Hi @superoelk , @Roland@Fliegenglas@FIRE-FOOD@flonomao what are you doing as a solution / as a work around? What can we do to surface our need for change to both klaviyo and t-online?We are stuck with manual labor. The team is repairing not performing.klaviyo says: “Get a dedicated IP or wait.”note: As a general baseline, you should send at least 50,000 emails per month at least twice per month (for 100,000 emails total) in order to warm up your IP.t-online postmaster says: “Send me klaviyos sender and I clear them.” Klavyio aims to be part of CSA, deliverbility expert @francis.baker says even though in his own words “T-Online is currently not listed as a member of CSA” and “We currently have no evidence, that it will assist with making inbox placement at T-Online easier.”I am happy for any helpful information or work around or anything towards solution.

Making Email to Request SMS from customers

Hello,We’re looking to make an email to send out to all of our current email subscribers informing them of our new SMS VIP group. We want to have a way for them to sign up over the email. Is there a block we can put for them to input the number on the email directly? Or will we just have to include a button for them to click that brings them to the sign up page. Thanks

Background color for email columns

I’ve added a new image to a column and when I change the background color the area below the image is not changing. Is this normal or is there a way to show the same color for the whole area? Thanks.

Multi Step Signup Form

We enabled a Multi Step Signup form to capture email first, then SMS. One is for desktop and one is for mobile and they are both set to show to target non-Klaviyo profiles. Step 1: Email FirstHas an email input field and a button.  Button Action: Submit Form They should be submitted into a specific list that is set to trigger a welcome email flow After Submission it is set to show the next stepStep 2: SMSHas an phone number input field and a button.  Button Action: Submit Form They should be submitted into a specific list that is set to trigger a welcome SMS flow After Submission it is set to show the success messageI am noticing that customers are not being sent into the welcome email flow after submitting the first step so I have a feeling they are only being added to the specific list  after completing both steps of the form. How can I change this so that each submission is accounted for individually?

AfterShip Flows Not Coming Up After A Successful Integration

Hello everyone,  I am currently facing an issue. I just recently integrated AfterShip with Klaviyo. The metrics are all active but I am not seeing AfterShip nor its flow templates (Order In Transit, Order Out for Deliver and Received Delivery).  in the Flow setup section.I can manually create the flows and setup the triggers but I don’t know where to get the codes.Please help

Legacy Form - Not adding person to list

Hi! I’m adding in a legacy form section to a Shopify store. I followed this documentation (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005249588-How-to-Add-and-Customize-a-Legacy-Embedded-Signup-Form) and am successfully getting people into Klayvio. But when I go an look at my list, they don’t appear.  Here’s what I’ve tried/checked:Used an incognito browser + multiple email addresses never used in this klayvio account Single opt-in on the lists Ensured that the LIST_ID is in the hidden field, and in the post and that I only have one Klayvio form per page and that it has a unique ID for the js to target That I’m getting a success message (200) from Klayvio’s API Tried directly coping Klayvio’s HTML/CSS/JS to the page and updating the LIST_ID and it still isn’t workingAny ideas? It did work for like an hour, and then I cam back the next morning and it didn’t. Best practices for pre-renewal notices with WooCommerce Subscriptions

We’re just getting started with Klaviyo for our subscription-based business that uses Woo Subscriptions. In reviewing the Klaviyo-Woo (and 3rd party/suggested Klaviyo Toolkit for subscriptions plugin) integration, I see that these integrations don’t share ‘next payment’ date to subscriber profiles. We’re hoping to use Klaviyo to send ‘pre-renewal notices’ to both yearly and monthly subscribers - e.g. ‘your subscription will renew in 30 days’ - and I’m wondering what solution has worked best for other companies seeking to do the same. In our case, my sense is that this is likely best solved by using Zapier to populate Custom Property fields, and using a custom property of ‘next payment’ along with the ‘subscription status’ data passed via the provided Klaviyo Toolkit Plugin to trigger and filter these flows. Is that how others are handling similar issues? Or is there a better method?

Cannot figure out why "added to cart" isn't firing on my PageFly product page?

So I have two things going on:  I’m using Dawn 2.0 and I’m using a pagefly product page that displays differently for desktop and tablet/phone. I can’t seem to get the “added to cart” event to work for me.  Anyone with similar setups have a work-around?

Horizontal rules in mobile

I’m having a strange issue with horizontal rules in email designs. We have a horizontal rule that shows up correctly in desktop, but doesn’t in mobile view. Here is the horizontal rule (dark orange/bronze color) working perfectly in desktop view.These are the specs of the horizontal rule in desktop.So I duplicate this horizontal rule exactly as it is but set it to show on Mobile instead...and this is what happens.It has the exact same specs as its desktop counterpart, but for some reason it stretches across the entire area and nothing changes when I try to tweak the padding. Is anyone else having the same issue? How do you fix it?

Why is our cart rebuilt button taking us to the home page vs. checkout?

