Hi,I installed my Klaviyo profile and setup it successfully with my Wix site, but unfortunately I'm having problems with the deliverability of the emails - for example one of the two emails created to welcome was sent, albeit with some delay, instead the order confirmation email never arrived.Also I can't see the form pop-up on my site even though it is active and set to show to all site visitors.I would like to understand if I have set something wrong or is the configuration between Wix and Klaviyo not working correctly? 1.INTEGRATION ENABLED ACTIVATE FLOWS JUST 1 RECEIVED WELCOME EMAILS (THERE WERE 4 EMAIL SENT IN TOTAL) ACTIVE FORMS POPUP (NOT VISIBLE ON THE SITE) POPUP SETTINGS
Hello,I would like to know if the following would be possible to do (with an integration?)I use a 3rd party form (release it) to get COD (cash on delivery) orders in my online shop. This means a customer fill in a form to purchased the order (not the usual checkout). This fact makes all the ‘abandoned cart/add to cart’ flows useless to me, because they don’t trigger, as the event is different and needs customization :(My question is will Klaviyo support be able to help me to integrate this specific flow somehow?I need to set up an ‘abandoned cart’ flow where the trigger event is to partially fill in the customer’s data (like email) in the form.If this is possible I will then get a plan, but I need to know first.Thanks for your help.
Hi everyone! So, something really strange happened to me when creating an abandoned cart flow. I’m testing a shopify dummy account so I can set up different triggers and see if they work correctly. The links to “complete your purchase” and the “return to your cart button work” well. they do redirect me to the checkout page. but the Item and the item image redirect me to my personal portfolio lol. I don’t remember at any point writing that link in Klaviyo. But well, how do i change that? or should i redo the flow again and see if this keeps happening. Maybe at some point I added that somewhere but i don’t know where to erase that info so it stops redirecting to my portfolio. any ideas? Thanks
I am finding Klaviyo to be a horrible, user-unfriendly app. It seems like you need a degree in computer science just to navigate basics. For example, when I go into the welcome series template, where is the option to add header links in the header block? I can’t see it anywhere so I saved that draft email as a template. I then went into that template, and again, no obvious way of adding header links in the header bar. So how do I do this? I thought it would be very simple to do this but apparently not. I’d give this app a 1/5 rating for its difficulty of use.
Hi, I’ve never been aware that Klaviyo email support it’s available only for 60 days if you’re not on a paid plan. This is definitely one of the biggest cons I’ve seen, but anyway, hopefully you guys can help! I want to add one of my clients accounts inside my Klaviyo account, so I can easily switch between accounts. Would something like that be possible? I read about a Multi-Login feature, but I am not able to understand how to add more stores. Thanks!
My “back in stock” flow is not working. I follow these steps:Create a “back in stock” flow in the backend Write the code in theme.liquid Add private API key in code. I am also following these steps with my other store with “superstore” theme. There it is working fine.
Hello,I’ve followed the instructions for Export profiles from one list into another so I could delete my non-used lists and create a master list.How will I know when my import is complete? Nothing indicated how I would know. And how do I sanity check that names from the old list are now on the master list? I don’t see how to search a user within a list. I see only that I can search a user and bring up their profile telling me which lists they are on.Thank you!
I work for a jewelry company that sells both online and through sales representatives. Our website is custom built and doesn’t use Shopify or other online sales platforms. I have been using Klaviyo for almost 2 years and it feels like I am still in over my head and having to manually setup, clean and cultivate my customers. Does anyone have any tips or advice for those of us using Klaviyo and not using e-commerce platforms to sell?
Hello - nothing seems to be working in my Klaviyo account suddenly! It was working fine yesterday and first thing this morning but not now. I can’t delete lists, make changes to my forms or even set up new lists.Anyone have any ideas why? I don’t currently have any support as just setting up my account and will upgrade to a paid version once I am ready to start sending emails.
Maybe I’m missing something here, but I don’t get notifications for replies etc from this forum anymore. I think I may have signed up using a domain I no longer maintain, but when I go to the account settings via Klaviyo, my login etc is fine. I just don’t see anywhere at all where I can view or update notifications/settings. Any advice?
Hello all,I work with a company that sells online courses.Once a course is sold, we manually activate the account and send out a mail to the user with their login info, and later on we send them a reminder before their course expires. I set up a flow in Klaviyo that is triggered by a list in which I input all the new users along with their emails, usernames and passwords.The flow works fine for first time users, however recurring customers are not receiving a second batch of emails.Ex: If you took a course in Jan, you’ll receive the intended emails normally. However, if you take a new course in June and I add your info + email to the list, klaviyo doesn’t recognize you as a new user and you won’t receive a second batch of emails. Can you please suggest any fixes to this problem or alternative methods? Thanks in advance, I appreciate your input :)GD
Hey Klaviyo,Since yesterday July 23, I cannot see the breakdown of placed order in our recent campaign.It says here that there were 10 Placed Orders for the campaign.But when I check the breakdown of orders, this is what I see.Same goes with our past campaigns that has new orders for July 23 up to now. It does not show the breakdown of the new orders, but I can still see the orders before July 23.Let me know if there is anything I need to do so I can troubleshoot this. Thank you.

Some background information, created a segment (backpoulate) with users who is in Newletters before Feb 28 I did “Schedule for each step relative to the date someone was added to my list/segment” Does it usually take this long for the flow to backpopulate? I checked the flow history and it says I backpopulated it.
Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me solve where some of my email signups have gone to?In total I have had 26 customers complete my signup form, these are meant to be added to my newsletter. However only 13 are on my newsletter list. I have the double opt in setting selected currently and I was wondering if this was having an impact? Thanks
