Can Suppressed Profiles Re-subscribe?

To help improve deliverability, I am adding contacts which have gone through the WinBack flow and still not engaged to suppressed profiles. Before suppressing them, I am sending them a goodbye email with a link to re-subscribe.If an unengaged subscriber is added to the suppressed profiles list, can they re-subscribe if they have decided they want to receive emails again?

Adjusting the Leading on text

I can’t  find a way to adjust the space between sentences or the “leading”. The spacing between lines are way too far apart and inconsistent.

Outlook 365 displaying email wider the 600px I set in Styles

The subject kinda says it all. I sent an email with a fixed width of 600px and a colleague sent me a screenshot of what she saw which was much wider (about 800px). A 600px image did not fill the email width and paragraph text was much wider than it should have been. Anything to be done about this?

Product bar image BG

Hey everyone happy Friday. I’m building out a product bar in the new template (had this issue with the old template as well). Our product info/image populates from Woo Commerce through our website. The product images are .png files originally so should have a transparent BG. The email preview has a regular colored BG of my choice, but when the test goes out it has a black square around the image (see screenshot) both on mobile and on desktop. Any ideas on how to correct this?

I have set up a flow in my klaviyo account. But the emails are not being sent to the subscribers? None of the flows are sending emails ( I have set up correct triggers)  Can someone please help?

How Many Fall Back Fonts Should I use?

Hi there! I’m trying to add a custom fonts to my email template following these instructions and establish my fall back fonts.My desired brand font ad fall back fonts:Desired branded font: Poppins Fall back font 1: Open Sans Fall back font 2: New York Fall back font 3: san-serifMy questions:Is there a limit to the number of fall back fonts you can have? Is 3 ok? What code should I use to best execute my desired brand font and fall back fonts? Open Sans is known to be a good default web font but it is not available in Klayvio. Best Option for Multilingual Flows and Content in Klaviyo

We are trying to introduce multilingual Flows to Klaviyo and it seems a lot harder than we would have expected.  Compared to Shopify’s easy multilingual management, trying to do it in Klaviyo gets complicated really fast.  The sign-up form to have users select their Language preference is easy - done, but, from reading Klaviyo documentation and thinking of all the option we can, there seem to be 4 options each with their own pros and cons.Assume for the purposes of this discussion that we have 5 languages - English, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese…. with 8 Flows and Flows having Medium Complexity in terms of branching, etc. Option 1 - Use Show Hide Blocks As Klaviyo RecommendsIn article “How to Customize Content Based on Language” Klaviyo refers to using Show/Hide Blocks.  In the case of having 5 languages, that would seem like a lot of embedded Show/Hide Codes to add and, do Show/Hide codes work for E-Mail Subject Lines, etc.?   If not, that’s a Show Stopper.  There is no point

Segment by First Purchase Date

Hello, I would like to build segments based on customers’ first purchase date range, e.g. a segment whose first purchase dates are within January 2022. Couldn’t find the first purchase date in the property list. Any way to achieve it? Thanks in advance :-)

Want to add multiple custom fonts, where am going wrong?

Hi, I want to match my website’s custom fonts (headline and body copy): they are both Google fonts.I followed the instructions of dragging an empty text block at the top of the template and added this code<style type="text/css">@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Lato:ital,wght@0,300;0,400;0,700;1,300;1,400;1,700&display=swap'); a, p, ol, li, ul { font-family: Lato, Roboto, sans-serif; }</style><style type="text/css">@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Nanum+Myeongjo:wght@400;700;800&display=swap'); h1, h2, h3, h4, { font-family: Nanum Myeongjo, Georgia, serif; }</style>However, the fonts in the template didn’t change: am I working this correctly?I saw another post that suggested I add these code snippets to every text block where I want the font changed: that seems cumbersome.

