Anyone have an issue with the coupon active dates info being wrong? first screenshot show the correct date as I set it and the second shows the summary of the settings.This shows the correct dates This one shows the wrong date. You can see this says April 2 to 4 but if I click the link it goes to that first image.

Context: I have a gifting business with customers who purchase gifts for special occasions. We allow them to use Shopify's order note function to enter their gift message card for us to print out (free message card with every order). I would like to send occasion reminder emails to customers who have bought gifts for specific occasions. I want to do this by scraping the data/keywords on the customer's order note , i.e. Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, etc Example: John buys a birthday gift on 31st March 2020 and includes a message in the order note with the words “Happy Birthday”. Can I have Klaviyo scrape all orders with order note that has keyword: “Birthday” and send them a reminder email to repurchase another birthday gift the following year. So John would then receive the reminder email sometime before 31st March 2021. I know how to use Date Property-Triggered Flows to enable the scheduling and have it recur every year. However, am I able to only send to orders who’s order note
I would like to add locations to a dropdown in a sign-up form, and depending on what location the user picks, they will go to a specific URL. Is this possible? It seems like it should be fairly simple to do, but I can’t seem to work out how.
Hey everyone,first of all, let me thank anyone who could help me with this issue. After several attemps, i was able to install the official Woo Klaviyo plugin. Everything seems to be working fine, the activity feed looked okay, however when trying to embed a form, i keep getting an error message “Unable to detect that sign-up forms are successfully installed on your site.” This is honestly, weird, because everything seems to be working fine. Therefore, i have decided to manually add a new tag with the Klaviyo snippet, however, athough the tag is still firing on all pages, i couldn’t make the form embed work.Could anyone help me here?Thank you very much!Peter
I’m having a nightmare trying to get the right definitions for an unengaged general engagement profiles. To clarify, these are profiles that aren’t subscribed to our list but have been active on site/placed an order with us.I’d like to create a segment of profiles that haven’t received, opened or clicked on an email from us for 400 days or more, haven’t been active on site for 400 days or more, and haven’t placed an order with us for 400 days or more.However I set the definitions, I seem to get profiles in there that have had an email from us in the last year or have placed an order with us in the last year. I’m obviously missing something crucial so if someone could spell it out to me it’d be much appreciated!
HiI’m trying to import some contacts into my master email list and only update properties and not subscribe them.According to this documentation article and several other doc articles….https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260806293150-How-to-import-profile-properties-using-a-CSV-upload ...once I upload a CSV file and get to the column matching page there is supposed to be a checkbox called “Subscribe to Email Marketing”. If I leave it unchecked the contacts will get imported and any matching contacts will have their properties updated but not subscribe data will be changed.Unfortunately, this checkbox does not exist.There is also supposed to be a “Review Import” button, but that does not exist either.Anyone else having this issue or can tell me how to import this way? Hi,I have this account for testing the API and I started my first campaign 1 day ago. All endpoints work, but I am having issues with the metric timeline endpoint to fetch events of all metrics https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/metrics-timeline . Recently I was in Klaviyo and noticed that 10 segments and about 10000 emails was skipped but the other 30 sugments were delivered. I did a lot of digging to see that most of the skips came from failing flow filters. Some information shows that some emailed were skipped was a good thing. But 10000 emails were skipped and not delivered. It was a huge loss for me. I watched a lot of videos and information and still didn't know the exact answer. Below I put some photos of my problem, what can I do?
Hi there, I want to create an email flow that incorporates both people that subscribe to our email list (via sign up forms and checkout), and people that create an account for our website (not necessarily while making a purchase). The latter welcome email would usually be via WooCommerce, but we would like to create a flow that incorporates both of these types of customer (and would have a trigger split that offers different emails to the 2 acquisition channels). Or even separate flows entirely if best. Is there any way to do this? Or can flows ONLY be created to send to list subscribers? Thanks!
I need help getting my account unsuspended. Ive made payment and my card has been charged.its been over 48 hours and I’m yet to get access to my account. I unfortunately cannot access support because it requires a paid account to contact support. I have paid but still don’t have access.
Hi, Im trying to understand why some of the new profiles doesnt have MagentoStore property assigned, this traffic is comming from social media, they have view products and signed up for the newsletter from the popup form.We have several Magento store views in differetn languaged, abd BA flow has MagentoStore filter but these profiles are not directed to the BA flow.
Hi Everyone,I am new to using Klayvio so I’m sorry if this seems like a dumb question but, i was wondering if something like this is possible to so with the split block. I tried my best but it only seems to be able to change one colour. I could just bring it in as an image with text but i’d like that to be a last resortThanks for your help
Hey Community, Looking for some assistance on how to best sort my profile data if I’m an event company. I know who is buying from my manifests but I want to be able to know which events a particular profile has attended. Currently when I upload a list of attendees, it’ll purge the existing profile emails which doesn’t help me identify which events this profile has attended. Thanks for any help!
Hello,I’m trying to set up a block in a welcome flow to show an offer based on which A/B test variation they signed up for.The flow is filtered for the form ID.The logic I am using is: person|lookup:'$consent_form_version' == '9500556' with each block using a different form version ID (950057, 950058, etc)The preview isn’t giving me a syntax error, but is not displaying the corresponding block for matching profiles (no blocks are shown). Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?Thanks!

Is there a way to build a segment for existing customer (who’s details you already have in Klaviyo) who have resubscribed themselves (using sign up pop up form for example)? We just want to keep track of brand new vs. resubscribed customers.Thanks! Alice
Hi, I’m trying to update my URL and add Tiktok to my social media under “Images and Brand.” I’m able to delete content, but I cannot enter text into any of the input fields, and the dropdowns don’t dropdown. For example, I cannot enter any text or my URL, or my Tiktok url in the input box, even though the cursor is blinking and looks active. Also, please note that the social media selection dropdown doesn’t dropdown unless I expand my browser window. It all seems very buggy. Please see screenshots of what I’m talking about.
