How to add dynamic image based on event in a flow email?

Hello!I want to add a dynamic product image based the event of Add to Cart in a flow for abandoned cart. The steps i follow are:Create a table with image & text Click the Preview & Test. Click on the item image url to collect the variable {{ event.Items.0.item_img_url|default:'' }}What are the next steps? What i am typing into the “Row collection”, the “Row alias” and into the field of the dynamic image variable? Thank you!

Problem with klaviyo review importation

​   I’m installing Klaviyo Review at the same time as I’m transitioning my Woocommerce site to Shopify. I try to import my review from Woocommerce to Klaviyo reviews but I end up with the following error message:I have checked my products, the ID is correct and they are marked as published in Klaviyo.

Typeform Quiz Results

Hi,I’m looking for guidance on the simplest way to gather Typeform Quiz Results which can then be used as Flow Triggers in Klaviyo please.I’ve read previous community threads but how to achieve this is unclear.I have Typeform and Klaviyo integrated and syncing correctly.What I am trying to achieve is flows based on Quiz results eg: “Which animal are you?”Then filter Pandas, Quokkas, Sausage Dogs into relevant segments which will trigger flows.Do I need a third party tool to achieve this, or is there a workaround please?NB: I am a Klaviyo Partner, looking to achieve this on behalf of a client. EMBDED SIGNUP FORM ON CARGO 3 SITE?

Hello,I am trying to embed the sign up form in my Cargo 3 site.I have tried every instruction I can find online, and asked Chat GPT for instructions as I am not knowledgable about this stuff.I had no problem with my old Shopify site, so my fear is that it is not possible?I added the snippet to the code (though I am not sure if it is possible to access the right place to add it?) and also the code for the form. The site is:pristine.land am also sharing below the instructions from Cargo about embeds on their site. Though i am pretty sure the info on this page has changed in the last few days as it used to mention iframe (not that I know what that means)https://docs.cargo.site/third-party-embeds Let me know any extra info I need to add. Thank you! Kathryn

Issues with Google Shopping feed and Reviews

I'm trying to sync the Google Shopping feed with the reviews, but I'm experiencing issues because the shopping feed link provided by Klaviyo has empty fields for the product ID and brand, as shown below:<product><product_ids><brands><brand/></brands></product_ids>Anyone with the same issue, who knows how to fix it?

Contact Form Submission Error: “An error occured when submitting. Please try again later.”

Hi,I have integrated Klaviyo with my Shopify and Gempages site, and I have a form now successfully showing up on one of my pages.However, when I go to submit the form I get the following error:“An error occured when submitting. Please try again later.”I have gone through the help page and double checked that the button is a “submit” button and that the list it is submitting to exists.​​​​​​​Any help would be much appreciated.

Add to Cart Abandonment Flow Question

Hi Community,I am trying to gear up for the BFCM shenanigans and after reading Klaviyo suggestions I would love to add an Add to Cart Abandonment Flow (as opposed to an Abandoned Cart Flow).Does anyone have any experience with this flow that they could share?Any tips from experience on wait times from trigger to first email and then to second email?Appreciate any thoughtsBest WishesRachel

Sign up form list defaulting to a different list

I created my sign up form on my shopify website. Created a list to collect the emails. However the emails are defaulting to a different list (potential purchasers) thereby preventing new subscribers from receiving the welcome message and the welcome discount. Please how do i rectify?

Best Practices for Managing BigCommerce Unique Coupon Codes in Abandonment Emails

Hi everyone,I'm currently working with BigCommerce and Klaviyo to send abandonment emails that include unique coupon codes. I had a few questions regarding the best way to manage and replenish these codes:When updating/replenishing codes, is it sufficient to create more codes in the third-party app and add them to the existing coupon, or should I create a new coupon each time? Are the unique coupon codes sent once per recipient? If the same recipient receives a subsequent email, will they get the same code, or will a new one be generated for each email? Can these codes be automatically added to the links in the emails, similar to other types of discount codes in Klaviyo? What’s the best method for keeping on top of code replenishment? As this is a manual task, I’d prefer to handle it as efficiently as possible, but it's crucial to avoid running out of codes, as this could prevent emails from being sent. Has anyone found an effective way to monitor and manage this process?Are there any

