How to trigger instant email to newsletter subscribers

Hi folks, I recently integrated Klaviyo with my new Shopify store. We plan to do a pre-launch campaign with the intention of building a strong mailing list before we do a full launch. For this we have built a landing page (on same Shopify store. Screenshot below) and the idea is anyone who gives us their email IDs on that page:1. Gets an instant ‘thanks for signing up’ emailer2. Gets added to our mailing list for monthly newsletters3. On the day of launch we plan to shoot an email to our mailing list announcing the launch & giving them a discount code Can someone help me achieve this? Thanks in advance!

Using Trigger Splits in Flows- Avoiding customers getting two emails

I have an abandon cart flow and I am using trigger splits to specify which products to serve the emails to. I have a trigger split that if checkout contains items (products) a,b,c,d,e,f, “YES” to continue with a sequence of three additional emails. If “NO”, then I have a another trigger split that if checkout contains items (products) g,h,i,j,k, “YES” to continue with a different set of three emails. But what happens if a cart contains item/product “a” and “h”. Would the customer get two emails?

I am trying to find a way to make/create one campaign with two goalsUpdate customers interests - they can select up to two or more interests based on the list provided Capture their subscription by adding the YES and NO subscription - to update their status in my email listOnce they send the update, their profiles will be updated. Product Block - Populate from Feed with third party integration

Hello to everybody, I am using a third party integration. My Catalog is up and running with 5.000 Products and various categories. Now i want to populate an E-Mail Template automatically by chossing “Populate from Feed” but i dont get any options for the Products from my cataloge. How do i get results in this dropdown? My wish is to send my customers products similar to the ones they just ordered automatically. Best regards jack24

Same item appears in a separate line item instead of changing quantity

When someone orders 2 or more pieces of the same item, it shows as a separate line instead of reflecting in the quantity. How do I fix the code to change the quantity instead of adding another line?

When to call A/B test on a flow statistically significant?

Hi there, I would like to know if anyone has any insights when to call an A/B test on a flow statistically signifant. Klaviyo determines it for you on a campaign, but I was wondering if anyone had some guidelines for flow. How many ppl would have had to receive the email lets say within 30 days to call to make a decision? Thank you, PJ

Unable to get block to show up in confirmation email

I’m in the process of re-doing a post purchase flow and for some reason, just in the order confirmation email, the block that contains the product details (image of products order, quantity, price, discount, subtotal, tax, shipping, and total) will not show up. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a reason an entire block wouldn’t be visible?

How to segment audience based on whether they are inside a specific flow or not?

Hello team,If my subscribers are still going through Post-Purchase flows, I would like to exclude them from the campaigns. What’s the best way to do it?I tried creating a segment for those who are still going through the Post-Purchase flows. And then I’ll exclude that segment from the campaign. But I can’t find the correct conditions.Please note that I have multiple flows with different lengths(in terms of days). And I want to make sure my audience are not in any of those flows before they can get the campaigns. What’s the best way to implement this? Thank you,.Best,Jep

Mailchimp Opened Email Metric Triggered in Klaviyo ?

I’m trying to setup a Flow trigger that triggers if a user receives or clicks on an email. I noticed that there is not Klaviyo specific flow for this, but there are Mailchimp Flows for this? I’m wondering why Mailchimp has more advanced email triggers than Klaviyo? Is there no way to do this in Klaviyo? Seems like a pretty powerful feature.

Product name not showing in email template

When I send out my emails, the product name doesn’t show up (even though it is ticked in the options to show product name). When I highlight over the area, the name is there - but it just doesn’t show up.    How do I get this product name to show up in the emails? Thanks.

When will Users in a Segment Go down a Segment-Triggered Flow?

Hello, Quick and simple question:First I created a Segment and updated it according to my set definitions and Klaviyo filled it with approx. 12 000 members.After this I made a new Flow from which a series of emails will be sent to members who join this Segment.Now is the Question: Will Klaviyo send these emails only to new members after I make the contents of this Flow “Live”, or will Klaivyo send it to these 12 000 members as well? Thank you for your help! Best regards,Alex

How do I send newly added flow emails to people who've already completed a flow?

I’ve added two new emails to a flow for one of my clients a few weeks after the flow was created by them.In between the time they created the flow and I added new emails, many customers went through the initial flow.As I add my new emails to this flow, they are not being sent to the people who went through the initial version of the flow. They are only being sent to people who enter the flow right now.How do I get it to send the new emails to people who already went through the earlier version of the flow?

Troubleshooting Time Delay Function in a Flow

Klaviyo Set Time Delay Not Working I create segment A for new user and flow B trigger from this segment (A).I setup flow with steps:trigger from segment A send first email to user delay 5 minutes send second email to user delay 10 minutes send third email to user For now, Klaviyo send first email for user in step 2, but after delay time, I don’t see any email send to user more.I’m not sure issues from my end or klaviyo, please give me some advice, thank a lot.

Limiting replenishment flows by ordered quantity

Hello,we have a client in the supplement niche. They have a supplement which buyers can use for 90 days. We created a replenishment E-Mail Flow in which people get a reminder to re-fill their product after a certain timeframe.This flow mainly targets new customers and push them to reorder a second and third time. It not necessarily targets existing high-value customers.Now we have some customers who buy this product for example three times at once, so they don't need this specific reminder E-Mail (since they 1. are loyal customers already and 2. the product would last 3 times as long)We want to exclude people from the flow who bought this particular item more than once in one order. Is there a possibility or workaround to only include people into the flow which bought the supplement one time in the order and skip anyone where the quantity is 2 or higher?Thanks in advance!
