Assistance setting up welcome email campaign

I’m brand new to Klaviyo and I have a Shopify coming soon page that captures email subscribers which i want to trigger a welcome email contains a 10%  coupon code.I’m a little confused how to set this up and test it and have some questions:I have 16 subscribers so far and they are showing under Audience > Profiles however only 2 of these subscribers are showing inside my ‘Newsletter’ list - why is this and how do i put all of them in there? I have created a welcome email template which means the 10% discount but how does the actual code get added to this welcome email. Do i need to put it as text in the template (if so where do i find the code?) or is it somehow pulled into the template automatically? I’m not really sure how this part works. How to I link this particular template and my welcome discount to my new newsletter subscribers list? I have set all these 3 things up can I cannot work out how to associate them all. Any help, guidance and  links that are specific for my use ca

Shopify discount codes are not shown in Klaviyo

We started using the Easy Bundle Shopify App in Shopify to create our bundles.  This App automatically creates different discount codes for different bundles e.g. we have a 4, 8 and 12 week bundle and customers can customize the flavours they want in this bundle.  Depending on which bundle the customers chose, the discount code is applied e.g. lower discount for the 4 week bundle and higher discount for the 12 week bundle.  Now we want to identify the buyers of the 4, 8 and 12 week bundle in Klaviyo and the only way I have in mind is by using the unique discount codes generated. We can’t use the products because the same products are used in the 4,8 and 12 week package.  Klaviyo has the function to segment by discount code. The problem is, that Klaviyo doesn’t find the discount code generated by the easy bundle shopify app. So when I try to segment those customers by: Placer order at least once over all time where discount code contains  It doesn’t find the discount code. Multiple language shop and adding static products

Hello! I have connected 2 multiple language stores (Magento 2) with products in different languages to one account. When I want to make campaign e-mails in different languages and added products, there has been in static block an option to sort products based on product feeds. Now there is just search and categories, the product feed option has vanished.Now I cannot distinguish between products that are both in the same language, but in different stores. Previously I made product feeds based on language and store for sorting products. Is it possible to somehow get back sorting based on product feed or even add “catalogs” which sorts products based on store and language? Below is a screenshot of a place where the “product feed” option was.

Dynamic content in Flow based on date in person custom field

Remove Underline from Hyperlinks

I have added 3 links in my header (3 sections). It has changed the text colour to blue and underlined each word that has a hyperlink. How do I remove both these features? Thanks in advance.

Feature Request - Horizontal Border Bottom

Hello, In the Dynamic Table editor, within Table Setting → Cell Style there’s an option for a horizontal border, but there is no toggle for top border or bottom border. By default it hard-codes it as a top border, but our design uses a bottom border. I tried working around it with custom css and the static row option but neither were viable options. Thank you.

Image deliverability issues

Hey!As an aspiring email marketer, I’m practising my template designing skills by recreating emails of another brand that I like and sending them to a hotmail and a gmail account of mine to test the deliverability.Aside from the fact that they always land in the spam folder, I am particularly troubled with the innability of the pictures to show on the hotmail account. Even the logo! All I receive is emails with just the text parts, although the colours and the blocks of the original email are still on point. It’s like someone just removed the images… All I can think of is that it might be because I take these images directly from the other brand’s website without any authority to do so… Is that valid?And if it is, then how does it differ from having a client give you pictures from a file of their own? Wouldn’t it be the same?

Do not show product variations in product feed

Hi, Is it possible to show products only in product feed ant do not show the variations? I see the same images and so it means the same products (as the size varies only) in product recommendation emails sometimes because of this issue. Thank you

Can you combine coupons, change the background color of a block and fix broken product images?

hi, 3 questions - thanks in advance for you thorough answers coupon  update the the block color - NOT just the background color around the text. “cyber monday deals” product image error ************************** Can the coupon generated at klaviyo combined with shopify coupon. Buyer can only put one coupon code on checkout page but I just want to double check with you  Trying to change the color of the template “Cherish the moment”.   But I am unable to change the color of the block.  The best I an do is to change the background text color and it’s not what we want. Please show us how to change the block color.   We recently updated shopify product image and now the product in the email look like error.   Since we didn’t need to upload product image but simply “select from the catalogue, I don’t think we need to select product all over again  ---   Can you confirm if we need to “re-select” the product update all our emails or not?

