Flow : time delay excluding night hours

Hello,Can you help me, please, I would like to create a flow that sends an email after an order with a delay of 4 hours but if the end of the first delay is after 10 p.m., I would like to wait until 6 a.m. the next day to send the email.How can I configure this flow ?Thanks

Sunset Flow - Adding Past Profiles Not Working?

 Hi guys, I’ve tried multiple times to add past profiles on my sunset flow… Please let me know why I cannot add past profiles to this segment based flow? Have used “add past profiles”  to beginning of the flow multiple times. And gave more than 48 hours. Please help.

unverified sender

Hi, When someone sign up to my pop up form they are added to a flow . They get emails from me . But in the emails they receive under the subject line it’s written “unverified sender” . What’s that and how to fix that issue. I was migrated my list from systeme.io . But the list that i am using now is new . And the list that i migrated from systeme.io is deleted.  i saw article in this topic but i am nothing getting clear answer

Send Flow Email as Campaign

Hello!Is it possible to send a particular e-mail in one of my flows as a campaign?I’ve added an email into my flow but many people in my flow have already gone past where in inserted the e-mail. Is it possible to send that particular flow email to everyone who missed it?Sorry for the confusing question...

Flow not working as expected: "Preview Trigger Setup" indicates it should

 For my campaign I have setup a flow that sends out an email to each person subscribing to a list called “FB Ad Leads (Seasonal Calendar)”, which is coming in via Facebook Leads, and Seasonal Calendar Leads, which is coming in via a pop-up on our website.I am having the following situation:Both lists contain emails and have the column “Language” filled with information  Going to the “Preview Trigger Setup” it shows that those contacts are eligible for this flow  For new contacts coming in, no email is send out For existing contacts, when “Back Populating Flow Recipients” no emails are send out.Any support on this matter would be very much appreciated.Any idea what might cause this issue to arise? Thanks a lot for your help

Hello Guys!     My Name is Sohaib and Me and My client trying to use Future delivery dates in our custom e-commerce Integration named Solidus.Our store has feature of future delivery dates of our product how can we send this data in klaviyo, so we can use it in flows and campaigns?There’re four types of plans that have future delivery dates feature.?We want to use four different flows for each plan.Can we send the data of future delivery dates in four different custom properties of profiles and use it in different flows?or is there any other method?

If I include multiple segments for a campaign, say my 30-60-90-120 engage for a broader audience cuz is a sale , is there a risk of emailing them twice 3 times?

Flow email filters set by date

I have an interesting problem I’m trying to solve. Customers can set their own ‘re-fill’ date to get a reminder to order.They enter a flow to receive those reminders over a series of a couple of weeks, however they may reset that ‘refill date’ field at any point while they’re in that flow as they need to delay the date again.If they reset that date, how can I prevent them from receiving the remainder of the flows messages? The only message filter I can see is possible is if the ‘refill date’ is in the last 10 days, which assumes the date hasn’t been changed. But if they reset it to a date that is within the timeframe while they’re still in the flow (a total of 10 days) then technically they may still receive that? Hope that makes sense. Appreciate any suggestions on ways to troubleshoot it

Turn Time Syntax to Local Time

I used the Klaviyo time syntax to setup time related event : {% today "%Y-%m-%d" as today %} {{ today|days_later:5 }} However I realized it is displaying in UTC time , is it possible to switch back to local time ?

Transactional email displaying order batches

Hi I have built a transactional email flow - specifically an order confirmation. I originally built the email as standard with a table block pulling in the order data and then setting the row collection/alias for it to repeat based on the number of items within the placed order event data.However, most customer orders split into multiple batches depending on stock location, availability, logistics etc. So we actually want to display this data within batches in the email. Please see images attached for example of how we want the email to look, and how the event data pulling through in batches 0, 1, 2 with all the data combined underneath.Can someone explain to me, how I can achieve this? Or if this is even possible in Klaviyo? Would I need multiple table arrays? Also the headers (Delivery 1) would these need to be if/else statements in order to show/not show based on delivery batches within the event?

Abandoned cart flow isn't sending enough emails

Hello,Here is the set up of my abandoned cart flow :Trigger : When someone Checkout StartedFlow filters : Placed order 0 times since starting this flowAND has not been in flow in the last 2 daysHere is the problem : The number of abandonned checkout I see on my shopify analytics (reached checkout - session converted) is way bigger than the number of mails sent by my abandoned cart flow.Does anyone have on idea of how to fix this ?Thank you very much

Variable syntax for number of orders placed

I’d like to use variable syntax in a flow email to communicate how many orders a customer has placed with us during a certain time period. (“Congratulations! You’ve placed X orders with us since DATE.”) I’m having a difficult time figuring out A) if this is possible; and B) which variables to use.Any ideas? Or if you know of another way to do this other than variable syntax, I’m all ears.

