item.url not linking to product for viewed products

Hi,I have followed this article here; https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019921772-How-to-Insert-Recently-Viewed-Items-into-an-Email All 3 methods on that page will show the most recently viewed products in the email fine. However, the product image and title are not linked to the product page. There is no link at all.I have tried to troubleshoot without success, and wondered if anyone could shed some light on where I might be going wrong? Not using a pre-built ecomm platform. Have attached photo of a user profile who has Viewed Product as tracked in Klaviyo and information recorded there too. Recently Viewed Data from same user profile:

Why Does Mobile visibility features not work when viewing Gmail in a browser vs the Gmail app?

If you open the Safari (or Chrome) app on your iPhone and visit mail.google.com to view a Klaviyo email, every block shows — even if the visibility is set to only show on “Desktop”. This problem occurs on the classic editor and the new editor. Below is a screenshot from the iPhone’s Safari app.As you can see, both blocks are visible, regardless of visibility setting. iPhone > Safari > Gmail Web Interface (mail.google.com)Here are some screenshots from inside the classic editor:As you can see above, the Block Styles are set to Show On Mobile only.And here, the Block Styles are set to Show On Desktop only.Here you can see the desired block visibility as I switch between Desktop and Mobile preview. Like I said before, this problem occurs on the classic editor as well as the new editor.I can’t find any documentation about this situation anywhere.Any help would be much appreciated.

How do I change the opacity on a block background color in email?

For example, I am using #5168C0 for my button color in my email, and I’d like to have the block background color be 20% opacity of that hex color. Is it possible to set that? Right now I am choosing a second hex color, but I will have to pass this template on to another team member and for simplicity sake, I don’t want them having to choose two colors.

Can I Set Up SMS Consent at the Checkout Stage?

Hi so i set up SMS marketing through klaviyo last week using a sign up form when customers arrive on my page, which hasn't been that effective. I was wondering is there a way to add a tick box at the checkout stage where customers can choose to consent for SMS messages so i can use them in my abandon cart flow? I currently using shopify and just want a tick box then links back to klaviyo.

How can I display sale price in dynamic table block if available?

Hi Klaviyo Community,Is there a way I can show the sale price of an item in a dynamic product block? Our POS is Magento 2, and we’d like to be able to show the original price and sale price. What would be data to include in the handlebars for sale price?  We want to help encourage customers to purchase if/when there is a sale price on the item they’ve abandoned.Browse Abandonment dynamic Event Name and Price In the custom catalog, the sale price field is a numeric field named “sale_price”. I tried adding it as {{ event.sale_price }} but it is pulling nothing in. Is there another step I need to do to make this possible?Thanks,A

Segments based off multi-checkbox answers

Hi folks, Just trying to clarify something…If I have a form with a multi-checkbox block, say 4 difference options each with their own property/value… For example, lets use colours, so white, black, green, yellow.So, someone could submit a form where they have selected black and green.If I want to get a tally on how many of these properties have been “chosen” regardless of how many profiles may have made multiple selections, is building a segment using “property” “contains” then white/black/green/yellow per segment correct? In this instance I don’t care about other permutations of multiples… I just want to be able to say “50 people total selected green”, “10 people selected yellow” etc based off the number of profiles that populate in each segment.Thanks!

Dynamic Variables for Billing Address

Dynamic VariablesI am creating a Order Confirmation transactional email, where I am pulling in customer billing address and shipping address via dynamic variables. I can see the information is available in the ‘Preview Info’ under the event properties on a test customer.All information is pulling through correctly apart from the Billing Address Address1 and Address2 variables which isn't showing at all.  The billing and and shipping information is duplicating??   Variables MetricAlso Can I change the Coupon metric to ‘None’ instead of the current False? And the the Discount sum to ‘0.00’? Many thanks!!

Why Are My FB Lead Ad Forms Receiving Users' Phone Numbers But SMS Consent Isn't Recorded In Klaviyo?

I have setup a Facebook Lead Form Ad to grow my email and SMS list. Everything seems to be great and the integration is working fine, but how do I get these to be subscribed to SMS when syncing via the FB integration? I look at their profiles, their number is there, but its not subscribing them to SMS. It’s subscribing them to email fine and the welcome series flow is being triggered, but it’s not for SMS.Does this not work with FB Lead Form integration? Should I just ditch the form and have them go directly to the site and fill out my Klaviyo based form? (which is working properly). I would prefer to use the FB Lead form as this ad campaign is working great so far, just need to get the SMS part to work.

