Best practice - Suppressing international sign ups?

Hey Community! I’m working to update my email database - mainly suppressing unengaged accounts and adding in new segments and flows.We’re an Australian based company who only ships within Australia and I’ve noticed a few sign ups from America and other countries.As I’m new to this, I’m opening it up to the brains trust - would it be best practice to suppress these people straight away, as their ability to convert is non-existent? Or better to leave them in case they are an engaged group (just not converting)?Any help would be appreciated!

Tracking Product problem WIX

Hi,I have a problem with product tracking.I have done an API integration with my WIX store (it is not natively integrated with Klaviyo) and I am having issues with user events.As you can see from the picture, I get products that are not mine in addition to my products.Please help me solve this.I would also like to integrate the catalog.

Woocommerce Adding Images to placed order email

We are having trouble adding images to our email order confirmation. The trigger for this is Placed Order. We are able to add the tag to get a single image, I.e the first image on an order but it duplicates on the first image on orders where there are multiple different products.I have attached of all the different tags we have tried with no success.

How to test my preferences page?

I’ve created a standard preferences center page. It has a multi checkbox option (we want to subscribers to be able to choose which emails they receive). It will be linked to in our welcome series. I would like to test:That the link works (but I can’t get a live preview by sending a test email) and that the choices the subscriber will make can be pulled and queried into segmentationCan’t seem to figure out how best to do this!

Using Validity/Return path for email deliverability

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has any experience usng Validity/Return path for improving email deliverability. Trying to figure out if this service helps with ensuring emails land in people’s inbox vs spam. We are currently using own own decidated Klaviyo IP, but are wondering if paying for Validity’s services are necessary. I know that Klaviyo has something in place, but wondering if validity adds any value. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Product tracking help

Hi, I’m trying to add the Viewed Product tracking to my Shopify theme but it doesn’t seem to be working.  The ‘Active on Site’ works but there is no data in the ‘Viewed Product’.  I have a Shopify 2.0 theme and have copied the product tracking snippet into the Custom Liquid section of my default product page plus all of my custom product pages as per the installation instructions.  Is there anything else I need to do?Thanks.

the open rate was poor on Abandoned Cart flow

Hello, I found that the open rate of our abandonment flow is very poor, can you tell me some reasons?Could it be that there is a problem with our sending channel? Or our domain name is restricted？

How to find which customers have come from a Facebook ad?

Can you help?I would like to work out which new customers have bought from our store as a result of seeing a Facebook/instagram ad. I can go into each profile and see where they have come from under information and source. But is there a way of segmenting customers to see them all in one place?Thanks for your help.

how can we see what customers bought from campaign emails

Hi Experts, Wanted to know if there is way to run a  custom report for email campaigns to know which product did the customer ordered through the email campaign. I know it can be seen by checking indiviual campaign.But wanted to know is it possible to run for a month/week. Thank you for your Help :)

Conditional split based on who replied to email sent in the flow

I am creating a flow to collect feedback from customers. I would like to send a discount-coupon to everyone who have replied to the email they have received in the flow. Is it possible to track those who have replied to this specific email? If not possible, can I make a condition out of how clicked an emailadress within the email?Any other ideas on how I solve this even better?Thanks in advance.  //Åsa

Template error has 'endif' Issue with HTML export to Shopify

Hi, I have followed the steps on the Klaviyo guide to export my emails from the Shopify templates in Klaviyo to Shopify but despite this, I am still receiving error messages. When exported in Klaviyo and then pasted into Shopify I still receive this message.    I was assured by Klaviyo support that this would work and am really getting frustrated now!Please can someone help me?

Track VALUE of Facebook Lead Ad

Hi,I want to be able to track the value of daily orders by segment. is this possible?I have integrated my Facebook advert to my Klaviyo account and have a lead ad running that offers 10% off first orders. I want to isolate everybody who filled out this lead ad form, was added to a list of new subscribers, and placed an order.I have put them into the same list and flow as organic subscribers to make sending emails easier. My problem is that I can run an engagement report on this segment - which is useful - but it summarises too much. It gives an avg. order value but I need to see accurate daily orders from this audience.TL;DR = how can I see daily revenue generated on a segment level?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Chat support is no longer available?