End of Month Flow

In our ecom shop we saw that at the beginning of every month (1-3.) we are having a super high conversionrate. this is why we want to create a flow which send emails to those that didnt buy any product yet and are in a specific list/ segment. these kind of mails shall be send out only once to those that are on the list and only on the 1. or 2. of the upcoming month.f.e.- you sign up for newsletter on the 10.- you dont buy→ You get an email on the 1. the upcoming month.any suggestions?

Cant set "Added to Cart" metric as Flow Trigger

Hi!I wanted to ask whether can we achieve this? I wanted to create an abandonment cart flow where it will trigger when a customer adds a product to a cart and does nothing after that. For an example, a customer add a t-shirt to his cart and exit the page. After a few hours, he will be receiving an email about the product in the cart and something like that. My klaviyo currently is integrated with woocommerce and I am not able to set “Added to cart” metric as the flow trigger. Is there any way around this or some other explanation about this?Thank you

Conditional Split for Abandoned Cart Flow of High Value vs Low Value not working

Hello all,I made this Abandoned Cart flow a while back to the specifications that Klaviyo mentions, as well as fixing a little bug of the $value needing to be Price instead to register the items.The issue I’m seeing now is that the overwhelming majority are going into the trigger split “PriceAmount is less than 59.94”, aka The Low Value Cart. It’s over 99%, which seems incorrect. However, a few have gone into the High Value Cart, so I know it must be working in part. What could be causing this huge shift? I have screenshots to show.Here are the trigger filters, based on recommendations to separate our Abandoned Checkout flow as well so they aren’t getting double.Here you can see the percentages.One theory I have is that people might be triggering with Low Value initially, come back before the 1 Hour Time condition is up and add more to equal higher value, but it’s actually triggering the additions as a new low value. Is that possible? If that’s the case, is there a way to fix that?What

Problem with order status woocommerce

When some one buy with bank transfer, the order status change in ‘On hold’. The abandoned cart flow, see only the ‘Checkout started’ and no the ‘Placed order’ and if I don’t change in ‘Pending’ or ‘Processing’ or ‘completed’ the flow start and send the first email of the flow. Is possible to have the ‘placed order’ also with the ‘on hold’ ?

The Psychology of Discount Incentives

We all at some point have run discount promotion in campaigns or abandoned cart flows etc. And indeed these do work well as long as you have sufficient margin to play with.. There is an understood theory that the fear of loss is more of an incentive than the attraction of a gain. I dont recall where I read it .. may have been Freakonomics or some other that studies have shown that if a greater performace takes place if sales staff are given their maximum bonus at the beginning of each month and at the end of the month if they hit target they get to keep or if they underperform its taken away.. Bear with me.. Could this be applied to discount codes.. Option A give each customer a code eg 20$ with an invitation to use within 48 hours or the gift expires ( could have min 200 $ spend so no more than 10% discount ) Option B give each customer a 10% off code again with an expiry.. My prediction ( as I am about to test ) is that Option A will win the A/B Has anyone tried this alternative disc

Email Re-Enagement Flow

Hi All,I want to set up a flow that triggers when a contact has not Opened or Clicked any email in the last 90 days. There would be multiple emails in the stream, so if a contact Opens or Clicks on an email at any point throughout the journey I want them to exit. Can someone check over to make sure I set up this properly? Appreciate all the help. This is what I have setup so far: The “Flow_Email-Re-Engagment_90-Days” segment logic is as follows:

I need help with setting up flows per fulfillment

I have a client with whom I am working with. He has a Shopify store that sells night guards. There is a strategy when he sells his stuff. He firstly send an impression kit through a email & after that he sends a sample through local shipment. My question is that what flow/trigger should I go for so that it can be done easily. AfterShip Flows Not Coming Up After A Successful Integration

Hello everyone,  I am currently facing an issue. I just recently integrated AfterShip with Klaviyo. The metrics are all active but I am not seeing AfterShip nor its flow templates (Order In Transit, Order Out for Deliver and Received Delivery).  in the Flow setup section.I can manually create the flows and setup the triggers but I don’t know where to get the codes.Please help

When does a customer enter a purchase flow?

Hi, I’m creating a post-purchase flow (based on the Klaviyo Thank You flow) and am looking for clarification on the trigger: when someone “Placed Order”. Does someone who is already in this flow remain in this flow until exit, or do they re-enter the flow every time they “place order”, even if they’re already in it from a previous purchase? Thank you!

Setting up my first flow but the emails doesn't get sent out! Help please!

Hi Community, Hopefully someone can help me with this. I set up my first flow last week and imported about 7 contacts into a list. I set the trigger is “WHen someone Subscribes to that list” I have the first email sent out immediately and the rest is 1 day interval. Then I set all email card becomes active Since last week, nothing happens since. You know what I did wrong here?Cheers
