Abandoned Cart Shopify / Dynamic elements no longer working

Hello, I have an abandoment cart flow that has been active for months and worked perfectly fine, but It suddenly failed to load the dynamic elements in the email blocks.Here the details:Trigger: add to cart Dynamic table setting: event.extra.line_items Image: {{ item.product.images.0.thumb_src }} Price: {{item.line_price}} Product: {{item.title}}I already tried to troubleshoot this starting new from a pre-made cart flow, but this doesn’t work either, the blocks don’t populate. Any help would be appreciated. Why is a profile going through my 'Add to Cart' flow multiple times in a row?

I have had a chronic issue with duplicate data in an “Add to Cart Flow”. As seen in the attached graphic, analytics is reporting multiple delivers and opens for single customers.  Interestingly these same customers are frequently in the ‘failed flow’ metric.  Is this a flow construction issue, an issue with analytics, or simply my lack of understanding on how to read the data?

problem adding custom trigger to klaviyo form

I want to show/hide forms based on the traffic source.I have worked through Bing Chat and ChatGPT to generate the code sample, and I am certain it’s working.However, I have a question: can I use Google Tag Manager to add the custom JS code and set the form to fire across all pages, or do I have to manually add it to individual pages?My store runs on Shopify, FYI

SMS klaviyo disable automated text

Hi!!can someone please help me!i turned off the double opt in on klaviyo for sms, but i think its still doing it to my  customers, i get the “you received a new sms from so and so’s number, and then it sends them the automated text that says send this to subscribe to reoccuring personalized marketing alerts from klaviyo library how can i disable this and then check to see if it worked cause they dont know what to send back, so they dont even subscribe lol HELP ME

Is there a way to disable the SMS for Australia? If so how? Don’t have the bandwidth to deal with another country’s legal/compliance forms at the moment.  What happens if I do nothing?

Price showing as zero on dynamic product feed

Hello everyone, I need help to find out why the price of the items in my product feed are always showing as zero. My listings all have prices in them, and I’m using Klaviyo’s Product Feed block in my email template (synched with my WooCommerce shop), so I’m not sure what is happening. Right now I’ve switched off the price so customers don’t think I’m click baiting them, but I’d really love to be able to let my readers know how much an item costs before they go to the shop…Any ideas? Segmentation based on product quantity in the order

Hi, I want to set up replenishment flow to remind people about next order based on product quantity that user ordered before.So if user ordered 1 bottle of particular product we want to remind after 30 days.If user ordered 3 bottles we want to remind in after days.Etc.Can’t find the way to do that.

Custom background colors in table cells

When using the default “table” block in the drag-and-drop editor, I see options to apply background colors to entire tables, or to entire sections in the new editor, but I can’t see any way to change the background color in a single cell to something different than the rest. I’m only seeing alignment, border and padding options on the individual cell styles. Is there something I’m missing, or is this not an option?

How to create a flow for "25% off your first 4 orders"

Hi there, We offer 25% off your first 4 orders. How do we create a flow so that after each purchase using the previous coupon code, the customer then receives an email with another unique coupon code to use on their next order? This email should only be sent to them once they have placed an order using the previous coupon code. Thanks

Abandoned Cart / Dynamic element does not work

Hi Community, I use a cart abandoned flow with a dynamic element, which does not work. The customer should be able to see, the product picture of the item in the cart, but the test mails don’t show anything. Alle the products are connected with Shopify and are on stock.I use the following code which I saw in the community, but it does not really work: {% if item.product.variant.images.0.src %}{{item.product.variant.images.0.src}}{%else%}{{item.product.images.0.src|missing_product_image}}{%endif%}Can you tell me the mistake I am making?Chris

Segment not clearing

HiI have created a segment with unengaged profiles.I have downloaded and re uploaded the csv to the supressed profiles.However, I have two questions if anyone can help please?When I move these profiles to supressed. How do I empty the created segment, back to zero? The segment still has the profiles in it and I was sure they would return to zero after the upload. The idea for the unengaged segment is that, when profiles meet a condition they are added to this segment. I will then move them to the supressed profiles once a month. Is this how it works?Thanks

Hello Klaviyo, I would like to finally start with Klaviyo. The customers from Shopify are already imported into Klaviyo. Now I want to create the email subscriber list. Are the customer profiles from Shopify automatically connected to the individual email contacts in my CSV list from another email sender after imported in Klaviyo? If not, what do I have to do then? Network Error 404 when creating a Flow Conditional Split

I can’t create a Conditional Split on the 3rd email in my flow. This error keeps popping up: Network Error. Request failed with Status code 404.   To troubleshoot, I tried editing an existing conditional split running on another email flow, and I got the same error.  Is this a bug? Can anyone help me?

