional split running on another email flow, and I got the same error.  Is this a bug? Can anyone help me?
