What would it take to get a calendar view? The idea to be able to see all the campaigns laid out on a calendar would help so freaking much! Creating the content calendar there, and then building the emails from there would be a HUGE life savor. And then after that, to link it to the google calendar. DREAM! Also to be able to color tags and/or create a creation process… Idea/Editing/Needs Approval/Final/Scheduled…
Best practice for Sunset Flow
Hello everyone, I would really appreciate if you could share how you setup your Sunset Flow. I have started my list in 2014 in MailChimp and moved from MailChimp to Klaviyo about a year ago.I have never ever cleaned my list. I know it sounds terrible My list size now is ~10.000 and I managed to score 25% open rates when I send to the entire list. I try to send weekly. I had the goal of spending one year using Klaviyo and then clearing my list. This was mainly because I wanted everyone on the list to receive Black Friday emails. So I created Sunset flow.I spend much time reading how to do it best, but in fact, I still don’t know the best solution.Sorry for the long prehistory.I created my Sunset flow using the standard flow. I included profiles in the segment who were inactive for 365 days. They receive 2 emails. The second email is sent after a week. Item Specific Post Purchase Flow - Best Practice
Hi all, I’m looking for some advice on how to best set up a post purchase flow without overlap. We are looking to build out post purchase instructional emails relating to individual products, that will provide all the learning videos & walkthroughs pertaining to that particular product. However, since we will have at least 20 of these individual emails (to start), I was wondering what would be the best way to build out these flows with minimal overlap?Each item is unique enough that the guides & walkthroughs don’t overlap, and I will be using the product title to send these specific guides post purchase.Should I set up a single post purchase flow and have it branch out by item purchased, and have all 20+ emails in the single flow? Or would that be too complicated? Is it better to just create a new flow for each guide / product and turn on smart sending? I don’t want to scare off potential customers by sending too many emails, and want them to get the most relevant email for pos

Hi everyone.I have a very basic question. What is the purpose of the following filter in the flow preset:what someone has done - started checkout zero times - since starting this flowIt seems a little strange adding this filter rule after a trigger: Started checkout. I am wondering what would happen if I were to leave out this “started checkout zero times filter”. Any explanation with potential scenario would be helpfull.Also: does the filter: placed order zero times since starting this flow remove people from the flow if they decide to purchase at any point during the flow? Trigger an flow on specific Custom Event trigger that is a date
Hei guys I need your help again. The situation is this. I ve an app that wants to create an appointment between patient and doctors. My objective is to send an email on the same day appointment visit to the patient (and to the doctor) in order to remember them of the visit and the slot time. So I created this metric coming from a no code application (bubble) and brought throughout Zapier. Metric: YesDate visita final: event custom property - it represent the appointment dateSlot Final: event custom property - it represent the time slotHere the example: Now, I want to trigger an email on the Date Visita Final custom event property but I am not able to do it. I have tried with a creation of a flow triggered by a metric - Can’t find the Date visita final I ve also tried to create a flow with data based property but also here I cannot find the Custom event property. I can only see the custom property related to users profiles. How should I do it? Is it the right process? Thanks :)
Why Are Transactional Email Deliveries Delayed by Hours?
I have a transactional “Activate Your Account” email in a flow without a time delay, yet the email is in the waiting stage and will be there for a few hours.I’m confident I don’t have any other rules in place to delay the send. I just sent a few copies of this email type without delay, yet a latest tranch of emails is delayed. Why does this happen?
Stripe purchase automation fail
Hey guys,I’ve set up a flow that it’s triggered to start once a customer gets a succesful payment via stripe, yet it’s not working and her clients are not getting the emails. It’s always been a lottery for me when setting up this flows with this specific action as a trigger.Should I be more specific and add a filter which will specify the amount her customer will be paying?Thanks in advance for the help.Juan

