Unsuppressing within a list

Hi Klaviyo Community,As per Klaviyo’s recommandation, i suppressed unengaged profiles who did not engage with our emails for 6+ months (we’re a furniture brand).Now my question is, was this the right thing to do? and has anybody “unsuppressed profiles” in a specific list. Ie, my main newsletter list. Does this send them back into our welcome series (which is triggered if they’re added to our main newsletter list)?Thank you!

Issues with tag code disappearing and copy/pasting not working in text blocks

I’m having an issue where I’m writing conditional tags in the visual email editor, but then the tags disappear after I preview the email, then switch back to the visual editor.tags show in source code but not in visual editorI’m also having an issue with copying and pasting into the visual editor not working. Issue currency abandon cart email

Hello,I am trying to find a solution on this but Klaviyo support and Shopify support are not very helpful and bother are redirecting to the other one…Very simple issue, but so hard to fix.I have a multi-devise store. On the abandon cart email, the price that is displayed is correct but not the currency.So for example below the price is in USD but the customer is from Uzbekistan and the currency should be UZS.See below:So easy question: how to change the devise of the abandon cart email based on the currency of the customer checkout on Shopify?Thanks.C.

Additional fields from Stripe metrics

Hey Klaviyo Community! I’m on Woo+Stripe, and I’ve decided to use Klaviyo for my transactional emails in addition to marketing. So far I’ve been able to set up my order confirmation, order shipped, and refund started emails, but I’m having trouble with my refund processed email.I’m trying to use the Stripe Refunded Payment metric as my trigger, but only three fields are available in the metric: two value fields and an ID string. This isn’t enough information to form the email as none of the order information is present. I’d at least want to have the order number so I can include a link to the order page.Before I go build a new pipeline to get this data into Klaviyo (Stripe → Segment → Snowflake → Klaviyo), has anyone else found a solution to do this?

A couple of things I've noticed while using the new template editor

So I know the new editor has been plagued by bugs, but it seems to be improving. Enough so that i’ve started using it to build new templates. I have noticed a couple of things though and thought I’d mention them here and see what’s up:Not being able to save colour swatches is a bit of a pain There doesn’t seem to be any sort of grammar checking in the text editor? It wasn’t something I relied on a lot, but I noticed there’s no more red highlighting on spelling mistakes etc. It used to be a handy, simple visual check.  It would be great to somehow save testing email addresses. It’s kind of annoying to type in my email every time I want to send a test.

I can't access a flow

Whenever I click on a particular flow, this is the text that shows up. Last change I made on this flow was  doing an A/B test on one of the emails. Has anyone faced this before? I put in a ticket to support but it hasn’t been resolved and its been already 2 weeks.

sign-up form doesn't work

I HAVE CREATED A FORM TO RECEIVE REGISTRATIONS FOR THE EVENTS. I ONLY HAVE 10 SUBSCRIBERS AND NOW THAT I MAKE ATTEMPTS BY SIGNING UP WITH OTHER EMAILS THESE DO NOT APPEAR IN THE "PROFILES" SECTION HOW DO I RECOVER THEM?

Merge Bug with Supressed Profile

Having issues with an account which was merged.  Scenario:Old account is suppressed due to an email bounce.  The email address had a typo in it. New account is active with corrected email address. Customer set up a new account rather than correcting the error & customer has been using new account for a few weeks, receiving emails and is subscribed Merged old account into new account to carry over historical data New account is now “Suppressed Due to Bounce” even though this account has a proper email, customer receives and opens emails regularly. No way to remove suppression.

Flow actions: Commentary [Feature request]

Hi all,We set up complex automations (flows) which require us to take notes on why things have been set up this way instead of another. This is crucial also for briefing collaborators.It would be great to allow comments/notes on the flows, by simply dragging and dropping them wherever we want.Here’s an example on how the UI could look like:It can provide valuable information for the client or the marketing team.This should be an "easy" feature.If you want to provide additional value, you can:Add the username of who added the comment. Waiting leads not increasing

I have created a flow which triggers a Welcome email based on the value of a specific custom property (“Level”) of the email recipient member. The flow triggers the email after 8 hours of adding the member to a specific list.While adding members to the list manually, I add the standard properties and save the member details. Then I edit the member details and update the custom properties. After doing this, the “Waiting” count in the flow analytics does NOT increase.Kindly assist.

