Add if condition in my email

Hello all, I hope someone can help me. I want to add a “if” condition to my email. Let me explain. Below you can see my email text, I want to show “Promotion” line only when someone have used a coupon code. Can't see the unsuscribe link

Hey there ! On my email template, I’d like to create a blue footer (that is my client’s branding color).The thing is, that’s also where you can click on the unsuscribe link.But unfortunatly, the color of the unsub link and the blue footer is the same so we can’t see the blue link “unsuscribe”…How can I change the color of the link, so it can be seen in the blue footer ? Here’s a screenshot below. Thanks a lot.Steve.

Custom Field from Form

I created a form with a custom input text field, but when I go to personalize an email template, I don’t have that field as a choice!  I’m sure I’m missing a step, but there aren’t clear instructions for this specific use case in the documentation.  I found several articles with bits and pieces of information, but none of it is clear to me.Can anyone help me with this?Thank you in advance!

I am using a split block so I can add 2 side-by-side images. On one side, it shows the image has been successfully uploaded, but it’s not appearing in the body of the email. How can I fix this?

How to remind a subscriber (in a flow) of their dynamic coupon code?

This seems like it’s a simple thing, but for some reason I am blanking on how to set it up. Context:On shopify, I have a Welcome flow with a dynamic coupon (so that it can truly expire in X days). I present the coupon in the welcome flow (on the conditional logic branch that they have 0 purchases all time) using the standard syntax via Klaviyo docs. What I would like to do is on Day X-1, send a 24 hr reminder to people who still have not used the code (understand I may have to just brute force this by a logic filter of 0 purchases again) that their code is still good, but expires in 24 hours. My question is: how can I make sure that showing the code again is the same code as email one (day 0) and not a new code which starts the X days countdown all over again?Thanks for any insight! Mike

Test emails not showing the mobile version

I created an email that has some of the blocks allocated to desktop and some to mobile. In the previews, they look the way that I want them (different from each other), but when I send a test email, the desktop version is being sent to both.. Is there a way I can test the mobile version on my phone?

Help with persononalisation not working!

We are pretty new to Klaviyo and have attempted a first campaign for a client. Problem is, we can’t get the personalisation to ‘work’ in any template. I’ve set up 2 campaigns to test and neither are adding first name, when selecting the personalisation option. To trouble shoot I’ve even copied and pasted the code from elsewhere incase it wasn’t correct with no luck. To make things worse, I’ve since created another account for a 2nd brand and sent a 1st email campaign successfully with personalisation so I don’t think ‘we’ are doing something wrong.  Note both brands / businesses are only on the free plan to get started. Has anyone got any ideas on how to trouble shoot this?

I am getting an error message when I try to send a test email that says “Message displayed without tags or variables. Fix invalid template tags or variables  to preview the message with actual profiles and events.I am not sure where the issue is. How would I locate and fix the issue?

Feature Request: Include a more complete Magento 2 Coupon integration

When we create a new “Magento Two Coupon” the only argument we can set is the rule_id.  It seems like some of the arguments are hardcoded:format = 'alphanum' length = 10and some of the other arguments (that go a long way to making a customer friendly coupon code) seem to be omitted:prefix suffix delimiter_at_every delimiterThe request is to have all these arguments exposed and configurable when setting up the coupon connection.This would allow us to go from a code that looks like this. Z3LNC6USI5To codes that look like this:HAPPY-BIRTHDAY-5HA WELCOME-3R1H-FE3D SAVE-20-SYB-IJN-WHE BOGO-0985-6552-WEBClearer for our customers and our staff. Outlook 365 displaying email wider the 600px I set in Styles

The subject kinda says it all. I sent an email with a fixed width of 600px and a colleague sent me a screenshot of what she saw which was much wider (about 800px). A 600px image did not fill the email width and paragraph text was much wider than it should have been. Anything to be done about this?

Feature Requests: Various Email Editor & Popup Editor

I’ve been using Klaviyo nearly every day for the past 2 years and find myself custom coding a lot of things to gain greater control over element styles (where I can). I’m requesting these features for 3 reasons:Speed up the time it takes to create an email (minimal-no coding within text blocks) Provide greater control over styling, allowing for more unique designs Maintain client-friendly templates (no dealing with coded blocks) These are the most common things I would LOVE to see: Email EditorAdd border-radius as a UI option for images. And add an option to control hover styling. Add text-alignment UI option for images (alt text always shows up left-aligned and looks bad in center-aligned designs). Leave 18px (default mobile padding) when full width on mobile is selected for buttons; or have an option to toggle the 18px on/off. And add an option to control hover styling. Add valign=”middle” to split blocks.Add ability to control individual column padding in split blocks and use class=

Importing Canva HTML

Hey guys, how are you? I had a graphic designer create a full template inside of Canva for us to use in Klaviyo for emails, however, it looks like importing via HTML doesn't work properly. It seems as though we have to take each image inside of canva, save it and upload it separately as we like it inside of canva and then upload it as an image. We wouldn't be able to edit it inside of Klaviyo aside from adding our own links and images, so everything that was uploaded would have to be to our liking and we couldnt change it inside klaviyoAm i missing an easier way to make this happen? ThanksJordan

New editor - text blocks use DIV instead of P and strip out non-breaking space character when exporting

Hi,Trying to create some email templates - when I use a text block and type normal text it wraps it in <div> tags instead of <p> which the old editor used.This is good for Outlook emails, since adding a linebreak between “paragraphs” adds a<div> </div>which Outlook seems to honour and saves having to do the old manual trick of adding<!--[if mso]><br><![endif]-->after each <p> tag within a block.Some of these templates we need to send from our internal system - but when I export the HTML it is removing the non-breaking space ( ) from between the <divs> - this means all paragraphs are squished together.eg: In a text block I type:Some wordsAnother paragraphViewing the code it is:<div>Some words.</div><div> </div><div>Another paragraph</div>But when I export, it becomes:<div>Some words.</div><div> </div><div>Another paragraph</div>Can you please ad

Static or dynamic?

Hi community! I am wondering if there is possible to build a static coupon code inside of Klaviyo? OR even better, to toggle on that all the possible dynamic codes made from klaviyo are able to be combined with other discounts. The thing is that all my products are in bundles and this makes it impossible for me to toggle on all different dynamic codes for each customer. I have lost some customers on this since they can’t use the coupon code in the checkout because of this. So why I ask for static codes inside Klaviyo is because you can set an expiration of x amount of days and this is not possible with the static coupons made inside of shopify. Thanks in advance and I wish you the best day!/Saman

Interest current date + 7 Days into email template

Hi There, I need to put an expiration date in a flow template, it show the current date (of email sent to customer) and the expiration date will be 7 days from current date. Ideally it would be the D d M Y format but if this isn’t possible anything else would do. I’ve check Django resources, however have had no luck at getting the date to show correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. How to change the colour of personalisation tags in the footer

Hi, I'm trying to update the colours of various tags in my footer. I’ve got the unsubscribe one sorted using <a href ="{% unsubscribe_link %}" style="color: red;">Unsubscribe here.</a> but the moment I try and apply it to {% web_view %} it goes wrong and in preview mode I just get a mess of code.
