"Add to Cart" - ID Snippet. Varying codes on product page.

Hi, I’m working on creating the Abandoned cart flow sequence and followed all the steps outlined. But, came across this bump with the ID’s on the shopify product page (all the IDs are unique and Klaviyo is unable to register it). ………….After adding the ‘Product Tracking Script’ and the ‘Add To Cart’ snippet (for ID), in that order, I inserted the ID code from the product page. But, each product page has a unique code. Below are two examples;   Below, I inserted the code; I tried by copying the code from the ID section and pasting it into ‘product.liquid template’, but Klaviyo doesn’t register it. I also tried it without the unique numbers from the ID, it still wouldn’t register the ‘Added to cart’ in analytics.   Can you help me with this?

Text block email link doesn't work on computer

Hi,I’m using Klaviyo to send out emails.At the bottom of every mail, I have a contact section. Here I want link to my e-mail through text. I’m doing exactly as this guide says (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005085147-How-to-Add-a-Link-to-an-Email-Address) for the Text block email link.It works on my phone but when I try to click the link on my computer, it just opens a blank browser page.Can anyone help? :-)Best,Kristine

Klaviyo Transactional SMS on ReCharge subscription Checkout

Hello everyone,It seems we aren’t generating enough sms consent with our newsletter enrollment on our front page.We are looking at getting SMS consent on checkout for transactional SMS flow. We are currently using a wordpress front site, that is integrated with BigCommerce, and have ReCharge subscription too.If I understand this properly we have 2 checkouts.Does anyone have a similar configuration with have the Transactional Flows (ordered, tracking number) working for both checkouts BigCommerce and Recharge?Could you guide me to the info  and or settings?Thank you very much

How to add UTM Tracking In Abandoned Cart Email button?

Hi,my name is Jorge. I have a simple doubt:How can I add UTM Tracking in Abandoned Cart BUTTON?In my newsletter you can find this buttton "Return to your cart".BUT when the client click on the button, this button dont have any UTM Tracking, only this...  (URL link: {{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }}).  And I have no way of tracking that link. ¡Thanks!

Building Purchaser Segment by Product - Any way to not have to select each item?

My company offers a TON of different variations of products. While we only have about 3 different categories of products, we have maybe 30-40 different item names within each category (for things like different variety packs, sizes, subscriptions come in as a different item name).My issue is when I go to build a segment of purchasers for a specific category. If I use the “Placed Order” at least once, then I use “where name contains” then I have select every single item one by one that belongs in my segment for that category.Its even worse if I tried to use the “Ordered Product” metric where I would have to pick one item at a time and then use the “or” feature.I am aware I could also use a collection to filter, which would be my best bet. However, a different member of my team manages collections and not all products in the category all always in the same collection. Even if I resolved that going forward, it doesn’t solve the need to look back at people who have already purchased.What I

Unique discount code not working after receiving from signup and applying to checkout

I'm trying to provide everyone who sign up to our news letter a unique discount code that is good for one time use, and with no expiration data.  What I did so far:-Create my own discount code on excel, uploaded to the section “uploaded coupons”-In my newsletter flow I also included the name of the discount codeI did a newsletter sign up test and I was able to get the email with the unique discount code, but when I head to my website and apply the discount code it doesn't work. How do I fix this?

TikTok Social Button

Hi all,We recently launched our TikTok account and I wanted to add the TikTok social button to our Social Links saved block but TikTok still isn't listed as an option.Have looked online to try to find the exact same design as the other buttons that we already have in place (default image of Linkedin logo, Facebook, Insta...etc...) to upload it as a Custom button but couldn't find it.Can anyone share it across please if you already made it? Or can Klaviyo support tell us when TikTok will be added to the list of default social logos?

Can I use Dynamic images depending on the segment users are in?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to create a dynamic template with dynamic texts and images depending on 2 segments:General Club membersI want to show one banner if a person is part of the club and a different banner if someone is part of my general audience.I think the dynamic images are new in the editor but I don’t understand how to display texts and images depending on the segment users are in. Have someone ever tried it? Can you explain the logic? Thanks!

What am I doing wrong?

Hey all...I just created a new and separate popup to add names to a separate list and email flow. Names are not being added to the list, but are being added to the main email list and flow. Do I need a different snippet? From a Customer UX perspective, the signup form is working as it should. Any thoughts?