Lost Revenue Recovery Flows

Welcome email flow is behaving erratically!

I’ve set up a welcome email flow. It has a total of 3 emails. The list to which the sign-up form is connected has a double opt-in.Here’s what it looks like:Sign up form (10% discount code)    - User enters email id in this form in exchange for the 10% discount code Once the user confirms their subscription they’re entered into the list connected with the sign-up formThe welcome flow:-Trigger (When someone is added to a list) First email: Welcome email (With a 10% discount code) Time delay (I set it at 2 mins to test out the flow) Conditional split (If someone has not ordered in 30 days) If Yes (Receives an email with a discount code + Brand story) - Second Email If No (Receives an email with just Brand story and no discount code) - Second Email Last email: Contains Customer testimonials Flow endsHere are the issues I’m facing:The time delay is not working correctly. 'Add to Cart' Trigger - button has both ID and class?

I’ve gone through the tutorial, tried the original and both snippers 2 and 3 using the button ID and Class but neither are tracking Add to Carts. My button has both ID and Class. When I click the button Chrome highlights the Class code so I assumed it was that at first.Do I need to have Snipper 1+snipper 2 or 3? Which should I use? I’ve tried all combinations.Thanks!

NEW FEATURE: Send after certain time, but THEN use time zoe

I would LOVE the scheduling feature to be a bit more granular. We have customers all over the world. But I like to send to those in the US using their local time, as open rates appear to be better. But for drops and sales, we need to schedule the email after the sale is live online. Would love to be able to, for example, tell klaviyo to start sending AFTER 7am est, but THEN send using the local time zone. Instead, I just end up manually “scheduling” the email at the time the sale is live, almost defeating the purpose of scheduling.

Pop up image background and button optimisation

Hi, I’ve made the pefect pop-up for my business.  But i have 2 questions :  In the following image : As you can see, the button “Trouver sa montre idéale” is not at the same place to the button on my image background. So 2 questions : How can i delete this block button. And insert an Image background redirection, and then people gonna to the URL i want. If this possible, my problem is sovled.  if It’s not, how can i place the button (in blue) at the place of the button (down the image). Thanks for your help !

How to combat high checkout prices?

My client is based in Europe, they ship mainly to the US  As a result their shipping costs are quite high (~$30). To combat this they have a flat shipping rate, so you can add more items for the same shipping price. They experience a large number of abandoned checkouts. Presumably because the customer discovers the price after entering their shopping details and deciding not to purchase. I'm looking for some advice for  1) Desiging a process to collect data about why the customers abandon (any tools, implementation advice etc.) 2) How you would go about combating this high abandonment rate, via the abandoned checkout flow or otherwise, in the most profitable manner? Thanks in advance!

OS not supporting a typeface

we were not able to solve one issue: being able to display our custom fonts due to an OS not supporting a typeface. Is there a way to use custom code to embed typefaces/ our host typefaces on a server and override the fallback font necessity on an OS? or any possible solution through code to help us rectify this issue?

Having segmented emails in a flow

Hi, I’m having a big Flow for all my subscribers, both my customers and non-customers. That flow explains the benefits of my products, branding, reviews etc.I also have multiple other segments, based on the quality of the customer, cross sells etc. I have made it like that so the flows did not got. retriggered, if they got into a new segment. (Maybe there is another way)My question is: How can i control the emails in the different flows, so they won’t get send on the same day? I hope that makes sense. Maybe there is a better way of structuring it. BestPhilip

My Campaigns aren't sending. Reads that all my messages are in the "skipped" column even with my smart sending turned off.

I’ve integrated my Shopify subscribers list to my klaviyo a couple weeks ago & my first initial email campaign sent out just fine. I’ve been trying to launch another campaign today but for some reason none of my attempts are sending and are just reading that all of the emails are scheduled but that they are also all “skipped” I don’t have smart sending on & prior to trying to launch the campaign I made sure all of the requirements were meant. I did try adding a segment for “Inactive Subscribers” to target the audience that hasn’t purchased from my website, but I’m not sure why my emails haven’t been sending after that. Not too sure what to do.
