The background on the email template is showing as really thick on some emails. How can I make this as thin as possible? I have the boarder size set to zero and the email width set to 700px already. I would like it to be around 2 or 3 times thicker that the white boarder around the picture.
Hi, I tried linking my outlook calendar with Klaviyo behind a button, so people can schedule a call/meeting. The problem that I have is the following → when I test the flow and click on that specific button, i get redirected to a ‘bad request’ outlook url. The link works, but not when it’s put in Klaviyo.. Does someone know, how I can fix this? Thanks in advance!
Hello, i try to integrate klaviyo to my new woocommerce website but it does no work. I always have this error message: Details: Unable to access API with credentials specified.I deleted the integration many time et reinstalled it, it does nothing. I also have klaviyo integrate to my shopify store, have i to delete it from shopify first in order for it to work ? Thanks for reading
Hi guys, We’re using Shopify integration to trigger these transactional flows using Klaviyo’s metrics (Order Placed, Order Fulfilled)And we display a dynamic table to highlight the products ordered. We use just a regular table with dynamic rows, basically a standard block. But some customers are complaining that, for some reason, they see duplicates The weird this is that this happens only for a small percent of customers and the device/email client doesn’t matter, at least we’ve noticing this on a bunch of different ones so far.. Please advise if anybody faced with such an issue. Thanks!

Hi, We are working with an Art merchant are looking for a solution with signup forms that allows us to collect subscribers depending on the artist page they sign up from.Currently, each Artist has their own ‘Subscribe for Artist updates’ page which links to a signup form ID. We do not want to create a unique signup form for each artist as there is a large number or artists and it would not be practical.We would like to tag the subscribers with the corresponding artist name, and then be able to segment them in Klaviyo, while keeping them in 1 Klaviyo list, coming from 1 signup form.We have these options in Shopify for the artist signup:Based on the image above: would it be possible to set all artist signups as local as this auto tags artist name, then import these customers to Klaviyo with the Artist Tags pre-assigned?If so, how do we achieve this?Side note: Klaviyo support suggested to have a dropdown menu within the signup form that creates profile property for each subscriber. Hi all,Is there a tool/report within Klaviyo that you can pull out a time frame of all flows or a way of cross referencing to see if you could trigger multiple flows at the same time.For reference I spend most of my week doing audits on new clients and existing clients, i currently go into every flow that is live and map it into an excel spreedsheet to see where the customer journey might fall down.I.e my latest client has 8 post purchase flow for induvial products which is great lots of touch points but if i order from 4 flows i will trigger all flows not great end user experience when I receive 4 emails at the same time.Ideally I am looking for something that will tell me all of the live flows, all of the trigger points and all of the flow filters.Dave
I have various questions actually1. I think the emails are showing up on Klaviyo when people submit the form but only under Profiles. They are not showing on Newsletter List and therefore, can't receive welcome emails 2. I tested the welcome emails with my emails but adding manually to newsletter. I received the email but it's going to spam. The Klaviyo accounts is new. I use Gmail and have been hearing about people having issue with deliverability to Gmail addresses, could this be the issue?
Hi TeamI have been struggling to understand this but have not had a luckI want to track the initial source of subscribers navigating to our website. we are spending hige on facebook and google ads + other referral marketing and once some one comes from any source, they will be triggered with an optimonk pop up which will be passed to klaviyo. or the other way to add is customer opting in via shopify checkout.Now we want to know the LTV of customers coming via facebook ads (not lead gen) and added to klaviyo. As per klaviyo articles, i tried creating a segment to find subscribers via facebook but all i can see is some random ads ids which looks like name of the campaigns, but not sure if its via facebook or google. Attaching the screenshot below is there a way i can identify if the initial source for navigating to the website and added on klaviyo list?same for Google.we want to spend on a channel where the subscriber clv is high?Thank you in advance.
