why is my email content showing on desktop but NOT mobile?

I created a campaign to go out today. I tested and it worked fine yesterday on both desktop AND mobile. But after the campaign started sending, I discovered the content ONLY shows on desktop - NOT mobile. All I see is a screen showing the background color on mobile. I cancelled the send but have no idea how to fix it. Please help! TYIA!

Is there a way to change the product image shown in a dynamic table?

Hello - I have a few automations like Abandoned Cart & Browse Abandonment where whatever product is left behind or viewed is in the email that we send to those people. Each of our products have anywhere from 2-5 images. They consist of different product images, and a few lifestyle images of models wearing our products. Currently, the dynamic image is showing just the first product image. Is there a way we can change what product image is being shown? For example, if we want the lifestyle images to show in the email, is there a variable I can select so a specific image of this product shows up, or it rotates between the 5 images every time?

Product Images and Event Properties not populating on all Profiles in Product Block

HiFor some reason Product Images and Event Properties are not populating on all Profiles in the Product Block. I have tested by adding and removing the the price and product descriptions, and they both show fine, however the product image doesn't.Also the when the product image doesn't show, the "Shop Now", button doesn't work either.I have tested it through preview mode and email tests, and the same results both ways.Some are registered profiles and some aren't. Some are first time visitors and some returning, there seems to be no real pattern. They all have emails as well.I have checked stock levels, and they all had stock at the time of testing.This is currently happening in a Browse Abandonment Flow - for Viewed Product.Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks.

How to lock-out Klaviyo's design flexibility?

Hi There,Sorry if this info is available but after a few years of using Klaviyo, we're struggling to gain control and consistency over typography in Klaviyo, and somehow end up with emails containing 100s of empty span tags with endless styles on them.We have templates which we duplicate and reuse, we've set brand styles, template styles, block styles and use universal content, we paste content from plain text files etc. But when staff drag a block in, they still get endless design choices which inevitably ruins the template and seems to generate those empty spans.Maybe once you have emails and templates that are built with flexibility in mind, you have an impossible mess moving forward because campaigns get duplicated and reused?Or maybe we’re missing something basic?e.g. How do we lock-out Klaviyo's design flexibility so that staff...- Never choose a font in a campaign or flow ever again?- Never choose block spacing in a campaign or flow ever again?Yes, staff should have content flex

Dynamic Image Not Showing in Browse Abandonment Email

Hi, I can’t seem to get my dynamic image block to show the product in my Browse Abandonment email.I have tried the solution in this Post, but it didn’t work. The box shows but no product. See image below. Using the proper code “{{ event.ImageURL }}” the image or box outline doesn’t show. However, the price works fine - See image below.I have checked my Viewed Product, and it is firing, with metrics showing.  Is it possible that the “viewed product” script is outdated, and needs updating?I am with Shift4Shop, and the original script was installed by Klaviyo support a few years ago. Thanks.

Unwanted underlined logo/image in header

Hello.I’m designing a template for a client (just creating new Universal Content blocks).  Test emails render correctly on Outlook Mac, Gmail (via Chrome), Apple Mail and some others.I’ve used the ‘Split’ block to create the header with a logo on the left and button (as another image) on the right. The white logo is a transparant PNG and doesn’t have the line embedded and is placed on a dark blue background.One of the stakeholders is using Microsoft Mail (v16005.14326.21524.0) on Windows 11 and is getting a thin white underline spanning the width of the logo/box.Originally the logo has a URL to the website, but removed that thinking it’s created by being a hyperlink.  The other button image on the right doesn’t have the underline.Does anyone know how to fix it i.e. remove the white underline?ThanksNeel

New editor - text blocks use DIV instead of P and strip out non-breaking space character when exporting

Hi,Trying to create some email templates - when I use a text block and type normal text it wraps it in <div> tags instead of <p> which the old editor used.This is good for Outlook emails, since adding a linebreak between “paragraphs” adds a<div> </div>which Outlook seems to honour and saves having to do the old manual trick of adding<!--[if mso]><br><![endif]-->after each <p> tag within a block.Some of these templates we need to send from our internal system - but when I export the HTML it is removing the non-breaking space ( ) from between the <divs> - this means all paragraphs are squished together.eg: In a text block I type:Some wordsAnother paragraphViewing the code it is:<div>Some words.</div><div> </div><div>Another paragraph</div>But when I export, it becomes:<div>Some words.</div><div> </div><div>Another paragraph</div>Can you please ad

Product Block Format

Hello Klaviyo :) Is it possible to have the feature to bold the Product Name text in the product block?It doesn’t make any sense that you can bold the sub description text and not the title?  Cheers,Michael

Text edit box has disappeared was OK this morning.

I can’t edit text in the template the box where you format and type the section has dissapeared. Any ideas it’s happening in other templates.