Hi guys, This is for the Order Confirmation email (Shopify). My goal is to use the FOR loop and loop through all the items in the order and check item.variant_title. - If at least one variant_title has any of the following words: 'ebook', 'e-book' etc - display message A. - If none of variant_titles has any of those words, display message B.   Important: this has to display only one message - A or B, no matter how many items are in the order. But NOT one message per every line item. How to dinamically display payment date and add specific dates to it?

I’m trying to build a payment timeline for a product, some sort of an installment timeline.  I need to do this automatically, so when the user enters the Thank you funnel, they receive an email showing a payment timeline. e.x.Installment Number Due Date Payment Status 1st installment ?????? Due Today 2nd installment ????? Pending  The due date needs to be the placed order date + 30 days for the first installment, and  the placed order date +60 days for the second installment. The placed order is the first time they opted for the service. I tried using different variables, but none displayed the placed order date and function properly. Something I used but this is relative to the date I send the email not the date someone placed the order  {% today '%Y-%m-%d' as today %} {{ today|days_later:60|format_date_string|date:'M d' }} Is there a variable structure that I am missing?

Why aren't my product images populating in my template and Outlook?

Hello! In my e-mail templates, the images of my products are now showing? I’m using the woocommerce integration with Klaviyo, and the pictures does appear in gmail, but not in the template and not when I receive the emails in Outlook. What can I do to resolve this issue?I’ve attached a photo, this is how it looks both in the template and when i receive in Outlook. Thanks for your help in advance!

Feature Request: better auto-formatting of bullet points of copy-pasted text from Google Docs

We draft all our emails in Google Docs and port over the content into Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop editor.The main issue we have is with bullet points. On every single email, we need to perform these steps at least once. It’s definitely a pain and something that could be automated.I am aware of other recommendations to clean out formatting to give yourself a clean slate, but that takes even more time, because we then need to re-create all my hyperlinks and formatting again.It seems like Klaviyo is able to understand Google Docs formatting pretty well overall, so could we just make it automatically add the padding to bullet point lists as in the linked steps above ?

Pulling $address1 into an flow email

Hi there I would like to pull custom data from an existing customer profile into a flow email. I am trying to pull in the first line of the address which is written under a variable called address1 was written to the profile via an API however when I use {{ address1 }} in my flows it doesn’t appear. Issue with coupons and intro email

So I set up a coupon with Justuno so someone who joins the email list gets a coupon in their first joining up email. That is fine.But what about when the joining up email is triggered when a customer buys a product? How do you make it so they don’t get a ‘default’ coupon?

Email Designs: Process and Standards with your Graphic Design + Marketing Teams

Hey All Klaviyo users! We have been using Klaviyo for 6 months and it has been a game changer for our email marketing! Our new area of focus is optimization for design. I am curious to understand other company’s process to design an email and your best practices. We have a skilled design team, but I want to get them super optimized for email and social and the resources I am finding on the internet are basic level - looking for something more robust.  Do you have brand standards specific for email that lists out things like header font size, sub-header fonts and sizes, button standards, etc. If so, would you be willing to share me on that doc? I’ll sign an NDA if needed ;)  What design platforms are you using - is your design team designing every part of the email in Adobe (or something similar) and splicing it out? Or maybe just designing the hero images and then your email marketer adds the text and other items in the Klaviyo template? We have Figma for website design, should we be m

Transactional Emails Restrictions

Hi, I know that Klaviyo need to review all transactional email templates and having asked them before they said this is to stop the use of ‘marketing’ content. But does anyone know what they class as ‘marketing’ content? Like including discount code, other products etc? We’re specifically looking at order tracking emails (eg your order is in transit). Thanks, Kerrie

What is that standard font called in the welcome series flows?

Hi, what is the name of the standard font used in the welcome series emails? It does not specify the name or size of the font when I go into edit the text. I would like to keep that same font and size in the campaign emails but when I select a drag and drop template in campaign, the font looks quite ugly despite going through all the font styles and sizes. Is the font specific to the template selected? How do I get the same font in campaign emails as the welcome series emails?