Subscribe Not Displaying

HiI have had the subscribe function on my website for many years and just this past week is is no longer displaying properly. It should be under this text in the first graphic.This is in the elementor tool.  Instead of displaying it is showing the </> This is how it is set up in Klayvio and should be displaying. Does anyone know a quick simple fix?Klayvio was there some sort of update that has caused this to happen? Thanks!Janet

How To Resend Email Confirmations?

Dear community, I have an existing list of newsletter subscribers. In Germany, they only are officially subscribers if they confirm their subscription via a email confirmation. 2 questions:Could you please tell me how I can individually send a specific mail (in this case: Email Confirmation) to a list of email addresses? "Sent" in Advanced Reports & Calculating Clicks under Metrics

          the first one, in the abandoned cart flow，Advanced Reports， does the “sent” includs all of the email we sent. （cause the just show the email domain and when i plus all of the different domain sents，its not match with the number of deliver in the same time）And does the sent number equal all of the delivered emal plus the bounced email. Or if you could tell me how could i get the number about all of the email that i send in the abandoned cart flow.          the second one, how to calculate the number of “clicked”, cause we find our clicked number is less than the “placed order” number, and we did a reservation then we found some customer they inter in our flow and the placed the order but without “clicked”. And we found just the people who clicked the picture inter in our home website page, its “clicked”; and if someone just click the “ shop now” or “go to checkout” button and went to the checkout page, it wasn’t define “clicked”. There are some picture we shot to prove this is

Is there any way to access Shopify’s gift_card object in Klaviyo? eg. {{ gift_card.url }} or {{ gift_card.code }}https://shopify.dev/api/liquid/objects/gift-card I’m wanting to create a gift card flow in Klaviyo rather using Shopify’s Gift Card Created notification email.

There is something wrong with my button. It always repeats

When I was editing an email, there was only one button to return to the shopping cart in the preview, but there were always two buttons in the preview sent to the email. After many modifications, the effect was always repeated. I don't know how to solve it.

I am editing all the Shopify Email templates using Klaviyo. Unfortunately, not all Shopify templates are available on Klaviyo. I need to edit the “abandoned checkout” template one but I don’t know how to as it’s no available on Klaviyo. I would appreciate some advice.

Filtering who enters a flow better

Hi there!I’m relatively new to using Klaviyo and looking for a way to better filter who enters a flow - we have a welcome series of emails that is triggered by someone subscribing to the newsletter, but have found that if someone is already subscribed to the newsletter but subscribes again from a different form on the website that they get sent the welcome series again, even though they were already on the newsletter list…Is there a way to change the trigger to be NEW subscribers to the newsletter so this doesn’t happen again?Thanks!

Welcome Series Flow - Customer v Non Customer

Hi everyone, I have created a welcome series flow for customer v non customer (but I’m not sure whether the flow is correct or not. It would be a lot helpful if you guys can clear up the confusion I have.So my purpose here is that I will set a conditional split to follow up email sequences with them if they did not make purchase after my second email for non customer.But if they did make purchase, I will stop sending them follow up email. The question is: I not sure my conditional split is correct or not and Should I put “has placed order at least once since starting this flow” or should I put“has placed an order in the last x days”? I have attached below image for your reference.Kind of confuse about since starting this flow too.

Hello,We use WooCommerce and have integrated Klaviyo with the below option selected to convert customers to subscribers during checkout. Is there flexibility to reposition this checkbox to where we want in our checkout journey? Enable customers to opt-in to email marketing via WooCommerce during checkout or with a WooCommerce footer form.✅Collect email subscribers As we’re based in the UK we require to be GDPR complaint by law. When a customer checks this box to subscribe, is there a way for Klaviyo to populate the $consent property to assign the email value as currently it doesn’t show that in the customer profile. Only a consent status with a green tick mark but not detailing what the customer has consented to? Many thanks!Michael

Starting a flow at a defined time (like a campaign.... but a flow.)

I want to build a Welcome flow for a defined group of people (people who have purchased in the last two days) Those people are in a Segment.  But it seems like a Flow is kicked off by a dynamic trigger .. “people who join a segment” … at some people in the future.  I know I can send a Campaign to a defined group at a specific time.But that’s just a single email. I’d like it to be part of a flow.  Can I kick off the beginning of a Flow to a defined group at a defined time? (“Start this Friday at 9am to the Sale segment”….then continue the flow.)