How to create an unsubscribe segment to clean my contacts (sunset flow)?

Hey! I feel like this is such a silly Q, but I am going to ask it anyway. I have a sunset flow set up for my unengaged people. But what I want to accomplish is suppressing those that unsubscribed. So I made a segment where my criteria is as follows:I feel like this is not correct...but maybe it is? Please help, homegirl just trying to clean her account up. Thanks!

Uploading customers with CSV file doesn't add to list

Hi, I accidentally deleted all of my profiles on Klaviyo so I’m manually uploading the contacts I have from my Shopify store. I created an audience list in Klaviyo, and exported all my email subscribers from Shopify into a CSV file. I seemed to uploaded the CSV file successfully, after amending any errors it highlighted to me, but the customers have not populated in the list. You can see in the screenshot it shows the contacts have been successfully added to my list, but there are 0 members in my list. The spreadsheet has 664 customers.

no marketing possible because no opt in

Hello,I would like to start with Klaviyo and have installed the app at Shopify for this purpose. Now all customer profiles are imported to klaviyo. Now I have the problem that I can't send anyone a marketing mail because Klaviyo incorrectly assumes the following for all customers: "Provided Email without opting in to email marketing". That's wrong. I used another newsletter program for this, which then caught up with the opting in subscription in retrospect. How can I change this in Klaviyo for all customers that I can send them marketing mails? Best regards Marcel :)

Customizing Custom Reports

Im still relatively new to Klaviyo so i appreciate any and all community support.I am building out some Custome reports to track Flow performance across A/B tests and various flows and I’m struggling to add fields to these reports, for example subject lines. Having the subject line pulled into the report next to the break down of open rates can gave a quick single view on whats working and what's not across multiple campaigns at a glance (also our past EDS did this so my manager is expecting it and I’d rather not copy past everything across tabs in Excel).Another thing that would be great is the “Conversion Metric” I can get a total of Orders Placed - but I’m struggling to find the actual people who made those purchases to spot check and monitor - in the flow you can see the analytics and see the audience who performed any flow activity, but the conversion metric isn’t an option there.Long story short - is there a way of customizing the output of the reporting in Klaviyo?

Strategies to create a waiting list/ email flow for customers, say if an item is out of stock.

Hi team, I am in the midst of planning a waiting list email marketing strategy for our brands. Say if an item is out of stock, and when people click on the ‘Join the waiting list’ button, they will instantly receive an email when the item is back on stock. May I know what are the steps to implement such strategy on Klaviyo? I reckon a pop-up is a must, for people to join the waiting list. But the in stock/ out of stock status is a tricky one, how does Klaviyo recognizes if an out-of-stock item is back in stock, and then trigger it to send out a dynamic email to the particular person who joined the waiting list? Would love to learn more from the experts! As I am relatively new to email marketing. Thanks!

Abandoned Cart Flow Not Working

Hello, I have an abandoned cart flow set up where the trigger is ‘added to cart’. For some reason emails are not sending on this flow. When I look under preview and test I see the last ‘recent event’ it is picking up is from Dec 16. How do I fix this? I have checked the Shopify integration and that seems to be fine and I can see in the recent data section under integration that the right info is pulling through.  I have also tried to change the trigger to ‘checkout started’. In this case, the data seems to be pulling through correctly but now the product and price are not updating in the body of the email. Has anyone else come across this problem? What is the fix?Thanks in advance, Komal

Hi all,We send both marketing and transactional emails from Klaviyo.We have a special flow set up for billing receipts. Is it possible to have this flow send from a different domain than the rest of our Klaviyo account?We’d like to have our marketing emails and transactional emails sent from different domains for deliverability purposes.​​​​​​​ Thanks!​​​​​​​