The chat support is not available for me since last Friday, 8th of October. I see the button, but nothing happen if i click on it. So i submitted a ticket on Friday morning, but i also didn’t receive a reply on that. Anyone knows how to get in touch with support regarding a flow that’s not being triggered as expected? Is there some kind of customer support outage or is it just me? I’m on Chrome but also tested on Safari ( Mac).Thanks

Newsletter form is too long when I test send. All sections aren't visible and gets cut off.

Hello everybody, I am making a newsletter but the problem is that its too long when I try to test send it. I've tried to adjust the sizing of pictures, font size etc but its still too long. Any way I can fix it? I have also tried to delete some sections to essentially make it shorter but nothing works. The bottom section are too long when I test send to my gmail both on computer and phone.  Any way to fix this since nothing seems to be helping.

Integration with Recharge V2

Hi everyone, i have a quick question. I’m having problem with integration recharge V2 with Klaviyo. Unfortunately, the V1 that was installed and working properly has been removed. The main issues is that the integration on Recharge say it is connected, but on klaviyo, it says go to the recharge admin to finish the integration. And all the metrics are no longer showing any data received (Started subscription, cancelled subscription etc).Screenshot for RechargeKlaviyo screenshotKindly advise on what could be done. I have a pop up set up and i want to remove it.  I don’t see in Integrations where I can disable it.  The only thing listed in integrations is the connection to my store?  How do I get it off?

Help Creating a Segment

Hi everyone! Seeking assistance with creating a dynamic list on Klaviyo and would like to tap into all of your collective knowhow.So here is what I am trying to accomplish. I would like to create a dynamic list with the following criteria:1. Order Date is between 7-14 days (so 1 week after purchase)2. Order status is unfulfilledThe idea is to create a campaign which would be able to send automated emails to customers that have unfulfilled orders between 7-14 days. Then we would create another campaign which would send automated emails to customers with unfulfilled orders between 14-21 days, etc. New here to Klaviyo and just getting the hang of things, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!Have a good day!

Products are loading the MyShopify address not the site address

This is something that has only happened recently. Wasn’t an issue before. But then, I have only really started using the Catalog function.After I send the email, my products, when I click on them take me to a XXXX.myshopify.com/name_of_item instead of taking them to companyshop.com/name_of_itemIs there a setting somewhere which I am not aware of?

How does your Klaviyo Active on Site Metric compare to Google Analytics Users Metric?

We have been digging into the Klaviyo analytics recently and have found some results which seem strange, so I wanted to reach out to this community and see if others are experiencing the same results. The analytic is question is “Active on Site”.  When we compare Klaviyo “Active on Site” to Google Analytics “Users” metric we see about a 1:7 ratio.  This means if Google says we had 10,000 unique users (NOT sessions) on our site in one day, then Klaviyo will typically report approx 1,400 “Active on Site” events in the same day. According to Klaviyo, this is how their tracking system works: “When you add Klaviyo's web tracking to your site, we only track the browsing activity of "known browsers" — i.e. browsers that have visited and engaged at least once before. Klaviyo will not track anonymous browsers.”Given the fact that Klaviyo only tracks “known browsers” it makes sense that their visitor count would be lower compared to Google Analytics, but it seems strange that it would be 7 times

Importing contact data mistake, how do I fix it?

Hi guys,  I recently uploaded a CSV from my old ESP with all my contacts to add to my profiles in Klaviyo. None of the data corresponding to the date they subscribed imported, so it looks like everyone is brand new. This is preventing me from setting up some flows and doing more list cleaning in the future. I’d like to delete everything and try again, but I don’t know if I can do that or if it will just make a bigger problem.  So, two questions. 1) If I delete everyone, can I re-add them with this data issue fixed? and 2) There appears to be no field in Klaviyo that matches to the date the person originally subscribed, hence the problem I had with matching. If there is, I missed it. Any insight?  Thanks!