Using MyStore.com in Flow instead of mystore.myshopofy.com

Hello, My problem is that {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} returns mystore.myshopify.com as oppose to mystore.com. I asked support and they said I should change that from Integrations → Shopify → Store URL However, that was misleading advice as the Store URL must follow the pattern mystore.myshopify.com I am not sure how to fix this. I obviously don’t want to send my potential customers to another URL than my store’s. Thanks in advance

New Editor: Inconsistent left/right padding between different blocks on mobile

Hi There, new to Klaviyo so sorry if this basic.We’re having trouble getting elements to line-up on the left edge on Mobile. No matter what combination of element or block padding we apply, stuff doesn’t seem to line-up in the new editor.Example #1 - Block-level PaddingBecause block padding is available everywhere, if we standardise settings and only use block padding, we get inconsistent margins on mobile.See the red line, the text, button and stars image all have 30px block-level padding and 0px element padding but nothing lines-up on mobile... Example #2 - Element-level PaddingBut if we try to use 30px of element padding instead (not available on images or buttons) the text also doesn’t line-up on mobile… Not 100% sure what we’re doing wrong, have logged-out and back in but no joy. Klaviyo not integrating with WooCoomerce

I’m posting here because the problem I’m having is impacting my company’s revenue.Klaviyo totally doesn’t wan’t to integrate with WooCommerce. I’m getting the error message “We can't complete your setup - Details: Non 200 Response Received” when I try to establish a connection from Klaviyo WooCommerce plugin newest version(v. 3.0.1) to the Klaviyo platform. I contacted Bluehost to assist in whitelisting the user agent but they refuse to assist and say that the plugin is a third party plugin and they can’t help since there aren’t any errors on the WordPress dashboard. I’ve tried the steps that support team has offered here from a user with a similar problem without any luck.  1. Delete the WooCommerce integration in Klaviyo2. Delete the Klaviyo plugin in your WordPress3. Re-install the plugin4. Log into Klaviyo via an incognito window and re-add the WooCommerce integration Still getting same error message.  Please please help.  I have an ongoing email conversation with the support team

Issue with Custom Nav Buttons Klaviyo

Hi all! I’m including a photo here of an issue I am having (and have encountered before) with navs in Klaviyo. I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but I created these custom nav buttons for a client and although each image is the same height, they come into Klaviyo sized completely randomly. I’ve been able to adjust the width by eye in Klaviyo to make them match as closely as I could, but I would like to prevent this from happening at all. I am making these buttons in Illustrator. I’ve tried: -Images all being only as wide as the length of the words, but staying the same height. -Images all being as wide as the longest nav button (Our Whiskey) but staying the same height.

Custom Templates from separate HTML builders using Klaviyo Event Variable tags

I'm using Stripo to build out my HTML emails and looking to add event variable tags like Abandoned cart products. Should I copy the code from the Abandoned cart Klaviyo template into Stripo or do I need to alter the code once importing the Stripo HTML into Klaviyo?

Adding a new member to a list via API with first name doesn't work

Hello,I set up a form to subscribe users to a list. I use the API for that. It works when i only add the email to the payload, using the https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/LIST_ID/subscribe?api_key=API_KEY endpoint.I closely follow the docs, using Guzzle (PHP)But when i try to add a first name to the profile, it doesn”t seem to work.Using the list → subscribe endpoint, i don’t know if it’s possible, and if it is, the expected body request (the one working with the email looks like this : 'body' => '{"profiles":[{"email":"' . $email . '"}]}' Using the identify endpoint (POST), the request returns 1, but no firstname is added to the profile 'data' => '{"token":"MYPUBLICKEY","properties": {"$email": "THEEMAIL", "$first_name":"THEFIRSTNAME"}}' Using the list → members endpoint, i get a 400 Bad Request as soon as i deviate from the base body request with email AND phone number 'body' => '{"profiles":[{"email":"THEEMAIL"},{"first_name":"THEFIRSTNAME"}]}' Can you please help me with

