Hi everybody,I am pretty new to klaviyo and need help with a flow we are running now. I would like to create a report which will show which email addresses (email list) entered the flow and purchased (as this is the final purpose) and I don’t know how to do that. I can create only a report that will show how many emails entered and purchased per flow and day, please see screenshot below. Please help.Thank you in advance.Cristina.
Hello all, I am having an issue with my browse abandonment flow right now.I have noticed that some of my potential customers are viewing products, or Klaviyo/Shopify is thinking they are viewing products, and it sending out a browse abandonment email.Problem is that this email isn’t pulling in any product data and I’m not really sure why. It’s working about 70% of the time at the moment, but 30% are getting the email without any of the product info for the product they’ve viewed.Attached image below! No data in email previewEmail preview showing no data pulling in
I'd like to A/B test the same pop-up design with a variation in the messaging: free shipping v. 10% off.Can I set up the flow to segment between pop-up variant A and variant B to send a different email depending on which pop-up you were served?Thank you, Jonathan
Hi,I’m trying to create a flow which sends new customers an email containing information about the product they have bought. Would a flow like this be the correct way to implement this? If this is the correct way, I do have some questions about the configurationDo I pick “ProductNames” or “ItemNames”, or does it not matter? For the “Type:”, should I put “Text” or “List”? or does it not matter again? Also, should Flow Filter in the Trigger at the start be “Since this flow began”?Thanks in advance for any answers
Hi all!I am creating a welcome series and would like to implement the 'Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles' so that I can specifically target visitors who have yet to purchase. Just wondering how does Klaviyo differentiates between existing members vs new members - is it via cookies or logged in accounts? If it helps, I'm using shopify for my store. Thanks so much in advance :)
Hi,I am designing a cross sell flow. We sell vintage, one of a kind items and therefore need the block to auto populate. However we also have a gift wrapping product, which we would like to not show up in this block. Is there any possibility to exclude certain products from the auto population feed?Thank you in advance! Elisabeth
Hey everybody. First I want to say thanks in advance for any input or comments. I successfully created a flow ensuring that it was live, and tested it out by creating a New Account. I created 2 Flows which were supposed to work. One was a Sign Up Flow, where a person should receive an email, welcoming them and thanking them for signing up. I used a conditional split, where a separate email would go to someone who has not ordered a product. I went onto my website and created an account. However, I did not purchase anything and therefore, I should have received an email but I didn’t.I also created an abandoned cart sequence where the customer should receive an email when they leave checkout, without purchasing an item. This sequence consisted of 2 emails - one that is sent after 1 hour when checkout started and one 4 hours after that. However, when I tested this out, I did not get any emails. Does anyone know why this is?
Hi Community, has anyone tried to conduct a hold out test on their Abandoned Cart email to measure effectiveness? We are looking to utilize the “random sample” conditional split in the flow to conduct this but are uncertain for the best strategy on how to see the impact on those who don’t receive the email. Thanks in advance,
I have a back in stock flow which is live on my website. When a product goes back in stock, email them… But it doesn’t do it. Emails are captured, but despite this it shows no emails as waiting when I go into the flow and nothing gets sent to people when I add back stock in Shopify. How would I fix this?
Which Cart abandonment rules would be best to use? We have 2 default flows available. Thanks Cart AbandonmentAfter someone Started Checkout. Only include someone if has Started Checkout zero times since starting this flow and has Placed Order zero times since starting this flow and has not been in this flow in the last 30 days.Abandoned Cart Reminder After someone Started Checkout. Hello - In the Flows section, there are 2 pre-built flows for browse/browser abandonment with different names (rules below). Could you please tell us which we should use and on what occasions? Thanks.Browse AbandonmentAfter someone Viewed Product. Hi Guys! I would like to ask for advice on a specific conditional split setting that I set up in my email flow. More specifically whether it’s set up correctly or not? What I want to achieve is: send out one generic email to my list and then follow up emails, based on the specific links people were clicking on when reading the first email.Links, that people are clicking are set up as hotlinks in the email. I would like to confirm whether the correct way to set up these conditions is:What someone has done -> Clicked email -> URL -> equals [link]andWhat someone has done -> Clicked email ->message -> equals [message on the hotlink]I'll add a screenshot as an attachment to make it more understandable. At the moment it seems really odd that out of 6000 people, nobody is receiving any follow up emails? So I’m wondering if the “URL” and “message” part after “clicked email” is set up correctly or not or is there another way to set up this kind of follow up flow?Thank you!
Plugins Used For Woocommerce Checkout:- Woocommerce- Woocommerce Subscriptions- Klaviyo (WooCommerce Integration)- Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce (Pro) (By Theme High)- Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce (Pro) (By Theme High) Description: Using "Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce" Plugin to breakup steps in the checkout process. On step 1 I have used the multistep plugin to add an email collection field but unfortunately completing step 1 does not collect the email. Issue: It seems the entire checkout process needs to be completed before this happens on all the steps of the checkout process. I want this step 1 to already collect the email address so even if the client does not move to step 2 and does not enter their checkout details we get the email.Another request I have is that the emails collected are somehow grouped or tag'd indicating the product that was added to cart. Like an abandoned cart but not having entered any checkout details except entering their email on step
I’m trying to build an upsell block for a Placed Order triggered post purchase email. I want the block NOT to show if they purchased this particular item, and SHOW if they did not purchase this item. This is what I tried and it doesn’t seem to be working. Please help! Thanks!
Hi, I was hoping someone can help me. I have changed my welcome flow to add conditional splits. Once I updated, I have back-populated. It looks like people are moving through but some were skipped at a certain point and now it looks like there are no one moving through. I am not seeing the next step showing anyone in waiting. Is there something I am doing wrong? I have read everything I could find and this is my last resort in posting a question. Below is an image and I see on Day 4, 10 were delivered but then the conditional split after shows no one waiting for the next emai (#6)I can verify that all the delivered in Day 4 has not made any purchase. Do they only go into waiting when 2 days is up? Thank you!
Abandoned cart fetching wrong product url, On my magento store all products are grouped products. Child products are added to cart but they are individually not visible they are associated to grouped product. So product url should be of parent product instead of child product.
Abandoned cart emails ARE being sent by Klaviyo, but showing as “NOT SENT” in Shopify. Is this the behavior I should expect? I was hoping by integrating Klaviyo into my Shopify store, the two systems would be able to better communicate with one another.
