Why isn't the full background image displaying in my block in my email template?

So, apparently the new template editor allows you to add images as background with “content” on top.So, someone explain to me why, when I add an image in the background via the Sections tab my image is cropped? My original image shows much more than it shows below. If I add text, I know I can hit the space bar, and it will reveal more of the image, but I shouldn’t have to do this.I’ve also noticed there is no videos showing people how to do this? And very little information anywhere actually.

Is it possible to change the Opt in checkbox at the checkout page for woocommerce?

Hi there,Is there any way to change the opt-in checkbox at checkout to be opt out instead?The opt-in option is known as ConsentThe opt-out option is known as Legitimate Interests, and I believe both are legal in the UK. We’re on Woocommerce. ThanksGeorgia

Preview Function Not Sending

Hi, Has anyone had trouble today with their email preview function? I’ve tried sending a few times and to different email accounts but nothing seems to be going through- been about an hour now.  Thanks!

Woo not sending JSON - No historical sync - Dev needed

Hello.I have a couple of woo sites. One works well with Klaviyo, and one will not work despite my best efforts. The woocommerce integration fails on historical sync.Klaviyo tech support have helped narrow down a few things:It’s not a plugin (turned them all off) It’s not a permalink issue (rebuilt permalinks) It’s not a user-agent being blocked by my hostThey think its due to an error of unknown type on a product page.I can’t see any errors on any product pages, and Woo’s not flagging anything as out of normal order.The error generated when attempting a historical sync is “Invalid JSON: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)” and indeed, the content is HTML.The traceback provided by Klaviyo tech support doesn’t point at anything in particular on my site being a problem.Basically, I think I need a developer who knows Woocommerce and Klaviyo integrations. Anyone recommend someone they trust?

Shopify newsletter sign up not showing up in Klaviyo

Hello, I just intergrated the Shopify newsletter footer to connect with Klaviyo Newsletter list which will put the newly signed up person into the welcome flow. It’s showing up in Shopify but it's not showing up on the list in Klaviyo or sending in the flow after the sign up on Shopify. I have Shopify & Klaviyo set to single opt in. My theme in Shopify is Debut. Thank you for your help

Product image/title alignment

Hi,I have created a new newsletter, but it relates to any “file” created within Klaviyo.When I choose the ‘Products’ block (I use woocommerce in wordpress), if a product title is longer than others, the products don’t align properly.I was hoping to have the images aligned, and the first line of the product title aligned. For all titles longer, have them end on an additional line if needed.Thanks.

Adding SMS Consent to List subscription page

Is it possible to add SMS consent to a List Subscription page?I'm asking because the functionality to add SMS consent to the phone number field does not exist in Klaviyo's builder.The goal is to send an email within the First Purchase Welcome Series to new customer's who have yet to consent to SMS, and link them to a Lander with SMS consent.I suppose we could pop a consent form similar to what we're currently using but I'd rather use a dedicated Lander if possible.Let me know your thoughts. Customizing product data feed

I’m looking for customise a product data feed to use either the 2nd or last product image. It doesn’t look like the ‘Product Block’ allows this kind of customisation so I was wondering if there was a way to use a data feed in a Table Block. For example, if the feed was called ‘VIEW_PRODUCTS’, could I use this for a table’s data source? eg.And if this is possible, how do I preview the data response so I know what data objects I can use?

Back in order + double opt in

I have a newsletter list with double opt-in working fine.I have the back in order flow working fine.BUT I can't find any documentation on how to enable double opt-in for my back-in-order flow subscription. Where can I find how to set that?

selecting multiple segment from the dropdown

Hello, All!As I’m segmenting campaigns, I routinely need to select multiple audiences from the dropdown in Klaviyo.  As I do so, I see there are checkboxes to the left of each possible segment I could add.  To prevent needing to search multiple times, I’d like to add more than one segment of customers at a time. (For example, each of the two groups shown below w/ red slashes.) I have tried option-clicking and right-clicking, but I’m not able to choose multiple folks in one go.  What am I missing?  TIA!

Integrating with Clyde: how to find link event variable?

I'm coding an upsell flow, and warranties are what we're upselling. We're using Clyde (https://hiclyde.sb.hiclyde.com/). However, I can't find the "link" event variable in the Klaviyo code editor to populate the dynamic link correctly in the messages (we'd like the product image and a CTA button to link to Clyde). There's not much information about Clyde integration online (not even on their support website). Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks!

Why isn't my shopify landing page syncing new signups?

I already get profiles when people sign up on Shopify landing page created. However, when people sign up on a different Shopify landing page created for a different purpose, I don’t get their profiles.

Can't find order status URL View your order to shopify status page

I’m using shopify and I made email templates in klaviyo since I don’t really like the default notification email’s from shopify. I made a confirmation email so when a customer orders from my store they’ll get their order details. In the button block in the image below where it says Link URL, I want the customer to go straight to the shopify order status page like in the second image below. I can’t seem to find the URL. Help will be appreciated?  Second image  Has a fake name and address I got it from google as an example.

Why aren't photos populating in my order confirmation email?

I am creating a customized Order Confirmation email and am able to input all syntax for order number, item name, quantity and price, but not the photo. The photos are simply not showing up, but when I click the space in preview, it takes me to the photo.When I set up the abandoned cart with the template, the photos of abandoned cart items appear, but not in this email. Please help!

Profile not created when people sign up on my shopify website

On the profile section, I can see my email because I created account. However when a vistor signs up on the site, I’m not getting their profiles.Any ideas on how this can be fixed.

Why can't I tag a Signup Form?

I can add a tag to Flows and Campaigns, but not Sign Up forms. It makes it very difficult to manage separate B2C and B2B Signup forms at the same time other than using the naming convention of the form itself.Advantages:Being able to tag lists would make it very easy to tag something as B2C or B2B, then filter down to what are currently focusing on   We can currently manage our Campaigns and Flows via tags so adding this to the Signup Forms section wouldn’t be too hard, and it would make using Klaviyo much more consistent   Having user level access at a tag level would make it easy for us to invite external partners to our account to manage signup forms for their market

Why is the Background of my Email Not Showing Up on Mobile?

Hi! For some reason, the previews I’m sending to my mobile phone are not showing the emails’ background color. Works fine on desktop, though. I wonder why that is?

Passing information from signup form back to website

Hi all,I have a signup form that includes simple customer information. Once they submit, they get an email that sends them to specific pages on our website.If they don’t buy and need more information I want them to click a button that will autopopulate a form to be sent to our outbound contact team.So my question is, is it possible to take name, company and phone number information from the original form and then autopopulate an email that is sent when they click a button?
