How do you delete the UPDATED saved blocks in Klaviyo?

Hey there!I understand the process to access text block for the previous template editing version however with the new update… how do you delete the NEW email template saved bocks?.. Every time I go to:Email templates Top right corner “view saved blocks” I see the old/previous saved blocksI love the new template editing version and would love to know how to find the save text blocks there! Thanks!

Why is a Error 500 showing when I try to schedule a campaign?

I’m trying to send a regular email campaign, but every time I click “REVIEW” to schedule it, I’m getting an error message on the page. It’s read in the tab “Oops (Error 500)” and then the page says “Something is amiss. We're on it. The address you asked for didn't work for some reason.” I’ve never had a problem before. Anyone else having issues or has an idea why it’s happening??

Changing email copy (display different URLs) based on product(s) purchased.

Hi!I need to customize email copy based on the products someone purchases. We sell physical card games that also include a free digital version of the game, with a different unique URL for each language (we have 7 languages).In our post-purchase flow, I’d like to have customers receive the URLs of the products they purchased. If they buy 4 different languages, they’d receive 4 URLs in that email. If they buy 4 of the same language, they’d only receive 1 URL for that language.I’ve read through some other solutions and Creating a Product-Specific Flow seems to come the closest, but it seems as though I’ll have to have a different email template for every permutation.Is there a way to customize this within the email copy? Thank you so much.

Campaign sent but missing from campaign list under Campaigns

Where would a cmpaign go that is not in list of Campaigns?I can find it by looking in performance and clicking through to Campaign performance but I cannot find it in list or clone it

Can Klaviyo Send Emails to Customers that have Viewed a Product

Hello,I recently experienced an email option from another company that I thought was very interesting and would like to know if it’s available with Klaviyo. I had gone to a website, browsed products and then closed the website. The following day the company sent me an email regarding their business. The interesting point is I never provided my email to this company. Is this an option to setup in Klaviyo? Has anyone else heard of this type of feature.Thank you!

Hi there - we experience huge problems with bounces to all @t-online.de address (which is Germany’s biggest online provider, hence a big problem for as as Germany is our key market). Essentially all e-mails to @t-online.de bounce for several months already, and we now have several thousand suppressed profiles because of that.I contacted Klaviyo several times and they always say they will look into it (and trying one more time now), however the problem persists.Does anyone have any advice on how to best address this? Is this something Klaviyo needs to fix (i.e. is Klaviyo getting blocked), or is our domain the problem? Note we just started to set up our own domain in Klaviyo (have added DNS accordingly), but no results yet.Also does anyone know how I can un-suppress the profiles in bulk?Thanks for the help, any advice highly appreciated!

Hello, Using the legacy form and I’m having some trouble with CORS. Klaviyo + WooCommerce Transactional Email Missing Image

Hey there, i´m trying to figure out a transactional e-mail.Triggered if someone place an order.I got the dynamic variables for the title price ect.But somehow the dynamic images won´t show.if there are 2 Products which are a variable product it worksbut if they are a variable product + a single product without variables it won´t work.Is there somebody who uses Klaviyo + Woo Commerce and alrerady figured out the right dynamic variables ?

Add To Cart ID not working

I can’t capture the add to cart event as my theme (Impulse) uses a {{ section id }} variable after the addtocart identifier. I tried with CSS class identifier but it’s also not picking it up.Any suggestions? I am afraid that deleting the {{ section id }} piece of the button might harm something in the back end of my theme.

How to set up 3rd and 4th Customer Thank you

Hello, I’m a new user so please excuse me if this is a simple question!I’ve set up a 1st and 2nd Thank you for your purchase flow using the Klaviyo template - but would like to add customers who have purchased 3 and 4 times. I have set this up as a separate new flow but wondering if it could all be done on the 1st and 2nd flow. The trouble is I’m unsure how to do it. Here’s a screen shot of the 1st and 2nd flow…And here’s a screenshot of the 3rd and 4th flow…How would I combine those two 3rd and 4th to 1st and 2nd?I think I’ve got the hang of simple flows but when it comes to adding anything more than what’s been given to me, I’m a bit unsure! Are these conditional splits configured correctly in my Flow?

Hi folks,I’m trying to make sure I have my conditional splits set up properly. Although this flow isn’t getting a lot of volume I thought it would be an interesting test to try and move profiles along to encourage repeat purchases, especially from P1 to P2. For context: P0 = Zero previous purchases, P1 = 1 previous purchase and so on. Since we don’t have many customers who are P3, I don’t want these splits to go on forever, but I’m not sure if I’m choosing the right conditions to “filter” the results through.Split 1 - Placed order = 0 Split 2 - Placed order = 1 Split 3 - Placed order is at most 2 < This is where I’m confused. Will the previous splits also filter results so this split will only receive people from the previous splits who have only ordered more than once? If so, I can then use the Yes branch for P2 profiles, and the no branch for everyone P2+ Maybe I’m overthinking this but I wanted to be sure… Thanks!

How does the list system work?

When a visitor signs up to an account will their profile automatically enter the list I have created? Or is there something I have to do? I’m asking because I have my flows, sent to the people in the new list I have created. # I hope to hear from you soon!

Email Drag and Drop Designer Keeps Moving My Unsubscribe Block Above Other Content

I built some email templates and the Klaviyo system keeps moving the Manage Preferences and Unsubscribe block above my other content. I keep dragging it below them and saving and it saves fine but the next time I open the email, the block moves up again. How can I put the Manage Preferences and Unsubscribe block in or below the footer?

We use Contact Form 7 on Wordpress for subscriber forms, which are configured to populate into various lists in Klaviyo. I have created a new list in Klaviyo called ‘Showroom Subscribers’, but this is not appearing in the Contact Form 7 Option list to set the form up for the right list.

How to convert a html email template to work with Klaviyo?

I know that importing a standard HTML template into Klaviyo breaks the drag-and-drop feature and editor capabilities but surely there is a way to edit/modify existing HTML email templates to work with Klaviyo’s editor, right? I saw the workaround tutorial on how to add blocks to existing email templates but that doesn’t solve the true issue of being able to edit the existing blocks in an imported HTML template. So the question is, why not? How can this be done on a scalable level?

Product Block isn't displaying for Browse Abandonment

In my Browse Abandonment flow, which has trigger as Viewed Product. The data is passing correctly, check However the preview email doesn’t yield any product images or info, check. Here is my template, checkPlease help me. The block is working for other flows, like Cart Abandon, Thank YOu etc.