Code showing up on email campaign when using new editor

I am updating some templates so that they are using the new editor as opposed to the classic one and for the most part everything is as it should be, but I am running into a weird issue that I am not able to get fixed. On the very bottom of the emails we have the block for View Online | Unsubscribe | Privacy Policy. In the classic editor this block looks normal when sent to test, it shows up looking exactly like it does in the editor (screenshot below). When I copied this block into a new section while using the new editor, the block appears normal in the preview screen within Klaviyo, but shows up looking like the screenshot below on both desktop and mobile previews. Basically all of the link info for View Online and Unsubscribe is seen on the viewer’s end. The Private Policy does not show all of this info due to it being a real url link as opposed to a variable for the previous two. How can I fix this from showing up moving forward?

How can I use a coupon code as a flow filter to find who hasn't used it?

Hi, We’re using WooCommerce and have a Smart Coupons plugin active in which it generates a 10% discount coupon for customers who purchase a certain product. This coupon is automatically applied their order confirmation email, but a lot of customers are missing the coupon. We’d like to create a flow in Klaviyo that does the following:Triggers a ‘reminder’ email 14 days after the product has been purchased Reminds the customer of the discount code Is able to know if the customer has placed an order in the past 13 days using that discount codeThe third section is where I am stuck. I can configure a ‘conditional split’ that can filter through customers who have placed an order for a product in the past 13 days for a specific product…...BUT is Klaviyo able to filter through customers who have purchased using the discount code? Here is what I have set up: This conditional split doesn’t specify if the order placed used the discount code, so could be sent to a customer who has used the discoun

Dynamic product image variable

Hi everyone, We’re looking to display the dynamic product variant image of the ordered product in our emails, so let’s say customer A orders a pair of jeans in the color white and the products first variant image is jeans blue, then the variable we’re using will only display the image of the first variant. Which variable would be the right one to display the ordered line items correct image? Right now, we’re using {{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.images.0.src }}. How can we replace the 0 in such way, that the variable leads to the ordered item’s image?

Section Background Image Not Showing Up In Apple Mail Desktop

The section background image of my email is not showing up in the Apple Mail App on desktop when I preview it - even after I click “Load Content Directly”. I’ve tried disabling the CSS optimization as someone suggested in another similar forum post, but that didn’t help. It works perfectly well in Gmail, Outlook, and the Apple Mail App on mobile, but just doesn’t show up on Apple Mail on desktop.Here is what I’m trying to do:But it turns out like this: Please let me know if there’s anything I can do!

RGB colours appear dull as if they are CMYK - Brand colours are now out...

All of my RGB colours are looking very dull as if they are displaying as CMYK. I have used many email systems and this is a first. how can it be fixed. I have a lot of tmeplates to build it is looking impossible to do it correctly

I would like to remove the underline from just one link, and not another? Globally removing the underline from links does not work in my case.  Has anyone had success using html/css to remove the underline from a link?

Creating a Dynamic Discount

Hello everyone,Thank you for reading and replying to my topic/question.  I am trying to create a dynamic discount code (a discount, discount, and free shipping) for my newsletters, and car abandonment flow. However, 1. I don’t even see an option for dynamic discount code when I am creating a code in Shopify (view screenshot below) and 2. How would I add the automatically created code in a flow (emaill) ? I tried to edit the email content to see if there is a discount/coupon tab I can drag to the email but there isn’t that. How would I be able to configure?

Hello,When Im trying to paste and save the code snippet that was created via the Klayvio email templates, into my Shopify Abandoned cart email body, I get this error “body is missing the custom_message drop” Reached out to Shopify support and they say it is from Klayvio’s side and has to be resolved by them.Anyone can help with this, please?

Why is there a gray border showing in my email template?

If you copy and paste directly from a third-party resource such as a Word doc or website, a border and additional HTML can be copied over as well. Not just the text itself.Look for <!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}→ in the source of one of your text blocks (it's possible that it's in multiple) and remove it.

Show Discounted Line Item Price? (Shopify Order Confirmation with Dynamic Table)

How do you display a discounted line item price in a dynamic table for Shopify order confirmations?I’ve followed this article’s instructions, but found that the line item price is displayed as the actual price of the item, so it doesn’t take into account if our sales agents discount an item. Our totals at the bottom of the confirmation are correct, but it’s confusing for customers when they don’t see the actual discounted line item price in the dynamic table.I’ve setup the data source for the row and have the following four columns. Is there a way to display the discounted price in the PRICE column? Or do I need to include a column that shows the discount amount, which gets calculated in the ITEM TOTAL column? ITEM{{ item.product.title }}QUANTITY${{ item.quantity|floatformat:0 }}PRICE${{ item.price|floatformat:2 }}ITEM TOTAL${{ item.line_price|floatformat:2 }}
