Can you duplicate flows between accounts?

We have two accounts setup:Sandbox ProductionWe do all our development and testing using sandbox before moving to production with all our code.  We would like to be able to do the same with Klaviyo where we create and test our flows in our Sandbox profile and then, when ready, copy it over to the Production profile.  Is this possible and, if so, how?

Feature Request: Notes/descriptions on Conditional Splits in Flows

Hey there,I’d love it if conditional splits in flows could have notes/descriptions so it’s easier to read the flow.either a title to identify the conditional split (like emails in flows already do) or perhaps a separate notes block that could be added right into a flow (dragged over like the actions/conditional splits are) where you could write an explanation for the conditional split above/below itThe reason: When I’m building a complicated flow or going back to improve an older flow, it can be really hard to follow the logic behind the conditional splits because they’re usually based on Product IDs, which are impossible to recognise (or keep straight!) without stopping and looking each one up. It makes “reading” the whole flow really difficult.  It would be so handy to just have notes on/near the conditional split to make clear what it’s about, in plain language (ie, “customer has bought red tshirt” rather than “customer has bought Product ID 774085324126”).Thanks for considering it!

Can't turn off Shopify Welcome Notifications- Customers are Receiving Two

hi! I am new to this and set up the Welcome Flow last night with Klaviyo for my Shopify site. Everything is integrated.I ran a test on my email and I received TWO opt in messages- one from Klaviyo and one from Shopify. It looks like I cannot turn off the Shopify one as I have tried. I cannot have two going out.Second issue if I can fix the first, I did not receive the second welcome flow message after I opt in welcoming me. thank you!

How can I choose the new editor in flow emails so I can access my saved content int he new editor?

Hi all,  I’m new to learning Klayvio, and I am currently trying to add some saved sections to my clients flows but the flows are still using the older style editer. Is there a way to do this?? Do we know when the flows are getting the new editer?  Thanks!CC

About A/B test

Hello , i  have the following doubts about AB test. I hope to get answers1.when test size is 100% flow ，there is no test duration，I want to know how long it will take to reach an experimental conclusion 2、i did a test, with duration  lasting 1 hour，but  there is no experimental conclusion，Is there a requirement for the minimum number of samples in the experimental group3.I found that the data in the following figure were not significant at 95% confidence level by chi square test, but it tells me there is 97.7% win confidence variation B is winner, I want to know what our A/B test rules arelooking  forward to your reply ,  thanks !

Email campaign to 3 segments

Hi,  I am wondering - when I send an email via campaigns and select 3 segments to send to, do i have to worry about a recipient who is in 2 or more of the segments getting 2 emails from the campaign or will smart sending take care of that.

Recipent Activity is Empty

Hi! For some reason my last post got deleted, but I’m back again with the same issue: In the Campaign Analytics tab, there’s a tab for recipient activity. All tabs under recipient activity have the correlating numbers attached (i.e. received email (10,123) clicked email (5,123), etc. However, when I click into the tabs that are not the “received email” tab —yesterday, no data was populated. Today, it looks as though opened email has 18 pieces of customer data, even though the total at the top says 1359 customers opened the email. The same is true for clicked data, one customer’s data is populated though the total number is 400+.  Any thoughts, fixes, or explanations? Does it take several days post-send for this data to populate? Or am I missing something in reporting/creating/etc? Thanks in advance for any help!

Set Birthday on already existing customer

Hello there, I hope that one of you can help me. I want to collect my users birthday, but not from the Sign Up form. Can I collect it in a e-mail for example as the 3th email in my welcome flow? Same email in flow received multiple times issue

Hi there, One of my customers received the same email in a flow 7 times in a row. It’s a abandoned checkout and I can see that the event was triggered multiple times on their customer profile. I’m thinking it was multiple browser tabs that caused the triggers. How can I prevent this?

Event triggered flow does not work

Hi all,I have an event triggered flow where a user gets an email after our completed job event, and the trigger is that a customer parameter (warranty) does not include 3 different values. I also added a flow filter where the user must not be suppressed. (the images show the flow filter deleted to see if that would fix my issue).After 30 days, I want to record their activity by adding a conditional split custom parameter to their profile to mark their engagement (I know I could also do this in a segment, but I wanted a profile parameter value so I can use that with other parameter values in later automation flows).So far, I have 600+ folks going through the flow without an email being sent. And the conditional split won’t work if the users never got the email to begin with (hence why the custom parameter isn’t completed since there’s no metrics to populate from the email).I took out the suppressed email to see if that will work, but wanted to get the community feedback and see if there

If flows are triggered by a dynamic segment, will a contact who moves from one segment to another be pushed into a different flow with that segment as a trigger?

Hi, apologies if this has been asked before, feel free to refer me to another thread if necessary! Bit of a wordy question, but I’ve created various customer journey flows for a client based upon some dynamic segments that we worked out through an RFM analysis. Basically there’s 5 flows, new customers, promising customers, core customers, high value and lost customers.I’m just wondering if for example, someone in the new customer list makes enough purchases to meet the requirements of the promising customer segment, they will be added to that segment of course, does this also mean they will join the flow that is triggered by someone joining that segment?I’m just trying to avoid crossover in communications if someone is trapped in 2 flows. I have added in a condition to end the flow if a “new” customer places an order while in the flow, but will they be added to the next flow up, if that makes sense?Thanks in advance, excuse my brain dump of a question!

Flow: looping with a time delay until a property is true

We have a somewhat complicated series of flows that we are trying to link.  Here is the summary of the problem we are trying to solve:We need to know when a specific product is “delivered.”  We are on Shopify, and Shopify does not send Klaviyo a trigger for delivery (I do not understand why).So we installed AferShip which sends a Delivery notification, but you cannot access any information about the products shipped to insert in the flow emails.So the solution we came up with is to set a Property (“product delivered”) to true on a Flow triggered by AfterShip “Delivered” trigger.  Then we have the another flow triggered on Fufilled (which has all the product information) loop and wait for the “product delivered” property to turn true before sending our a timeline of emails that contain said product info.The question is how do we loop with say a day time delay on a conditional that is waiting for Proper “product delivered” to be true. OR is there a better way to do this?

Hi everyone, is there a way for me to redirect customer to cart link after they added something to cart?My Cart link would be something like this: https://bignuts.my/cartWhen I use added to cart trigger flow, I notice {{ event.URL }} redirect to product page, not cart page.

Can you use hide/show blocks based on Klaviyo predictive analytics?

I’m starting to use the show/hide blocks and wanted to based a block on Klaviyo’s predictive analytics for example “Predicted gender = Female”.I followed the best practice guidance/advice when setting this up. However, it doesn’t seem to show the preview for me but I’m unsure if it’s an error in how I’ve set the block up or if it’s because the show/hide blocks are supported for predictive analytics?Any insight/advice on this will be really appreciated!ThanksSarah

Adding a clickable email address to image/button

Does anyone know how I can add a hyperlink to an email address (such as info@) within an image. I have an image that lists the email address, and ideally I want people to be able to click the image that would then open an email to that address. I was able to do this in MailChimp easily, but can’t find a way to do it here. Thanks!

How to get all items in the cart

We are doing a custom install of Klaviyo on our site and are having issues with multiple items in the cart.  I understand we are supposed to use a “Started Checkout” event when the first item is added to the cart.  Once that happens, a user can add a whole bunch more items into their cart.How exactly do we get all the items in their current cart when we send our abandon emails?  I need to loop through all the items in their cart to display them but don’t see where we would store the current cart.Thanks for the help, Josh