Now, I'm looking to enhance our method by collecting birthdays on the thank you page as well.I've created a new sign-up form titled "Birthday Collection Thank You Page" and linked it to the appropriate subscriber list. However, I'm trying to find a way to collect birthdays using Shopify Plus on the thank you page without asking customers to provide their email addresses again.Since customers have already submitted their email and other details, I want to create a seamless experience by only asking them for their birthday and a simple call-to-action button click.I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to achieve this. Does Welcome series overlap with abandon cart email flow?
when I create welcome series the trigger is when someone is subscribed to my newsletter and then abandon cart is activated when someone abandon their cart. so when a new subscriber sign in to my newsletter and then he/she abandon their cart after few days when welcome series is still active so do they receive both welcome series email and abandon cart email.If yes is it okay for them to receive those email?
How do emails get captured in Added to Cart (abandonment flow)?
Hey everyone,I have been looking into adding an “Added to Cart” custom Shopify event for a new Klaviyo flow.We currently have the standard “Started Checkout” abandoned cart flow working but I want to try and capture more casual browsersI want to understand if (and how) Klaviyo will be able to capture those casual browsers’ emails if they do not physically enter their details throughout their browsing journey. We don’t currently capture emails via a pop-up, and the only way we get subscribers is either via a sale discount code, or subscription sign-up.Cheers!Ben & Caleb
Dynamic abandoned cart email does not product allow image/title to be clickable
Hello Klaviyo community! My issue today is that when creating my dynamic abandoned cart email flow, the product image & title are not clickable. Attached are some screenshots of what’s going on. Website is on Shopify. I cannot seem to find any solution! I am trying to make the abandoned cart emails have a CLICKABLE IMAGE (Abandoned product) and a CLICKABLE TITLE (Item title). Please help!
Hi!New to Klaviyo and just starting. I need with help with ideas on a flow. For a new website and product launch. I would like to offer emails that lead up to the launch and I wanted to know if on Klaviyo there is something that the customer can enter a friends email address to offer another friend a discount. And on the back end the email looks states that a friend _____ sent you a Discount for the product. What would be the best flow and is how can I offer a discount to those who put in a friends email. Hi team,I have a transactional flow for order updates that is setup. The flow has order number, product details shipment details etc. that I can manually send to the customer who have placed orders.Most importantly, I would like to share with each customer, the shipping tracking number and a url link pointing to the shipping partner’s website which I will get from my supplierThe question is.. how can i insert tracking number and url link manually to each email and send it to individual customers?I am a newbie to Kalviyo and still learning, appreciate if you are able to advise how can I achieve this?I am integrated with WooCommerce-Wordpress. I like to send previews of upcoming product launches to my email list, but I’d like to gauge interest and target those subscribers who want to be informed when the product becomes available.Is there a way to do this with a button click? Hello together, I'm relatively new to Klaviyo and not even sure where exactly to look for - so sorry at this point, because I'm sure the answer already exists somewhere. I am in the process of creating a flow and have the following challenge. A customer buys a certain (!) product ( in this case it is a sample). I would like to set up a flow in which he is reminded after some time automated to buy the fullsize product. How do I have to proceed?I tried to set it as a segment, but I can't say here that the flow should only be started when he buys this one product - I only have the option to say that the flow starts when he triggers a purchase. How can I specify this?Thanks for your help!
abandoned checkout flow not sending
Was wondering why the abandoned checkout flow I created is not sending. i tested it by going to the specific website I integrate with Klaviyo. Hit checkout button and waited for the email to come. I didn’t receive anything after four hours of waiting (as per time delay). The welcome email I set up was working perfectly fine and all emails from this flow was sent according to the time delay. Was wondering what else do I need to do to make it work. Trigger is : Checkout StartedFlow filter: What someone has done (or not done) Person has: Placed Order zero times since starting this flow

I am building a category-based Browse recovery flow that aims to send customers relevant emails based on the products they have viewed. For example, customers who viewed tents would receive tent-related emails, and customers who viewed jackets would receive jacket-related emails.To structure the flow, I have identified our top categories and developed a framework that I have outlined below. However, I am seeking feedback on whether this is the right approach to build a category-based flow.Additionally, I am unsure of what the last trigger in the flow should be. Since there may be new categories in the future, I need to decide on a trigger that can encompass any new categories. Customers not triggering "started check out"
Hi all,We have created an abandoned cart flow, with the trigger “when someone starts checkout” and the flow filters “placed order zero times since starting this flow” and “has not been in the flow last 2 days”. We have noticed significantly less than expected profiles oging through this flow.To test this I created a segment of people who have placed and order but not started checkout, and there was 300 profiles in the last 30 days.One issue seems to be a large percentage of our customers using pay pal express that are not triggering started checkout.Adiotnally, some profiles don’t seem to triger the started checkout triger, even though they have triggered active on site, and the page they are on is checkout and pay.Is there a way to pick up these profiles that are going through paypal express? And what could be the issue with customers who don’t trigger started checkout despite being active on the checkout and pay page. Thanks in advance.

Hi,Is there a way to send my subscriber specific product/or product categories based on the “viewed product” metrics in a flow setting?For example, a user has been active on my site in the last 14 days, and viewed four sneakers products pages. Now this user has entered into my segment, and triggered a flow. I want to send this users more sneakers, how do I achieve that. Also is there a way to send them a very specific product, if let’s say this person viewed only that product?