Confused about List / Segment Results

Hi, I’ve been going through the introduction to Lists and Segments. I think I understand it, but my results don’t seem accurate.I have my imported list from Mailchimp that is 6140.Then I have the default newsletter list that Klaviyo made which is 3164 (I am assuming there is some overlap with the Mailchimp list.)I tried to do a segment that combined the 2 lists and it came up with 2636. How is that math possible?(Separate subject but related - should I combine these 2 lists?)I find this often when I try to do segments. I did a segment of anyone who had clicked on my newsletter in the last 60 days and it gave me 69 people. That’s impossible. Maybe because I was using Mailchimp up until December? That’s maybe why I’m not getting accurate results?Update: I just checked my settings. I set up integration with Mailchimp when I started Kaviyo, including “Create Klaviyo lists from MailChimp audiences.”I just tried to do a segment from people on both lists that have clicked an email in since Oc

I can't segment profiles well by color variation or SKU.

I can't segment profiles well by color variation or SKU. "Ordered Product" is set up with color variations and SKUs, but it also sends different colors and SKUs. Is there a better way? Even if I set the color variation to black and buy pink, I get an email here with the black segment.

Is the New Editor Auto-Save feature broken?

We've been facing this issue every single time we build an email in the new editor. We'll build the email, but when we click 'Preview and test' there are many blocks missing. Not all, just some. I have no idea how it decides which ones o keep and which ones to not. Even more annoying than that is when you exit the editor and come back (or refresh the page), and find out those blocks are missing.Refreshing, or exiting and coming back, and then rebuilding the email with those missing blocks usually works. But obviously this is frustrating because we're doing twice the work for no reason.Anyone else having a problem with this? Not to mention that this new editor is outrageously slow… Typing anything inside a text block is a slog. We've been having to resort to typing everything in Word or something, then copy / pasting it into Klaviyo and having to format everything for each block. But that's another issue entirely. Product feed and recently viewed product not showing in flows

Hi, I recently setup Klaviyo with Shopify and realized that no product is showing in “you might also like” section populated by shop_popular_feed (I did not create other feed yet). I’ve read in the forum that it might be due to inventory being managed by third party app which is my case (printful). But how can we change this setting so the feed can work?  Also in the the abandoned cart flow, often products aren’t showing up (see screenshot attached). Is it because the viewer did not accept cookie or blocks them? Thanks for your light because an email sent with no information in it (product recently viewed or you may also like) is irrelevant and bad for reputation i guess..Best regards,

Universal links support ( Deep linking)

Hi,Does Klaviyo supports universal links?In high level, I would like to create an email campaign, and embed a link for App install.Once the user will click on the link there are 2 scenarios:In case the App is not installed - the user will be redirected to the app store. In case the App is already installed, the App will be opened directly on a specific page ( this is actually the deep linking functionality).I couldn’t find any formal documentation for such ability.Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks, Yossi.

New Template: Linking To Product Page Not Saving

Hi!I’m having an issue getting my product title {{ item.title }} to link to the product page in my abandoned cart flow. This is in the dynamic product block that shows what the contact left in their cart. Every time I try to enter this - it won’t save and I get the ‘saving’ spinning wheel of death.I’ve tried: {{ organization.url }}products/{{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.handle }}I’ve tried: {{ organization.url }}products/{{ item.product.handle }}I’ve also tried putting in the company website: https://www.companysite.com/products/{{ item.product.handle }}  Still… nothing is working. Any insight here. However, when I do try just the company url - https://www.companysite.com it saves and works fine.

Placed Order transactional email based on Gateway or Order Tag

Hello,we would like to send a transactional email after an order has been placed, but only if a certain payment gateway was used (COD in our case).But I didn’t find any condition to use in the Placed Order Trigger Filters or in Conditional Split blocks.Also I thought that maybe we can use the Orders Tags assigned by Shopify Flow, but in this case the condition seems to always fail, like that Klaviyo is not able to read Order Tags or Order Tags are empty.Do you have any suggestions?

disable Exit pop up on Shopify

I have disabled the exit pop up in klaviyo. The exit pop up still shows on the website.  I removed the Klaviyo app from my store.  The pop up still shows up.What can I do to remove the pop up?