Hi everyone,Is there any other way to use Klaviyo SMS for a country where the service is not available? I’m trying to integrate SMS to our automation flow but unfortunately the Klaviyo SMS service is not available in my region. Any recommended third party integrations or other ways to link the Klaviyo?

Abandoned Cart/Browse Abandonment Technical Setup Questions

Hey All, I’m trying to understand how Abandon Cart and Browse Abandonment flows work from a technical perspective.Setting everything up as a flow is easy and I get all those parts.  What I don’t understand is how Klaviyo collects the emails and tracks the user through the website.  To illustrate, let’s say we have these groups of users: Stumblers These people have stumbled upon the website, looked at some products, added them to cart, did not complete the purchase and left the website.  Curious Stumblers These people did the same as the Stumblers, but they have also given their email in the discount pop-up or any other email capture form on the website Curious Stumblers - No Consent These users acted the same way as the #2, but they have denied cookie consent. Buyers These users have successfully completed a purchase at least once and have entered their email in the checkout pageMy question is, how would Klaviyo behave in regards to abandoned carts/browse abandonment for each of these

Flow filter based on $source

Hi, I’d like to filter a flow depending on how (through which form) someone signed up. This is the first welcome flow I created (following the instructions in  this Klaviyo article https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034336572-How-to-Use-Signup-Forms-to-Offer-Tiered-Discounts ) I obv still have to write all emails and possibly rejoin them for the 2nd and 3rd email. People who will receive this welcome flow are those who signed up through a “sign up to our email list” pop-up.  I would also like to create an exit intent pop-up sign up form. Then I’m also gonna create a Instagram Landing page sign up form….2 Versions each (one for customers based in the EU and one for NON-EU) People will receive different emails depending on how they signed up. Instead of trying to put them all in that same email welcome flow from the screenshot above, I thought it might be less confusing for me to just create two more email welcome flows.  So I was thinking I could create a flow filter based on

Is it possible to send SMS subscribers a .vcf contact card so that they can store our contact info into their phones easily? I have seen this done by some accounts with Klaviyo such as robingolf.com but I cannot seem to figure out how to set it up. thanks!

 I get the above and have no idea how to make it not fail after searching on google, please give advice, thanks.Background if it matters: I didn’t pay for my shopify store once my 14day free trial was over and waited 20+ days before reactivating my store, maybe this triggered it, nonetheless need a solution.

Identify email subscriber & calculate historic CLV

Hi Klaviyo Team, Before I start my question, here are the things that might help me explaining and klaviyo team answering the question. We are using optimonk for lead capturing.Our main sources of traffic to our store is Organic, via facebook ads, Google ads, advertorial.My question is - I need to understand email subscribers, by source of acquisition? Are we getting mainly from paid ads? or social organic, or Google organic? how much each subscriber spend on average in their first transaction, and how much. they spend over lifetime. (do you guys suggest exporting our newsletter list and accept marketing list which will give me their LTV? This data is important for us as we want to start with lead capturing campaigns and would want to know how much we should spend on acquisition.  While finding the answer to above questionsI was looking at Analytics and to identify the source of email subscriber acquisition, I have clicked on Analytics and advanced filers. Re: Outook 365 email formatting - no paragraphs

I am trying to work on my email templates, however in outlook 365 desktop, they show up with no paragraph breaks in them. They look fine out my mobile device. Does anyone have any tips?

How can I track when someone leaves a product review?

I’m using the product review/ cross sell flow.  How can I configure this flow to also track or create a customer property that a review was left? I don’t want the customer to do an additonal step after leaving a review. I believe there is a way to add a customer property with a value based on leaving a review.  How do I get klaviyo to know someone left a review?  sort of like the information that is stated in the document called “include ratings links or NPS surveys in an email”  {% update_property_link 'profile_property' 'property_value' 'redirect_link' %}Thank you Patty

Customers location messed up?

We suddenly see Klaviyo totally messing up our customers profiles locations. Even if they where located in a certain country (based on their first order from us) Klaviyo changed the country in their profile based on their zip code. The zip code is also present in other countries so it seems like Klaviyo just by random changed the country for A LOT of our customers profiles. This means we cant segment on country any more since the data is not accurate.We are awaiting response from support but need this solved ASAP: Anyone had similar issues in the past and know how to solve it?
