Issue triggering placed order event to klaviyo in some instances

Hey, We have an issue with the abandoned cart flow. As klaviyo sometimes, does not pick up a placed order before its fulfilled. Therefore risking sending abandoned cart emails to people who already placed an order.We use woocommerce and it is updated and the integration has been checked. We followed this guide: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002779411-Creating-an-Abandoned-Cart-Flow Example of a customer who started the checkout and placed an order (She subscribed at the checkout, as she placed the order): Why is the integration not picking up a placed order? Most times it does trigger the “placed order”, but in some cases like the one above it does not. Any experience with this type of issue? In a majority of the cases, it looks normal: Any help is appreciated

Back in stock showing for all products in Custom Shopify Theme

I have a problem with my back in stock button showing on all my products, even those in stock - and I want this to only show on my out of stock products. I'm using a custom theme on shopify, so that's why the issue is on my site and klaviyo is not able to help me as I'm using a custom theme and not a basic shopify theme. Is this something that is possible to be done?

Klavio Help Please!

First of all, I think it is not ok that Klaviyo only provides live support for paying customers…..I really need help,I am trying to set up a Welcome Flow with subscribing on my Shopify account.  When i press integrate--I don’t have the option to check “customers that agree….”How do I get this flow connected to my subscription page?Also, what is a preview list?  At the beginning of the flow, it says that email will go to anyone of the Preview List… thank you so much!  I am really having a hard time and have already spent a lot of time trying to set this up!Lisa

Email Editor Scrolling Height Issue

When using Safari or Firefox to edit an email that is taller than average, I’m often constrained by some arbitrary height attribute set on the id=“design_iframe” iframe that contains the email design. To edit the email properly, I have to inspect element on my browser and manually change the style attribute in the DOM to a fixed height that allows for my email to show up all the way down the page. Syntax errors

Anyone have the secret to how to solve syntax errors in a template? They suggest looking for spelling errors or a problem with the campaign message, but I’m not any wiser. I’ve tried 3 different templates with the same result, so has to be something I’m doing I’m not aware of. Would be nice to one day finally send out my email!

Can we add a dynamic block in email campaign?

Are dynamic table blocks only for email flows and not email campaigns? I am planning on sending an email campaign to a segment whose definition is: Checkout Started at least once between 0 and 360 days ago Placed Order zero times over all time Person is not suppressed for emailBut I can’t seem to have it worked. My assumption is that dynamic table blocks are only used for email flows. Can you enlighten me?Thanks!

If-Else for Discounts

Hi there! I’m working on moving our order confirmation emails from Shopify to Klaviyo. I’d like to include discount $ amounts if the customer had a discounted order. But if they didn’t, I want to leave the line blank so they don’t feel bad about seeing Discount: $0.00 😊Is there a way to do an if-else statement that can tell if the discount field is greater than 0? Or another way to make this work?Thanks!

Using Multiple Custom Properties to trigger a flow

Please forgive me. I’m a complete newbie to Klaviyo. We’ve been using a Klaviyo developer to help us in the past but I now suspect, that they are not as good as they claimed they were.I have contacted Klaviyo support, but 72 hours later, we’ve not had a response.I think we are going to have to solve this ourselves and bring all our Klaviyo projects in-house and run and manage them ourselvesWe’ve been collecting signups where we ask the user to give us 2 pieces of information.their specific area of interest (entered from a drop down list) a calendar month (entered as a month in words from a drop down list)How do we create a flow that is triggered 15 days before the start of the calendar month? where the flow messages are specifically targeted towards the the area of interest and send the user to area of interest webpages (the urls will be different according to the area of interest)?Can anybody offer any help, advise or resource materials?

Dynamic product repurchase

Hi community, I want to create a flow that will dinamically invite customers to buy again a product they had previously bought after certain time delay. Giving you context, in my portfolio I have products that consumers should use regularly monthly , it’s a lot of SKUs. Example: Consumers bought product A123 after 30 days send them an email saying “Hey you must be running out of your products don’t be without it”.I understand how to create for one, two or even a category. But I have several products and I want to present in the content exactly the last product they bought.Check the attached image, where I have the product I want to be dinamic following consumer’s last order. Is that possible?

Product variations instead of product items in the flow

Hey there,maybe someone can help - as i am trying to solve this issue by myself for several hours. I have a shopify product and 4 different Variations of the product, which don't show up as "items" in klaviyo (obviously as they are no items but variations of the item). So i can not use the Conditional Split to set up different E-Mails in the flow for the customers that bought a different variation of this item (as i can not use the "SKU" in here). The SKU is the only option i see to refer to the different variations of the item in klaviyo - or is there another way? The klaviyo support told me to use the conditional block instead and gave me a code (event.extra.line_items.0.sku = "123456") where to put in the SKU to only show specific content of the mail to the customers that bought one of the variations.  So i took one part of the email (text block for example) and implemented the code with the first SKU (see the picture):I checked the preview with a customer who placed an order with t

Is that possible to pull the country value of a product tags from event variable?