Second email not sending

I have one small issue. I have an automation which sends 3 emails when a from is submitted. First email goes through as it should. The second should be delayed 5 minutes, but it never sends. These emails are being sent from different email addresses. What could be issue? I have checked and everything seems to be fine. All created at the same time and all live. Automation starts when a profile is created in a list. i have read other conversations where there were similar issues but nothing helped

Stuck in a welcome flow

Hi, I am new to Klaviyo and have tried searching for an answer to my question but can’t find it.I seem to have a small number of people that are STUCK inside my welcome flow - they’ve been there for many weeks, well past when they should have been out.I have a “profile property update” set to “create in flow as welcome” before the emails start, and then another at the end that is “remove in flow”. What have I done wrong?Or could it be that they were caught in it as I was setting it up? How do I clear them out? Thank you!

Abandoned Cart and Abandoned Checkout flows triggers

We’re experiencing issues with our Abandoned Cart and Abandoned Checkout flows, which are integrated with WooCommerce. After launching the flows, we’ve noticed that the Abandoned Cart flow isn’t triggering correctly. Specifically, every time a purchase is completed, we still receive abandoned cart emails.Our tech person suggested testing the flows in Live mode, but we’re unsure how to do that or if it's feasible. Consequently, we've turned off the flows, despite having generated some revenue during the initial days.We need assistance with the following: Ensuring Proper Functionality: How can we verify that our flows are working as intended? Are there specific settings or triggers we should review? Testing the Entire Flow: What’s the best way to test an entire flow to ensure it’s functioning correctly before reactivating it? Attached are screenshots for reference. Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated!

How to use metric parameter in Conditional split?

Hi, I need some help.I have a custom 'Order Placed' metric that is sent from my site with these parameters:{  “order_id": 42,  “status": “new”,  “$value": 10}This metric is a trigger for a Flow, where after 3 days I want to check if the order status has changed and send an email if it hasn't. I know I can use webhook to check Order Status, but is there another way?For example, use Conditional split 'What someone has done (or not done)' 'Person has' metric 'Order Status Pending' where order_id = order_id from current flow trigger.Is there a way to put value of 'order_id' to Conditional split field?

Old Klaviyo Flows Triggering, New Ones Not Sending

Hi Klaviyo Community,I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing an issue with my Klaviyo account. I've recently deleted some old email flows that are no longer relevant, but they keep triggering and sending out to my subscribers. Additionally, some new flows I've created aren't activating at all.This is causing confusion for my subscribers and frustration for me. I'd appreciate any insights on how to:Stop the old, deleted flows from sending. Ensure my new flows trigger and send as intended.I've searched the Klaviyo knowledge base and haven't found a solution that addresses both issues simultaneously.Here's some additional information that might be helpful:I've double-checked that the deleted flows are truly gone from the "Flows" section. My new flows are set to "Active" and have the desired triggers and actions configured.Any advice from the Klaviyo community would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance,

Emails Going to Spam - Solutions?

I am working on two accounts and both have a high rate of emails going to spam. I have tried all the best practices and was wondering if anyone else has some insight or something I could try? Welcome emails will go straight to spam right after someone opted-in and I even receive the emails to my spam and have to mark them as not spam to arrive in my inbox.  Thank you!

Abandoned Cart Flow event not working

Hi everyone,I'm having some trouble with my abandoned cart flow and could use some expert advice.I created an abandoned cart flow with the trigger set to "Added to Cart." I'm using the Shopify tag {{ event.extra.checkout_url }} in the email, but it doesn't seem to be working correctly. When I test the email, the link doesn’t take me anywhere. Additionally, a customer received the email but mentioned that she never added anything to her cart, and there is no product linked in the email.Has anyone experienced similar issues or have any insights on how to fix these problems? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!
