Conditional split: shipping rate 0 or more (Woocommerce integration)

Hi!I’d like to create a conditional split where I evaluate whether the shipping rate was 0 or more. Have I understood correctly that by default woocommerce doesn’t send the shipping price to Klaviyo? If yes, then has anybody been able to send that data to Klaviyo successfully? Thanks!Tom

How to trigger a flow when customer submits contact form on Shopify?

Hello Community!!We are on Shopify. As part of our sales process, our customers submit an inquiry form on our website with some information we required to initiate the process. We want to trigger a flow, once the customer submits the contact form to send them the first email to schedule a consultation meeting and then a series of emails after the appointment is booked. How can we trigger a flow with that action? I can't find that option in de default triggers from the Shopify integration?Thanks a lot,Ronald

Hi, I have followed the instructions for gathering subscriber preferences Use Your Emails to Gather Subscriber Preferences (klaviyo.com) using custom buttons How to Use Links to Collect Information About Your Recipients – Klaviyo - Help CenterThis all works, but I am confused as to what I now need to put in my flow to separate customers. I have three setting (Full contact, less contact, promotion only) and I have named each variable, but I am confused as to how I then use this information. What do I need to put in my split to change how they then hear from me? Each of these help pages contain absolutely nothing on what to do once you have used the buttons to collect the information. Thanks in advance.

Abandoned cart flow: emails not being sent when I test the flow

Hi all - can someone help me to work out if I have set up my abandoned cart flow properly? I have been testing it and haven’t received any abandoned cart emails after 4 hours.My website is a Shopify site.I placed a product in the cart and then left the website 4 hours later (which is the timing of the delay) I didn’t receive any abandoned cart email, even though I just used the default flow that was in Klaviyo. I set the filter to ‘placed order zero times since starting flow’. Then it should send the “It looks like you left something behind” email. (The 2nd email “Your cart is about to expire” I have intentionally left as a draft as I want to test just sending one abandoned email first)I thought maybe the reason I wasn’t receiving any abandoned cart email might be because I wasn’t logged in to the Shopify site. But I tried it by logging in and I still didn’t receive anything. Thank you all for any help you can provide!Cheers

How to repeat same email in the flow

Hi,I have a question about setup a flow to send email everytime customer visit our restaurant.Here is my logic below:There is a property called ‘To be send restaurant email’ and the value is ‘Y’ A segment included those profile based on filter property ‘To be send restaurant email’ equal to ‘Y’ A flow based on that segment to send out the email  The last step of the flow is to remove property ‘To be send restaurant email’So in my idea, the next time they revisit our restaurant they will have property ‘To be send restaurant email’ again so they would be included in the same flow again.So far it worked for the first time. But the second time even they are in the segment already, it still don’t trigger the flow. Do you have any idea to make it work? Thanks.Mars

Flow put into "draft" mode stops attributing revenue

Hi Folks,  I created an abandon cart/checkout flow for bigcommerce a few days ago. I found out about the “empty cart” experience for anyone opening the email on a new device, which I think is terrible, so I installed the arctic leaf cart reminder app and their pre-built flow. Since turning that flow live, I turned the old abandoned cart flow to draft, and it stopped showing the associated revenue for it in the dashboard.Is this intended behaviour? it seems strange to stop attributing to revenue this way, but would be very happy for an explanation. Thanks!

Update profile property with event variable

Before posting this question, I found this post I think my use case is very similar if not the same. I am tracking a “profile activity” with a “metric/event” named “Subscribed to List Key”. This “metric/event” contains one property named “list_key”.I create a flow which is fired off from the “metric/event” mentioned above. Then I have a “Update Profile Property” action. I am trying to update a profile property called “subscriptions” (array of strings) by appending the list_key to it.However, I try to reference the event variable {{ event.list_key }} and it’s just not working. Based on the post I found and that I am referencing in this post, I believe it’s not possible to do this. However, is this something that will be supported in the future?

Back in Stock Flow - similar product

I’m currently migrating a client to Klaviyo and have a complicated request for a Back in Stock Flow that I’d love to get some thoughts on.The client would like to not only send regular Back in Stock alerts, but also trigger an email when the same style in a different colour or fabric comes online or back into stock. The products are linked by a SKU prefix which identifies the style. I’ve considered creating segments based on the SKU but that could get quite hard to manage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Quick Newby Question - Can I reuse the same coupon code in a different flow?

I have a high value abandoned cart flow, where I am sending the customer a 15% off coupon code in one of the emails. Then in another email I’m reminding them, but I’m also using the coupon code label in the second email?  Does Klaviyo know that this is one flow and will use the same exact coupon code, or does the Flow create a new code per email?

How To Send To Entire Segment On A Specific Date?

Hi, I have used various ESP platforms in the past and they all offer the functionality I am trying to achieve with Klaviyo, however, for the life of me I cant figure this out.I want to Send a series of emails to a particular segment, let’s call this ‘customers’. I want this to start on Monday the 12th July 2021.  Each user will receive email #1 and then move along the flow for the sale period. However, I am not able to find where I can just select a segment and any date to send. It looks like they are all birthday’s, anniversary dates etc.  Can anyone please let me know if there is a workaround for this?