Hello everyone,  I’m using Shopify for the e-commerce store and using Klaviyo to handle our emailing and sales.I’d like to displaying a country tag that come from Shopify product tag which in Klaviyo event variable we can call all the product tags by using this tag {{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.tags }} In my case, the result of {{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.tags }} iscountry:Japan, cuisine:Japanese, decant:RTD, decanttype:NIL, farming:Sustainability, food:Fish, food:Shellfish, format:720ml, glass:White Wine, intent:Drinker, region:Others, serve:6, style:Old, type:Sake, vintage:NV Is that possible to select only country value of product tags from event variable? Thank you in advance

Content Block gone hidden after set up Display Condition in Edit Mode?

I wonder anyone facing same issue-While editing email, i set up the display logic for a content block, it makes all the content blocks that followed hidden (in edit mode), when i preview my email, they all show up.Is there any setting i got wrong? or is there a bug? Thanks.

I want to set a flow for a particular product.

Hello I am trying to creat a flow for a particular  product, after my customer buy this product A, i want to send them an email to remind them to buy product B which is the consumable items of product A, and this email only aims at those customers who is first time to buy this Prodduct A. So how can i set this flow properly? The capture I offer below is my setting now, but i don’t think that is correct. I am a newbie here, please do me a favor.

Tagging Flows

Hi,I am trying to something complicated with tagging flows and need some help.So with a client that use Octane Ai quiz function and it has its own Quiz completed feed. Now the quiz completed feed brings in all quiz results and a list of recommended products. The issue i have is i can only use those recommended products with in the quiz feed and no where else.What I want to be able to do is tag this recommend product as custom properties on the individual profiles.When setting up the trigger split I can’t target that line in the trigger event.  I want to be able to target product all > 0: > Title and Product all> 1: > Title and Product all > 2: > title.Is this even possible? Thanks in advanceDave

Abandoned cart reminder flow cannot be activated

Hey guys,  hope you’re fine.We can’t activate abandoned cart reminder flow (the default pre-built Klaviyo flow).Also, I don’t understand why do we have a “red cross” on the second pre-requisites and what to do to be “compliant”. To be more specific:we integrated klaviyo with shopify and we checked the integrations tab. Also, we tested our integration in the “setup web tracking” section in klaviyo: everything is working.   we can’t see the added to cart event in the analytics → metrics section   we tried to add the klaviyo custom code to our source code as follow, but we didn’t see any changes, also we don’t find any klaviyo script in the source code (we just tried through google developer console: right click on the web page → inspect)     Now, our questions are:Our klaviyo billing plan is not active, so we’re runnig a free version of klaviyo. In order to activate all klaviyo features, do we have to activate klaviyo’s paid plan? Are these problems related to our custom shopify store

Product review Block in Campaign

Hello there,We are launching a new website soon, giving more attention to the product reviews. I want to ask our clients who purchased between October and February if they would like to leave a review. For this, I already created a segment and selected the customers.When I copy the Product Review Block from our Product Review Flow - It seems that it does not work and show the bought products by the customers.Is there any way to fix this? I would like to send them an e-mail containing the products they bought - so it’s easy for them to leave a review.Thanks in advance!

Replenishment Flow for 15 single products and 8 bundles

Hi there,  I’m trying to figure out the best way to set up our replenishment flows. We make skincare, and have 15 individual products and 8 bundles.  Most customers will buy a mixture of single products and bundles, our average order quantity is 3 products. Each product will last for a different length of time.  Should I create replenishment flows based on each individual product? If I do that though, a customer will then receive on average 3 different replenishment flows (each consisting of 3 emails). I’m concerned that will be too much.  If I create a single replenishment flow though, based on their order, and the average time between orders (and dynamically fill that email with their order content), then I’m concerned that the timing will be out of sync with some of the products. Having said that, doing it this way probably does make more sense?  In the long run, we will probably encourage customers to subscribe, so that will move them out of this flow... What do you think about thi

Adding a unique URL in Post Purchase flow based on SKU purchased

Hello there, I’m trying to add a unique URL in my Post purchase flow based on the SKU purchased. For example, if customer bought SKU 123, URL 123 should display. If they bought SKU 456, they should see URL 456. I cannot figure out how I get this if rule set up in my campaign… Thanks a lot,Jalna

Unable to send email?

In the analytics of my last email campaign there were a significant number under ‘unable to send’ could you please explain why this has happened.  I have never seen this result in analytics.  I have not got double opt in, and this list is my main customer list.

Update Profile with a certain property

Depending on how a customer subscribes to our newsletter some don’t get prompted to select their person type when signing up. I’d like to automate this with a flow to email them so they can update their profile. Second step:Those that select a specific person type would get a followup email asking to update=, Organization, Business Type. Is there a Flow suggestion to capture this sequence?
