Can Klaviyo Host Vouchers for Me?

Hello,We recently migrated to Klaviyo from HubSpot. In HubSpot we were able to upload PDFs of Vouchers and they would create unique URLs for us to share and input into email/SMS campaigns. Can Klaviyo do this? I played around with the brand library and it seems like the only formats available are JPEG, PNG, and Gif. Is this correct? Finally, if we switch the format of the vouchers to JPEG or PNG, does Klaviyo generate a unique URL, so we can place it into our emails and other digital campaigns?Thanks,John

When does a customer enter a purchase flow?

Hi, I’m creating a post-purchase flow (based on the Klaviyo Thank You flow) and am looking for clarification on the trigger: when someone “Placed Order”. Does someone who is already in this flow remain in this flow until exit, or do they re-enter the flow every time they “place order”, even if they’re already in it from a previous purchase? Thank you!

I want to recommend similar products for an out of stock flow?

I have a flow for customers who have requested to be notified when a product is back in stock. I would love to send them an email recommending similar products they could check out as they wait. (Ex. They want a specific basketball hoop, I want to recommend different basketball hoops while that one is out of stock)What is the best way to set this up? I have about 15 categories I’d like to recommend. I’ve seen conditional splits recommended, but that’s a lot of splits for the amount of categories I have.Is there a way for Klaviyo to automatically pull category information without having several flow splits/manually selecting which data feed to recommend?

TXT BUTTON

Hello Klaviyo Fam,I’d like to make this TEXT BUTTON TO LINK TO THE BUTTON. This is a replenishment flow the link goes to checkout page with the product they purchased previously. How I can get that link? I don’t want to show it as a text. The default button I can’t change the color.

Cart rebuild link redirecting to wrong product.

HelloI’m using this link to rebuild the cart from my woocommerce store.{{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/cart?wck_rebuild_cart={{ event.extra.CartRebuildKey }}However, it doesn’t matter what product i add to cart, the link that i receive in abandoned cart email, is always redirecting me to the exactly the same product which is not the one that been added to cart.I tried:Deleting profiles from klaviyo so it not keeps any dataDeleting the orders in woocommerceClearing browsing history including cache and cookies.Nothihg work…Also it the email itself inside the dynamic table it always shows the exact same product.I lost any hope finding the solution.In klaviyo chat support they were unable to resolve it claiming it’s something with my woocommerce store.

How do I apply a campaign template to a flow?

Hi there. Our designer has created a design template for a campaign that we would like to apply to our automated welcome flow emails. How can I apply a campaign design template to a flow without having to rebuild the whole thing in the drag and drop editor? Ideally, I’d like to transfer the campaign email’s content into the flow without having to rebuild the whole email. Many thanks!

Share Online Email Preview With Reviewer

Hello,Out team recently migrated over from HubSpot. We used to be able to share a link that directed reviewers to an “Online Preview” of the email. Is this feature available in Klaviyo? All I can find is the ability to send test emails to people’s personal inbox. Best,John Parker

Hi community friends !When creating a product feed, is it possible to choose an ordering by adding dates ? That is to say, in the email, the products proposed would be classified from the most recent to the less recent. Thank you for your help :)

Dynamic event data variable in abandoned cart flow is not working.

Hello all,I set up an abandoned cart and followed what I thought to be the correct syntax{{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.handle }}This was based off of this document.However, after messing with that for a long time and it never working, I went ahead and setup a brand new Abandoned Cart.  It appears that the language has changed. It is now the following…{{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}Is the documentation outdated?  Where can I find new documentation?  Are there other flows that are broken as well?Thanks.

Capturing extra information from customers with a survey style form in Klaviyo

We have a growing customer base but have limited knowledge on why they are rating us so highly. We would like to send an email with a simple 7 questions survey that we can then use to match with their customer records.We use to use forms in Privy but not sure whether that can be done natively in Klaviyo or we need an integration. Any help would be appreciated.

