Shopify Refund and Order Cancelled templates

The way I see it, all of Klaviyo’s replacement templates for Shopify Notifications are on point, but the two for refunds and cancellations do a lesser job of mimicking the desired results of what shopify produces by default. Am I the only observer of this?

Building out templates on iPad

I spend a fair amount of time on my 12” ipad pro, and it would be awesome to be able to sketch out templates, however the blocks do not drag via touch from the menu to the template area. Can anyone offer a solution, or are we forced to build templates via desktop?

Outlook Button Displays

 Hello,I am currently updating our confirmation emails in Shopify with new Klaviyo templates, but there is an issue in Outlook which renders the button incorrectly and with extra text.I understand Outlook is awful with rendering emails but I was wondering, has anyone found any work arounds to get buttons to display properly from Shopify confirmation emails? (examples below)

Why are my fonts changing once it's been delivered?

Hi there,What's the best way to set a font that shows up in all email providers? I’ve been using Century Gothic within my templates as it fits in well with my branding style, but it always reverts back to Arial when delivered to my subscribers. Is there another font I could use that’s still modern and in keeping with my brand, and still shows up the same upon delivery in most email clients?Here’s a screenshot of the current font I use and how it shows up in the Klaviyo preview. Thanks,Meeta

The images in my e-mail are not displayed

Hello everyone,I'm stuck.When I send a test email to my Gmail email address, the images don't display.However, when I send a test email to my Outlook email address, there I can see the images.I don't know how to fix the problem, because if customers don't see the images, it's not great...If anyone has the solution please?Thanks in advance

add payment method

Hello everyone,I have created an email template and on it I would like to put the payment method and the last 4 digits of the credit card used by the customer, as well as the total amount paid.In fact I would like the exact same function as on the shopify email.I tried to include it in my personalized email but it doesn't work.Does anyone have any idea what code I should include?Thank you in advance for your help! (here is a picture of the sentence I would like to have)

Hi! What would happen if we’ll be using the same email template for our post-purchase and welcome flows? Would they be considered duplicates?  Or should the email templates for both the post-purchase and welcome flows be different?

Image loading too large in size

Trying to figure out why a png. is loading 100X the size. The image is loaded into a saved block, it’s transparent, and it’s a png. but for some reason, when I load the saved block in a new email inside of the flow I’m working on, the image loads to nearly 100X its size.It also does this if I load it directly from my computer.Any idea why?  Thanks!

How to make coupons work with justuno

So basically I am using justuno to give coupons to people who sign up to the newsletter on my shopify store (via pop up window). The integration means that the coupon codes are pulled from shopify. The thing is, you have to allow it to add a prefix to the code thereby making it unique. How do you make it so that klaviyo inherits that unique code so that when you send the first flow email using klaviyo, the potential lead receives in that email that same unique code?

Interest current date + 7 Days into email template

Hi There, I need to put an expiration date in a flow template, it show the current date (of email sent to customer) and the expiration date will be 7 days from current date. Ideally it would be the D d M Y format but if this isn’t possible anything else would do. I’ve check Django resources, however have had no luck at getting the date to show correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Updating Coupon Code Question

Hi,I am looking at extending my welcome series and as part of that process wanted to adjust the validity time of the coupon code (Shopify) that I am using. When I went to adjust the length in Klaviyo I got the following message.. I am confused by the part that reads ‘you will need to create new codes for the updated coupon’. I set this up quite some time ago so have forgotten a lot of what I had learned in this regard. I thought the coupons were automatically generated? Can someone please clarify? Thanks.

How to target an event variable in an email template

Hi All,We operate a custom product business with over 10^18 possible SKUs. We’re on Shopify but don’t use Shopify products due to SKU limitations. When building confirmation emails in Klaviyo we’re struggling to pull line item properties as they may be in a different order based on the type of product ordered. If we used Shopify products, we could pull the value for the field “_image” like this:{{item.product.properties|lookup:'_image'}} instead this _image value may be in position 14, 20, or 25 like this:{{ event.extra.line_items.0.properties.25.value }} Is there a way to query all event.extra.line_items and only return the value if it matches a specific name?

Dark Mode - Gmail App

I’m having a trouble with my emails showing up correctly in dark mode in the Gmail App. Our main issue is our logo. Klaviyo recommends adding a white outline around your logo with a transparent background so it shows up okay in dark mode, but it still doesn’t look great. My question/curiosity in general is, when I look at other emails from other brands/companies while in dark mode I don’t see an issue with their emails showing up correctly. If there email has a white background in the regular “Light” mode, it is still white in dark mode. I obviously don’t know if these brands are using Klaviyo. Is it just the way Klaviyo works? I have set our background to be white regardless. Is there something I am missing? Is there a way to make our background always white regardless of dark/light mode?

Abandoned Cart Coupon Code - Shopify

Hey,I have a site HonestPets.co I am trying to do one of 2 things (whichever is easier in essence)I want to send the CX a coupon that will expire after 48 hours from the time its sent OR I want to link the CX back to the cart and the code be automatically there waiting for themFor some reason I have tried to follow the steps outlined for number two but it doesn't seem to be working I cant figure out why. Why is my exit intent popup not displaying properly?

I created an exit intent pop up but when the pop up occurs you can’t see any of my website in the background. Instead the pop up shows a color overlay only with the exit intent pop up. How do I get the current webpage being reviewed to remain in the background with the popup?

Welcome Unique Promo Codes

I’ve created a shopify coupon code. I read that with the welcome series it will generate 100 codes at a time and automatically afterwards. So should the promo code show 100 available? Or will it change to 100 available once the Welcome flow is live? Right now it shows 0 coupons available.
