Emails not sent although flow is live

I recently changed the status of a review flow to live. In the trigger preview, I can see that all correct profiles are marked “pass”.. i.e. they shall enter the flow. In the performance view of the first Email after the trigger, it shows zero reciepents.. Can anyone shed some light into darkness and enlighten me, what could I be missing here?Thanks a lot

large number of skipped emails

i set my checkout abandonement flow under the guidance of klaviyo but i found that large number of emails are getting skipped in abandoned cart flow and found no reason. i checked my settings and everything was right. i even asked for klaviyo’s customer service for help but this issue still existed. my setting of flow is as pictured and need a quick help. thanks!

Pop up and button link

Hi,Klaviyo pop up has been freezing my website for the last 6 months. Thus I’ve removed it. When the pop up appears and we close it (with the X or by clicking next to it), we can’t click on anything anymore.As they don’t find the solution to fix it, I came with a plan B. Building a landing page on my Shopify and now I want to link the button to collect the emails to Klaviyo. Here too, it seems they have no idea how to do that.The way they suggested (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418052317339) is not working.Anyone to support with a solution for both?Thanks

WINBACK FLOW NOT PERFORMING WELL

HI-My winback flows are not performing well. I checked our analytics for each winback flow and nothing seems to be working. We have no open and click rates. We did the back populate trigger as well for customers who had orders last from x number of days.Is there anything that we did wrong or should add to show data from old customers who have opened our win back emails? Thanks

Removing Specific Product from Abandoned Cart Flow

Hey fam, I have a shipping protection upsell that I use for a shopify store. I have noticed that the email flows have been including this as a product and reminding people to come back and buy it from their cart + the product they had in mind.Is there any way to prevent this from happening? or exclude the protection from this flows?Thank you in advance, Sebas.

Gmail Clipped-but size is only 43kb

Hi Everyone,I'm experiencing an issue where all my emails are getting clipped in Gmail. I've checked and downloaded the emails, and they're only 43KB. I can see the entire message, but it still shows as clipped. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Abandon Cart - Trigger ATC - Price not showing in email (Shopify Integration)

Hi There, Finally getting around to adding the abandon cart flow using the add to cart trigger. Trigger is working & pulling the info but the product price isnt appearing in the email, I was wondering if there is new code that needs to be used? Im using the klaviyo template for testing. Help Needed: Setting Up a Dynamic Prelaunch Email Flow

Hi everyone,I'm starting an ecommerce pet business soon. We'll be launching our Coming Soon page soon, and I'm working on setting up a prelaunch email flow. I want to make sure that subscribers who join at different times still get a relevant and engaging experience.Here's what I have so far:Trigger: When someone is added to All Subscribers Welcome & 25% Discount email Wait 3 days: Brand Story email Wait 5 days: Product Education email Wait 7 days: FAQ emailThe issue I'm facing is that this setup is very linear and assumes subscribers join at the beginning of the prelaunch period. If someone joins part way through or with just a week left, they won't receive the emails in a timely manner.I’m wondering what the best way to go about this would be? Issue currency abandon cart email

Hello,I am trying to find a solution on this but Klaviyo support and Shopify support are not very helpful and bother are redirecting to the other one…Very simple issue, but so hard to fix.I have a multi-devise store. On the abandon cart email, the price that is displayed is correct but not the currency.So for example below the price is in USD but the customer is from Uzbekistan and the currency should be UZS.See below:So easy question: how to change the devise of the abandon cart email based on the currency of the customer checkout on Shopify?Thanks.C.

Flows, email not sending twice

Hello!I am creating a flow where customers can download i pricing list, and based on their option they will recieve a email via the property they choose. And that works fine, the customers get the email. So, if they select one option for pricing, lets say “option 1”, they will get that specified email based on that property. Great! However, if they also want a pricing list for option 2, that email does not send. So if they want a pricing list for option 1 and option 2, they will only recieve one email. I have turned off double opt, and i have also checked out the box that says “skip recently emailed profiles”. I believe the problem is that customers thats already in a list dont receive another email when submitting the form. The segment change when they submit, but no emails are sent.Any help would be great! Have a nice day. Erik

Problem with dynamic product repeats and images

However, if there’s more than one item in the abandoned basket it shows the text of those products twice (i.e. if there were two products in the basket, it shows product 1, product 2, product 1, product 2). Also, for some reason I can only seem to bring in the image from the first product (‘0’) and that then repeats so it shows for the wrong items. I know it’s because the variable is wrong, but I’ve played with iterations of what I think it should be and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried:{{ event.extra

Lead to active customer

Hi there, We’re currently setting up our lead campaign and within the segment there is a rule that the customer property doesn’t equal ACTIVE (stripe status). Is this enough for someone to drop out of a lead flow and into our welcome subscriber flow should they subscribe during the flow? Or are there other rules within the flow that need to be set?We only want them to receive the on boarding flow.Thanks,Annabelle

Filtering Okendo Product Review Flows by Specific Item

My client would like to receive more Okendo reviews for a specific item group only, so I’m trying to design a Product Review flow that triggers only when this specific item is purchased.It doesn’t look like I can set up a flow trigger anymore on review requests that sends to only purchasers of this product. Does anyone happen to know a workaround? I’ve duplicated the template to a Post-Purchase flow that does allow item triggering, but then the Okendo Review table doesn’t show to allow for quick reviews.Thanks in advance for any help.