Hello, There is something weird that happening around our cart abandon flow. When we’re clicking the CTA button, it doesn't take us to the abandoned product page, it only takes us to the Home page, making it extremely difficult to find solutions on it. Is there anyway around on how to fix this type of issue? Our ecommerce platform is Magento 2.3

When using $source property what happens if someone fills out another form before the flow is finished?

Hi guys! I have a very similar situation to this existing discussion: From what I can tell, the $source property that is applied to a contact after signing up via a form changes when the same contact fills out another form with a different $source property. My situation is this:I want to have a three day flow for an ebook that customers will receive after filling out a form with a specific $source property.But what happens if this customer then fills out a different form before this flow is completed and the $source property on their contact changes?Will they stop receiving emails from this flow immediately? Or will the flow still finish? I’m not sure if this is an obvious question but I can’t seem to find the answer anywhere and want to make sure I know what will happen. Many thanks for your help,Maddie

Shopify newsletter signup form not adding to klaviyo list

I’m using Shopify Dawn theme and inserting a section with email signup, but when I use it the email is only added to Klaviyos contact list, and I can’t get it into the newsletter list.I’ve also tried to create a signup form through Klaviyo and added the embed code to my newsletter page in a custom liquid sectoion, but nothing shows up, it’s just blank.Shopify is in my Klaviyo integrations and vice versa.

Post-Puchase Flow: Problem with the conditional split

Hi,I want our customers to receive customised emails - depending on which product they have bought. Therefore I created a post purchase flow.For example: If customers buy a cotton product they receive email A, if they buy cashmere they receive email B and so on. If the conditions do not apply, i.e. the customer has not bought product A, B, C or D, then they automatically receive a generic email. Currently, almost all customers fall into the category with the generic email, even though they fulfill the given conditions like they bought product A but received the generic email. So obviously I have an error in the flow, probably with the conditional split. However, I am not getting anywhere here. Can anyone tell me what I need to set in the conditional split?

Send acknowledgment email to user added via API

HiWe have built an integration with OneTrust and since there’s no webhook feature in Klaviyo we are using OneTrust to collect subscriptions and then send users to Klaviyo via APIs.Everything works fine, just depending on the collection point used to collect data OneTrust has capability to send or not the final acknowledgment email with record of consent.Is there a way to send these emails from Klaviyo also for users added to Profiles via API? Thank youfabrizio

Back in stock notifications not working - BigCommerce

Hi folks, I’ve recently installed this following the Klaviyo documentation, however it doesn’t appear to be working. I’ve used the “inspect” tool in chrome and I can see the code snippet on the page for an out of stock item, but that’s about as far as my expertise goes with troubleshooting, and as usual, all the other posts I can find about this not working are specific to Shopify, rather than BigCommerce. Does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks!

Why is my Styling Rending Different in Outlook?

Hi,Has anyone of you tried optimizing your campaigns on Outlook?I’m designing some flows but are struggling to get the design right for example on both Gmail and Outlook at the same time.Here are the things I’m struggling with:- footer padding: odd white space in Outlook while the email looks perfect in Klaviyo/ Gmail, or the other way around- product block style, especially the font and the click button styling. I can't display the selected font style in outlook and the buttons look really off in Outlook.- random thin padding under some of the blocks in Outlook- No text spacing in Outlook, but again, looks perfect in Klaviyo & GmailWould love to learn more about your experience and how you worked with that.Thank you for your help.

Campaign didn't send as scheduled and stuck in "Ready and waiting" status

Hi all, I scheduled a campaign to go out during a specific time this evening (not recipient local time) and it still hasn’t sent almost 1 hour later. It appears to be stuck in the campaign’s “Ready and waiting” status which I don’t understand. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to troubleshoot the issue? Klaviyo live chat support shut down at 5pm ET and my email was scheduled to send at 6pm ET, so live support isn’t available tonight to help me with this.Thank you in advance!

Can I upload a Mailchimp Campaign into my Klaviyo Account?

Mailchimp Campaign data not imported but the campaign was sent last december 2020 using mailchimp. In mailchimp campaign has no email template, only campaign,. How can we request transfer from mailchimp to klaviyo.

how to add a free printable and sync email

Im having issues with adding a free printable. I designed a pop up and an email for the free printable but how do I sync the email with the pop up, so that when they sign up, the email template with the google link is sent automatically to them. I had to put the link in the subscription confirmation box (pic below) for now but prefer not to.

Click to Copy Button for Referrals

Hi! We’re currently working on re-vamping our referral program and would like to add a button to an email with a “copy to clipboard” CTA that will automatically copy the url we assign to the button to the users clipboard which they would then be able to share with friends and family. Any chance this is possible in the template editor? We have other similar variable syntax (apply coupon to cart, etc.) but I can’t find any articles on this use case.

Certain emails are not being delivered

Hi,Here is the flow we set up. However, Email #4 and Copy of Email #5 are not delivering whereas all other emails have. What is the issue behind this? Thank you for your help!