We sell wine and would like to make a “Fine Wine” segment defined by price.I can make a segment of people that have viewed products with a specific price (“where [Price] equals [x]”.But it would be nice to have the possibility of “is greater than” etc in stead of equals, which cant be changed. Any others workarounds? I have made something with categories (ie, Bourgogne, Napa Valley etc) but they can contain wine that isn’t “Fine Wine”-definition, so that is not super great. And we have tousands of products, so making a “Fine Wine” category would take a lot of time.
Need help with this urgently. The rest of the options in the column keep getting blocked by the section. I attached a pic below to show what I mean. As you can see, I’m trying to select the Go To URL option but it won’t even show it. Please let me know how to fix this! Thank you!
Hi, I currently use WPForms for the contact and purchase forms on my website. I am trying to see if there any way to be able to connect to WPForms using the API keys. My forms right now collect abandoned entries and data but, I do not have any ability to send these abandoned entries to a specific list in Klaviyo.Does anyone have any knowledge that may be able to help me build this script to send these abandoned entry emails to my Klaviyo account and into a specified list?Thank you.
Hi All, Is Revenue per recipient also tells us how much we can spend on lead gen ads? for instance last month our RPR from emails were $1.19, does that mean this is something we should spend on new subscribers acquisition via paid ads? Is RPR which klaviyo tells is after all the marketing expenses/taxes etc?Aplogise if i am confusing Revenue per recipient with revenue per customer, Klaviyo only shows RPR so i am assuming RPR is also Revenue per customer also? Hello,Is there anyone out there that might be able to help me out with this issue?Problem: When selecting a product that is sold out - #1 the notify me when back in stock button is not showing up. #2 But, when the product page is refreshed it does show up - #3 however it will show up even for products that are in stock (right under the add to cart button)I attached a few screen shots of the code and what the buttons looks like. 1,2,3If someone has experienced this and can help me out it would be super helpful. Hi! I am uploading a list of mostly new subscribers and want to send them a unique welcome flow. However, I know for sure that a few of the people are already subscribers on my main list, and I want to take them off of the new list so they don’t get a new welcome flow. Is there a way to identify which subscribers are already on my main list without manually identifying each one? Alternately, is there a way to set up my flow so that people who are already on my main list won’t receive the new welcome flow?Thanks for the help!
My Klaviyo account got disabled Named (Email Knights) I only used it to help my clients design emails and setup their flows.I didn’t send any spam email, my clients gave me access to that email now I’m stuck, I had access to multiple Klaviyo accounts that I managed for my clients.I even Contacted the Klaviyo support.Now I don’t know what to do.
There are totally 7 poducts in my stroe, and when i tried to add the product to the email template, there are 9 products in there, the extra two products are same as another two products in my store. But when i tried to search them in my store by their ID, i couldn’t find anything.Anybody tell me how to remove them out of the block?
What’s happening?What are these delays?What are these mistakes?I’ve been a fan of Klaviyo, but now I’m not.I’ve been struggling to get the attention of Klaviyo’s support representatives.It just takes too much time and effort. They just don’t give about you anymore.They don’t read what you write and don’t take additional steps to get into your issue. They take the route that’s the easiest - reply with macros. Most of the time, that macro is nowhere close to helping resolve the issue. I do believe now’s a hard time for Klavio’s support due to bad time management or some other reason X, but it’s been like this for months now. The second issue is - compliance. The time is of essence when it comes down to deliverability. On Monday, I’ve sent a request to Klaviyo’s compliance team to reset our email sending domain so we could add a new one, since we’re transitioning to our new brand name. My store caters to small breed dog owners. I’d like to collect the name, birthday and breed of a customer’s dog. Many of my customers have more than one dog, so I’d like to be able to capture that information for up to three dogs. I’ve read the Klaviyo support page about custom profile properties, but it makes no sense to me. All I want to do is create unique profile properties for each of the following fields:Dog #1 Name, Dog #1 Birthday, Dog #1 BreedDog #2 Name, Dog #2 Birthday, Dog #2 BreedDog #3 Name, Dog #3 Birthday, Dog #3 BreedAppreciate any tips.