What is the difference between the browse abandonment, Added to Cart-triggered abandoned cart, and Started Checkout-triggered abandoned cart flows?

The browse abandonment flow captures tracked Klaviyo profiles that have viewed a product but not started a checkout or placed an order.The Added to Cart-triggered abandoned cart flow is intended to notify tracked Klaviyo profiles that added an item to their cart, but did not trigger a checkout or place their order.The Started Checkout-triggered abandoned cart flow captures tracked and non-tracked customers who have entered their email at the first step of checkout.Each flow targets a different step in the purchasing process and all flows should be set to skip profiles that have either started a checkout or placed an order since starting the flow. Browse abandonment is step 1 of the process, Added to Cart-triggered abandoned cart is step 2, and Started Checkout-triggered abandoned cart is step 3.For more information, head to Guide to Creating an Abandoned Cart Flow or How to Create a Browse Abandonment Flow.

Canceling a campaign mid-send: how do you resend without emailing people that already received the original campaign?

Your first step in this situation should be to create a segment of customers who received the first campaign. This segment will then be excluded from your secondary send to ensure that you don’t double email any profiles.  To create this segment, head to your Lists & Segments tab and click to create a new segment. Once you have named your segment, choose the following definition: What someone has done (not done) > Received Email > at least once, then filter by your Campaign Name  When you create your second campaign, choose to target the same lists or segments from the original send and exclude the segment that you just created to ensure that customers do not receive multiple emails.  Happy sending!

Advice on Creating Product-Specific Abandoned Cart Flows

Abandoned cart flows are one of the first flows Klaviyo recommends ecommerce businesses set up. Since it’s triggered by a customer starting checkout, you know there’s interest, and the abandoned cart flow helps remind customers to complete their purchase. Depending on your business, you may be thinking of creating more specific flows for your products. Say you only have a few products and you want each to have a different abandoned cart experience, or perhaps your brand has a hero product that you want to give some extra attention to, Klaviyo can help you do that.Creating a Product-Specific Abandoned Cart FlowIf you want a particular product to have it’s own specific flow, set the Flow Trigger to Checkout Started and add each product as a trigger filter. If you have a more generalized abandoned cart flow for other products, be sure to also add a trigger filter to that flow excluding the products in the dedicated flow to ensure customers don’t receive two abandoned cart emails from you.

Triggers treated like flow filters

Hello. I would be really interested to here someone from inside Klaviyo trying to explain the fact that they treat flow triggers (segments) like flow filters. For example, i want to make one segment with all the users that viewed 3 times the last 7 days my SEO website page. And then i want to nurture them for one month with valuable content. So according to Klaviyo, when the profile exits the segments it will stop receiving emails from that flow. WHY?????????? I i have to exclude someone i have flow filters. Why would Klaviyo treat one trigger (by default, happening once and initiating a chain of events) like one continues requirement? No really, i am really curious to see what am i missing here….

Add to Cart Trigger on Non Product Pages

We would like to make the add to cart event trigger whenever a product is added to the cart on ANY Shopify page.  I have seen this question asked many times, but have not seen an answer that is not “hire a developer.”  With slide carts, and buy buttons on home pages and collection pages, customers actually reaching a product page is not very likely anymore.  We would expect most customers to be adding directly from home or collection pages, so the current Klaviyo Add to cart and view product triggers are only going to work occassionaly.  The fact that Klaviyo refuses to help with this is baffling to me given that add to cart is an extremely important event.About 6 months ago, a helpful Klaviyo representative gave me some code that actually DID work on all non-product pages.  At the time, we were on Shopify 1.0 and have upgraded our theme to a 2.0 theme.  Now that same code no longer works.  I am pasting it below for folks who might still be able to use it and also to see if any people

Open vs. Click Attribution

I’m considering switching our account from open attribution to click attribution. I’ve begun noticing larger than normal discrepancies between Klaviyo attribution model and our Google attribution model, so I believe click attribution is probably a more accurate attribution method with iOS 14 open tracking being unreliable. Has anyone switched to click attribution recently? If so, what impact did you notice on your email attributed revenue from Klaviyo?
