Beauty product listings in e-mails

Hi,A smaller problem with our e-mails, is actually having production description as text in the email. This gives a poorly looking e-mail based on the viewing screen.Noticed a lot of webshops beautifying their product listings in their emails, wherein the text and product is sent as a picture. This gives the same compact viewing experience on all devices.Any ideas what tool i can use to achieve this in klaviyo?

How do I get Custom Properties Data?

Hi,Created a flow to ask subscribers what type of movies  they want to see for a new movie theater client. Flow works and it has collected data on 2 new subscribers.How can I get that data so it is easy to see? I can do a CSV export but it doesn’t do the 8 categories into individual columns so the data is very hard and time consuming to view?Tried to do it thru App - TypeForm but instructions aren’t clear? It implies I do it thru Klaviyo but then it goes into creating the forms in Typeform. No matter how I do this, I can’t get any data from that App or Klaviyo segments!This is basic data viewing - isn’t there some way within Klaviyo itself to just view that data?? Kinda in that business aren’t we!?Any help would be appreciated.Bernie

Flow - Email lists report

Hi everybody,I am pretty new to klaviyo and need help with a flow we are running now. I would like to create a report which will show which email addresses (email list) entered the flow and purchased (as this is the final purpose) and I don’t know how to do that. I can create only a report that will show how many emails entered and purchased per flow and day, please see screenshot below.Please help.Thank you in advance.Cristina.

Klaviyo checkbox won't appear in checkout page

Hi,We have just installed the Woocommerce plugin and made the integration successfully. However, even if I tick the box Subscribe contacts to email marketing, it won’t show the checkbox in the checkout page.Has this ever happened to anyone?I can’t find a solution. I also installed on another website and even there is not showing up. Thanks

I'm not sure what "items" "equals" actually means

I’m not sure how the equals for items in the filter for placed order work. I mean is it just that item once? or the item count doesn’t count? and if I want a combination of items can I use the equals with and between the two items I want to consider?

Browse Abandonment not pulling in product viewed data for every visit.

Hello all, I am having an issue with my browse abandonment flow right now.I have noticed that some of my potential customers are viewing products, or Klaviyo/Shopify is thinking they are viewing products, and it sending out a browse abandonment email.Problem is that this email isn’t pulling in any product data and I’m not really sure why.It’s working about 70% of the time at the moment, but 30% are getting the email without any of the product info for the product they’ve viewed.Attached image below!No data in email previewEmail preview showing no data pulling in

Making sure people are opting-in with my discount signup form

Hi everyone,I am very new to Klaviyo and am wanting to create a pop up with a first time subscriber discount.I’ve gone through the steps in sign up forms and set it all up.When I test it it sends the discount code to the email address that signs up straight away and then it sends a click to confirm subscription email second.So does that mean that the person can use the code that came in the first email but then not confirm their email address as requested in the second email so then not be subscribed?Thanks for your help!

Signing People up to multiple lists on one form

Hi,I run a games shop and I’m looking to set up email lists for the various products and/or events that we run. I want to allow each customer to choose which products they receive information on.My initial thought was to set up multiple lists, one for each product or product group that we operate however I don’t seem to be able to develop a sign up form that allows customers to choose to be on multiple lists.Is there a way of doing the above or is there another way to achieve the effect I need?Any help or advice would be appreciated.CheersGlen

Font spacing issue

Why is my Embedded Form Loading Slowly?

I embedded a Klaviyo form on a Shopify page and the store owner says the form is taking 30 seconds to appear on his various devices.https://www.keepemquiet.com/pages/get-your-discount-code-nowI can’t reproduce the issue and see the form appearing in about 1-2 seconds across various browsers/mobile/desktop.Any insights on how to troubleshoot?

Click-to-Text Email Banners

Looking to add a click to text email banner within our welcome series, but with the limitation to the Click-to-Text links in that they are not supported by all applications (for example Gmail and Outlook), so those users will not be able to click on them, is there a way to reach those using those applications?

Unable to retrieve List using V2 api

I see when uploading an image in either a split block or an image block, the image style is set to “fit/contain” to container/block rather than “fill/cover”. How can I ensure the image fills/covers the container/block?The problem I am facing is no matter if I set a max width or check “fill image area”, if the image is wider than the container it still remains at a fit/contain state.I need it to “fill/cover” the container/block.

How to create a product information email flow for separate products?

Hi,I’m trying to create a flow which sends new customers an email containing information about the product they have bought. Would a flow like this be the correct way to implement this? If this is the correct way, I do have some questions about the configurationDo I pick “ProductNames” or “ItemNames”, or does it not matter? For the “Type:”, should I put “Text” or “List”? or does it not matter again?Also, should Flow Filter in the Trigger at the start be “Since this flow began”?Thanks in advance for any answers

How does 'Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles' feature for welcome series work?

Hi all!I am creating a welcome series and would like to implement the 'Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles' so that I can specifically target visitors who have yet to purchase. Just wondering how does Klaviyo differentiates between existing members vs new members  - is it via cookies or logged in accounts? If it helps, I'm using shopify for my store.Thanks so much in advance :)

How exclude a certain product from showing up in auto populated product block?

Hi,I am designing a cross sell flow. We sell vintage, one of a kind items and therefore need the block to auto populate. However we also have a gift wrapping product, which we would like to not show up in this block. Account has just been disabled

My account has just been disabled, even though I had it verified by a Klaviyo employee from the Success Team last Friday and was assured that I could send my campaign today (Sunday) without any problems.We want to release a new product today and I don't get any feedback from the support team via email.I am slowly running out of time and the project seems to be falling through.If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful!

Klaviyo + Shopify tag integration

Hi!I’m trying to figure out how to export a list from Klaviyo into Shopify in order to tag the customers. I know I can do it the reverse way into Klaviyo.Is it possible to do it in reverse?For example, I’m trying to update all the profiles in my Shopify customer list with the custom field from a klaviyo segment: Tag: Club level = MemberIf I do this as a csv and import it into Shopify it just makes new customers without updating the current ones. Thanks,Michael
