How to show the amount saved from discounted items? (Not with coupon code)

Hello everyone,I'm currently working on refining our "Abandoned cart email" system, and I'm facing a challenge regarding how to display the amount saved from discounted items. I'd like to clarify that this doesn't involve coupon codes.Here's a snippet of what we have so far in the email template:{{ item.ProductName }} Items: {{ item.Quantity|floatformat:0 }} Total: {{ item.ItemPrice|floatformat:2 }} USD However, we're encountering an issue where the total amount mentioned in the email doesn't reflect the savings customers make from discounted items.I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions to what shortcode I should add to the above. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Setting Up Email Flows for "Added to Cart" That Load All Items

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to the community to understand a recent issue we've encountered with our "Added to Cart" email flows in Klaviyo using Shopify. In the past, our flows were set up similarly to "Started Checkout" flows where each email would iterate over every item added to the cart, creating a detailed table of all products the customer showed interest in.However, we've hit a snag. Currently, when the "Added to Cart" event triggers an email, it only pulls one item, despite multiple items being added to the cart. This is in contrast to the "Started Checkout" trigger, where the iteration works flawlessly, listing all items in the checkout table.We've contacted Klaviyo support, and they're now indicating that the "Added to Cart" trigger will only ever show one item. This is puzzling because we have a history of "Added to Cart" flows that did exactly what we're trying to achieve now. How could we have multiple flows set up in the past that worked this way if it was never supp

Resolving Email Subscription Glitches: Finding and Removing Outdated Messages

I have made an email series (course), which people are subscribed via a sign up form (embedded) but when they sign up they also get a really old email that is irrelevant now. I cannot see where it is to delete it? I have checked flows, campaigns, its not there? Also when trying the flow out some people have said they are not getting the flow? They were on an iphone if that has anything to do with it?

How to enter former profiles within the "1st Anniversary" flow

Hello there,I have just started the “1st Anniversary” flow based on the First Purchase date. The flow works fine because new clients are being added into the waiting line.However, more than one year ago I created a flow to enter the First Order, so I have many profiles who have the first order date before I started the Anniversary flow, therefore How can I enter those former profiles into the Anniversary flow?I mean, to do like a “refresh” in order to the Annivesary flow takes into account to those clients.Thanks in advance.Miguel

Shopify product tag not available for conditional trigger split in flow

Hello! I’m trying to add a conditional trigger split in an abandoned checkout flow based on a new Shopify product tag I created, but the specific tag I’m looking to use is not available when I am setting up the trigger split. (also not available when I try to create a segment for the tag) I did set up this new tag today, and I also refreshed my product data sync with Shopify. Hoping someone can help!Example: A customer starts checkout with a particular product that is tagged ‘smart creamer’ in Shopify. That customer event is added to the abandoned checkout flow, but I am unable to filter on the ‘smart creamer’ tag because it’s not available as a filter. There are other tags available but not that one. I tested this myself by starting checkout with this product and confirmed that the event data does inlcude the ‘smart creamer’ tag -- but for some reason, it is not available as a filter in the conditional trigger split criteria.

 I think i might have a problem with my abandoned checkout flow and abandoned cart flowCan someone explain which URL even should i use in each one?Customers that have this event {{ event.URL }} are writing it’s not working for them...And I can see that the click rate is broken ( no body clicked while there are orders related) Please Help!

Wishlist King and Klaviyo integration

Hi there,  We have recently integrated Wishlist King to our Klaviyo account but I am unsure how to set up the email flow template. We would like it to show a dynamic set of products that have been added to a customer’s wishlist. The app embed is integrated with our new Shopify theme (which isn’t live yet), but I need instructions of how to set up the email template with the dynamic block of products so that we can make the flow live when the theme is also published in a few days.Is there a specific block I can add (as with 50%-off products, for example) or do I need to do it with a code (if so what would this be)?

How to separate landing page and pop up form flow emails (both have different type of discount)

Hello, I hope my question will help to many Klaviyo users who encounter similar case :)  Regarding to landing page and pop up page in Klaviyo, I have both of them in different type of discount, pop up is 15% off and landing page $10 off. Since both are different, I created 2 flows of welcome series (newsletter). I am afraid that either subscribers will get into the wrong flow emails. unverified sender

Hi, When someone sign up to my pop up form they are added to a flow . They get emails from me . But in the emails they receive under the subject line it’s written “unverified sender” . What’s that and how to fix that issue. I was migrated my list from systeme.io . But the list that i am using now is new . And the list that i migrated from systeme.io is deleted.  i saw article in this topic but i am nothing getting clear answer

Dynamic coupon code for every three products purchased?