Different currency in Woo messing with Klaviyo revenue tracking

Hello,We mostly sell in USD but are currently testing some other currencies (EUR, IDR,..) with Aelia multi currency plugin for Woocommerce. So there are some orders that we got in IDR currency.The problem is, klaviyo tracks those as USD purchases (4000IDR = about 50 USD, Klaviyo tracks it as 4000 USD), which completely messed up our reporting.Is there a way we can just at least ignore any orders in currency other than USD in reporting, if multi currency is not available?

Hi there, we’re wanting to replace an existing email within a live flow. The existing email has a number of people queued (waiting). We’d like to transfer this queued list to a new email we’re adding to the flow, replacing the original one. Is this possible?

How can I create a browse abandonment flow in the NEW editor?

Hi there! I am trying to create a browse abandonment flow for a client utilizing the new editor. Anytime I try to use Klaviyo’s pre-built flow, it defaults the template to the old editor. All of our templates were built on the new editor, and  I can’t find a way to utilize the pre-built event data in any of these. Making the browse abandonment blocks from scratch has proven to be challenging for me. Does anyone have advice? Am I missing something? Thanks!

Customer does not continue flow after confirmation

I have created a flow that is triggered when a member is part of a segment. Checking the preview of the rule correctly tells me that 2 members are qualified for the flow. New Template: Linking To Product Page Not Saving

Hi!I’m having an issue getting my product title {{ item.title }} to link to the product page in my abandoned cart flow. This is in the dynamic product block that shows what the contact left in their cart. Every time I try to enter this - it won’t save and I get the ‘saving’ spinning wheel of death.I’ve tried: {{ organization.url }}products/{{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.handle }}I’ve tried: {{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.handle }}I’ve also tried putting in the company website: https://www.companysite.com/products/{{ item.product.handle }}  Still… nothing is working. Any insight here. However, when I do try just the company url - https://www.companysite.com it saves and works fine.

Back in stock custom fields

We got the back in stock flow working in our Shopware 6 shop.But we run into an issue where we want to know the language/store/storefront on which the customer subscribed to the back in stock list. This so we can communicate in their language.Just got off the chat with support and David C. helped me with the email template question I had, and said that for the above issue, it would just be a simple question of adding an additional field to the call.We tried it:curl 'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/catalog/subscribe' --data 'a=ID&email=test@klaviyo.com&variant=970997f8f2384dbaa2a727ea486590ed&platform=api&language=Nederlands'I get a success message, the email gets added to the back to stock.   But language or any additional field we add, does not go through.Any suggestions?

Restart Flow edited

I need to restart a modified flow, because I realized that something was wrong. When a profile has already run a flow, and the flow is modified because we realize it is wrong, when we modify it, how can we rerun/restart it in order to verify that it works correctly? Thanks in advance

Why is my birthday flow not sending any emails?

Hello, I have activated a birthday flow with unique coupon codes embedded on 22 Jun evening. However, when I checked the flow earlier today, I noticed that no email was sent out as you may see in the screenshot below. In addition, the only person on the waiting list is my personal email (I have manually adjusted my birthday to 24 Jun to better check whether the unique coupon code is working smoothly).Truly appreciate if someone can help me understand why the flow isn’t sending emails. Should I create a new birthday flow and activate it instead?p.s. The other flows are all running normally  Thank you,Ning

Is there a way to send a campaign over multiple days?

I know Klaviyo can send campaigns over multiple hours but I was wondering if there was a way to send a campaign over multiple days. We are trying to spread out the send over multiple days so shipping doesn’t get overwhelmed with orders all at the same time.

Why do my "View in browser" links break/stop working

Hi Everyone Does anyone know a fix or why my “view in browser” links stop working or break after a while, below is a screenshot of the error message I receive when trying to access one of these links. This seems to happening to me more frequently of late and I cant seem to understand why. Any help is greatly appreciated TIA
