What is the best app or procedure to do IN EMAIL REVIEWS?

I was looking at Yotpo to integrate with klaviyo in order to 1. Get reviews within the email and2. to integrate with Smile.io in order to give rewards for reviews. I am concerned about the complexity of using Yotpo w/ Klaviyo but maybe I shouldn’t be.  If anyone has any thoughts or other apps that would work I would love to know more.Thanks!

Shopify > Klaviyo sync not working

I’ve connected a new store I’m working on to Klaviyo, but it is not syncing the data. These are the things I’ve checked and tried with no luck;• Checked Integration, which tells me ✅ The Klaviyo App Embed is enabled on your Shopify store.• Checked that the option to Sync your Shopify email subscribers to Klaviyo ✅• Checked that the Shopify form is collecting data, which it is ✅• Checked that the Shopify form is adding the newsletter tag, which it is ✅This is the URL to the site.I’m at a loss now to what else to try. Can anyone advise?Thanks,Matt

Hey there, can someone tell me how can I track form submissions in Google Analytics 4?Is this something that I can achieve or not technically possible?I’m familiarized with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, also configured GA4 in Shopify and have Klaviyo script running on all my pages, it’s working with UA but not in GA4...Please help! 🙏🏽

Email forms not populating to Klaviyo

Hi there, I am having a hard time getting my email forms on Shopify to populate over to my Newsletter list in Klaviyo. I have my shop and Klaviyo integrated and it says that it should just show up in my Klaviyo Newsletter folder when people sign up with their email on shopify… What am I missing here ? Thanks for the replies

Migrating from BigCommerce to Shopify

Hi folks,Later in the year we are moving from BigCommerce to Shopify. I’m aware of the doc here:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003124151… but I think I’m overthinking things. Migrating is essentially setting up a whole new Klaviyo account (with the same login credentials) correct? OR can I use the existing account, and turn off the BC integration and set up the Shopify one?Thanks!

Hi, does anyone know if Klaviyo works togehter with Abicart webshops?  We have 2 shops, one in shopify (works perfect with Klaviyo) and then we have another one in the Abicart system but we cant find anything that learn us how to use klaviyo in the abicart?  Sebastian.

Option "products that a customer has added to the cart" is not displayed

Good afternoon! I am new to Klaviyo. I did a custom catalog and abandoned cart shipping integration using the Klaviyo API. The recorded data is correct, but when creating a product feed to track abandoned carts, if I choose the "Custom for each customer" option, then the "Products a customer has added to cart" option is not displayed ” did it ever happen to you? How did they fix it? From already thank you very much.

Hi Team,We are receiving the error that “Klaviyo is not defined” while triggering the event and the whole page is frozen in WordPress. It looks like Klaviyo is not initialized/loaded correctly. Is there any method or callback to ensure that Klaviyo is loaded successfully?

What are the rules for triggering "Active on Site" event ?

Hello. I need to confirm how “Active on Site” is actually supposed to work. I can see that these events are coming and are registered in Klaviyo both for me and users of the site. The issue is that “Active on Site” seems to be registering once, and then when I refresh the site, browse through it and so and so on no more events are popping up on Klaviyo. Are there some rules that limit how often the events are registered for a given user ? For example at most 1 “Active on Site” event per hour or something like that ? Or is something wrong with my integration ?

Best Practice for Shopify Markets + Klaviyo

Hello People,I have found this post: The recommendation here is to run multiple stores + Klaviyo accounts… Shopify Markets is in Beta now, the benefit is to sell to multiple markets from one store. Therefore, the recommendation seems to be a bit outdated, since the benefit of Shopify Markets is to sell internationally from one single store. As far as I understood, it is more ore less the same technology and options Shopify offers today but bundled differently. We currently run our store in EN but are about to add DE as a second language. Customer marketing+forms and so on has to be bilingual too. Is there a Best Practice approach how to run (lists, flows, forms, content, ...) in multiple languages without unnecessary overhead?Thanks!

Back in stock button DO NOT APPEAR as a BUTTON on Dawn Theme

Hello Everyone!I have new theme Dawn, and now when I install back in stock button, it’s not a button anymore 😃It is just a piece of text. I cannot access any support as my account is older than 60 days, but I am also not a developer to fix it myself. I would be very thankful is someone from our community would be able to help me to fix the damaged code Klavyio provides for back in stock button. I want it to be as before - instead of ADD TO CARD → Notify MeI also do not want to have this button ON when product is in stock. It worked very well before but now it is al messed up and for person without coding skills not possible to fix.

Abandoned cart with Stripe Impossible

Hello, I can’t find a way to integrate abandoned cart via stripe with Klaviyo I use Podia which is a different software than Shopify, It does not integrate directly to Klaviyo but with Mailchimp I noticed that Stripe does integrate with Klaviyo which is great BUT only have 4 metrics (of the 164 available). On these, there is Which is great for the failed payment (A big part of my business) But not so great for abandoned cart flow The only way I found is to combine Issued Invoice with Succesfully paid (The customer had an Issued invoice but did not succeed to pay, so it has a conditional split inside which is not optimal I guess Even then, a lot of customers do not receive any Invoice because they “Checkout Started” (as in shopify integration) but did not complete payment card informations, I still got their mail though Seems like A complete integration with Stripe / Klaviyo would do the trick I don’t get why there’s only 4 available options instead of the possible 164  Anyone knows any

Hey! Ive been doing some digging. If i have a custom software with products and i want to trigger add to cart and browse abandon flows. Will I need to:1. Initialize klaviyo on the client? Then do something like the following to ensure they flow is triggered? https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/guide_to_integrating_a_platform_without_a_pre_built_klaviyo_integration#added-to-cart-tracking-snippet 2.Does anything need to be done on the server with the api? Migrating from MailChimp to Klaviyo - help!

Hello all, I’m very new to Klaviyo, migrating from MailChimp has proven too much for me, ha ha! I wonder if you can help? Here’s what I’ve done: Integrated Klaviyo integration with Shopify Integrated MailChimp integration with Klaviyo Deleted MailChimp integration from Shopify Created a welcome flow for my ‘newsletter’ list on KlaviyoAnd here’s what’s happened:All my customers on my customer lists on Shopify are now showing as ‘unsubscribed’ from marketing. How can I revert this?  My ‘newsletter’ sign up forms (I use the ones on my Shopify theme) aren’t linking to my Klaviyo newsletter list. Any ideas as to how I can link my pop-up and newsletter segments on to Klaviyo? I use the Symmetry theme.  I have two lists on Klavio - one which looks to be a list integrated from MailChimp and a new ‘newsletter’ list. Am I able to combine these lists? Any help would be appreciated, thank you so much : ) Alice

HiI would like to integrate Trustpilot and Klaviyo to allow a metric to be used for flows in following way;If customer has received TP review request and not added review to TP then add customer to Non- Reviewer Flow. This would then allow us to add future review request blocks to marketing emails to max out the number of reviews we receive..Thanks

How can I tell if Klarna bill is real or not?

I got an email from us.shop.receivables@klarna.com about outstanding amount due details of which are in setllement app in Klaviyo’s merchant portal. I don’t see any details there. It seems like a scam. How do I verify this?