Hi, this takes a bit long to explain. But we have this loyalty program where customers get a 33 % discount whenever they buy three products. They can use this discount on their next buy for a fourth product. We have Klaviyo integrated with Magento 2.So, the way I would like to set it up is:Set a segment: customers who bought three products.Set a flow: send dynamically generated code.This part seems easy.The tricky part is, how to count products ordered across various purchases?For example. It is typical customers buy 5 products for a certain discount. So two products would have to wait for another purchase to make a customer eligible for another 33 % discount coupon.And how would I reset the count once a customer gets a code. I probably can’t filter him our from entering the flow again.I hope this is not confusing, but if anyone has ever done something similar, I will be very grateful. Thank you.

Issue with sunset flow

Hello Klaviyo Friends!I have a sunset flow asking subscribers if they still want to be on our list. If so, they click a button that takes them to a specific URL on our site. When they click that link, they are added to a segment that triggers another flow that sends them a coupon. Today I noticed something odd, 2 subscribers clicked the link more than 2 months ago (one in January, one in February), but JUST got added to the segment that triggers the coupon this morning. Also, even though they are now part of the segment, they were not sent an email. (I don’t have any flow filters or profile filters on the coupon flow.) See screenshots below. The coupon flow *seemed* to be working fine before and after they clicked. So I have 2 questions: 1 – Why were they not added to the segment until today?2 – Why were they not sent an email?Segment that triggers the coupon to be sent Profile received and clicked link in January  Profile added to trigger segment April 24 Profile qualifies for flow tr

Creating a Post-Purchase flow that doesn't clash with existing Welcome Flow

For context: I am using Klaviyo’s Post-Purchase Follow-Up - Order Count Split template.1 - I have an already existing welcome flow that sends to those who subscribe at checkout. Would the post-purchase flow provided by Klaviyo result in those in the welcome flow getting sent through both flows simultaneously? How do I ensure this doesn’t happen, and/or how would Klaviyo know which of the two to prioritize? 2 - Where does the link provided “review this item” in the post-purchase flow for customer reviews go? How do I test that link? Welcome flow test email sends twice

Hi all! Last night I added the first email in my welcome flow, when I sent the test emails (I manually entered the emails, sending just to myself and my partner) they went to both email addresses twice.I don’t think it can be a double contact issue, because I wasn’t using my list, just entered the two email addresses. Any idea how to solve this?(The emails also went to spam for both of us, but I think that’s a later problem 😂)

Post-Purchase Pre-order Flow with Tags

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to set up an email flow for customers that purchased one of our pre-order items. The issue I have is that we only have certain sizes/colours of two products up for pre-order, some that are still in stock, so was running into the issue of the Placed Order pre-order tag not registering in Klaviyo to trigger the flow or add people to a pre-order segment.  Any tips on a workaround or something I have missed? Thx!

Triggers Filters doesn't work

I’ve created a kind of up-sell flow in Klaviyo with some triggers filters that looks like that:When Someone Placed an Order → then these profile filtersthen → triggers filters but it didn’t seems to work because I saw no contant/profile entering the flow. I checked the website platform analytics and it looks like people ordered one of these products but didn’t enter the flow. Any idea why be happening?

When creating a campaign based on a segment, what state of the segment will be used?

If I create a campaign based on a segment and schedule it for the next day, will the campaign use the state of the segment at the moment of campaign creation, or at the moment of sending the campaign? Based on the segment definition, some users might be added into the segment, some might leave it in the meantime, so how does it work?And what if I change the definition of the segment after scheduling the campaign but before it was sent?

How Placed Order Metric Is Defined?

Hi guys,As our business is doing well lately. My team is reviewing performance by some metrics, and the placed order metric (in campaign performance) is among the top priorities. But somehow the numbers in Klaviyo and in Shopify don't match each other. For example, we assume the number of orders and the sales would be equal when it comes to the 2 platforms' analytics. But they all turn out to be different. Sometimes, the gap is huge 😱 (to be clearer, we get data from Shopify Marketing tab).