Checkout Abandonment Flow - Pricing Wrong

We offer a 20% discount in one of our checkout abandonment flow emails but the product pricing is pulling through incorrectly. It is not showing the VAT on the product.E.g. An £18 (inc VAT RRP) product is showing as £12 in the email to the customer

Shopify order paid by bank transfer

Hi everyone,I want to inform our customers if we received a bank transfer payment.That means an order is placed with payment method bank transfer → money arrives at our bank account → we set the order from unpaid to paid in Shopify → email should be sent automatically.Now, I am searching which trigger this could be in Klaviyo to inform customers automatically that we received the money and that we updated the order.Many thanks for your ideas.BestChristian

Flow Not Populating with Recipients & Question on Random 50/50 split

Hi there,  I am having two different problems which I am a little confused about.  I am trying to send out automated emails 60 days after a person has made a purchase. I have tried doing this through ‘fulfilled order’ and through ‘made order’ however it doesn’t seem to be populating anybody. Nobody is waiting for this email and it hasn’t delivered to a single person. Everything is live, and it should send.  For another, I have after someone completes an order, putting them through a random 50/50 split. But one condition has 1432 ‘waiting’ and the other has ‘26’ waiting, and this number hasn’t gone up nor down. I am confused why these aren’t working, and I feel like I must be missing something obvious but I can’t work out what is going on after attending lectures and trying to read up on it. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

Failed payment flow not working

HelloI am creating a Failed Payment flow using the Failed Payment metric from the Stripe integration.According to the Integrations tab, there is a green border around the Stripe integration box. So this means that it has been fully synced and integrated.The webhooks between Stripe and Klaviyo are successfully set up. There are successful calls recorded by Stripe when I make a test order. Using the test order codes that would trigger a failed order, Stripe records these payments as failed. However, it is not showing up in Klaviyo. I have made a few failed test orders and none of these times does it show up on Klaviyo. It only shows that I have started checkout (Woocommerce). Hence my failed order flow is not triggered and no email has been sent.I found this in the Klaviyo documentation: How to integrate with Stripe on a failed payments flow and I was wondering what the flow trigger was as highlighted in the snapshot below.So I’m wondering why failed payments are not being recorded and a

Edited Time Delay in Flow - how to change for previous customers mid flow

Hello, I edited the time delay (lengthened it) in a flow, but didnt realise it didnt change for people already in the flow wait period. Any way I can do this retrospectively? Ie the Manage Flow - Update all Statuses/ Back populate options in the menu?! Many thanks in advance

email flow not sending customers emails

Hello! I have installed and uninstalled Klaviyo a couple times, to try to resolve this, and also because I couldn’t decide on a marketing app. I really enjoy Klaviyo and I want it to work for me so I was hoping someone could help me. So my business won’t launch until August 2nd. But what I did was i announced it on all social media platforms so i can collect email addresses. Then i downloaded Klaviyo and created a flow so all my new email subscribers could get an auto welcome email. It looks like shopify is integrated with Klaviyo and I can see all my customer email addresses on there. But the flow isnt sending out a welcome email to those previous subscribers. How can i fix this? I also see them on my profiles page, but not on the newsletter list. Also will it automatically send the email even if they add their email address to the shopify footer, not a klaviyo pop up? I really like Klaviyo and want to use it but i am honestly getting frustrated. please help haha.Thank you!! :)

Browse Abandonment

Hey Everyone! Hoping to get some answers and/or guidance in setting up the Browse Abandonment Flow. The brand is in the golf industry and would like to set up abandonment based on specific products within specific Collections. When I try setting up the flow, adding a trigger filter only allows me to select '’$Value'’ for Dimension. However, Value is not the criteria I am looking to setup under. It would be something along the lines of Specific products or collections. For example; We have golf Irons - I would want specific browse abandonment for Golf Irons.  Is there a set up in the Browse Abandonment flows that can achieve what I have discussed? If anyone has similar stories regarding their set up & are open to sharing , that would be helpful🙂

Reusing Expiring Dynamic Welcome Coupon in Abandoned Cart Flow

At the moment I’ve got a dynamic welcome coupon set up ‘welcome15’ that is set to have an expiration of 7 days. I am using this same code in our abandoned cart flow as well but only for customers who have never purchased. I’ve noticed those emails are getting a great open/click through rate but no purchases. My questions are: If someone is currently in the Welcome Flow, are they getting the same exact coupon in the abandoned cart flow if they abandon their cart? If someone was previously in the welcome flow, never purchased, and then a few weeks later they are in the abandoned cart flow, does the abandoned cart flow know to create a new discount code for them and not use the previous expired one?Basically, I’m concerned customers are getting expired codes possibly? Do I have this setup in the best way I can for success with our welcome offer?

Profile property updates and profiles being excluded from a flow

Hi Folks, I’ve created a custom property called “Global Welcome Flow” with a value of either “active” or “complete” with the idea of excluding someone from promotional emails when they are still new and in the welcome flow.When the profile starts in the flow, it’s updated to “active”, when they reach the end of the flow, the property is updated to “complete”.What I would like to know, is if the customer places an order at some time BEFORE completing the rest of the welcome flow, are they going to be stuck with the property of “active” because the flow filter “placed an order X times since starting this flow” has prevented them from continuing through?Thank you!

Custom Properties not triggering flow

Hi great people, I have added custom properties to my flow (if a customer mentions that (s)he is interested in product A vs B welcome flow’s 2nd email is triggered accordingly). Now the customer has option to choose multiple options to choose at the same time, but I want to trigger emails for only product A. While doing so, if the customer chooses only product A in the interest fields, my flow works fine but when the customer chooses A&B, flow doesn’t trigger. I have tried multiple options like “contains”, “is in”, “starts with” but nothing seems to work :(Any solutions for this? TIA

Where to use a filter in welcome series?

Hey klaviyo team.As part of my welcome series (5 emails) I’m offering a static discount code for new customer who subscribe to my email list. I don’t want customers who use the code to counties and receive other email on that series.Do I need to add the filter: placed order, where discount codes contains, zero times on the trigger setup alone or for each and every email in that series?
