Reviews landing page for people to submit reviews on

Rather than a specific link to a specific product to leave a review based on a specific purchase - is there a way to embed all reviews on a single page of my site, that also includes a Review submission form? It would not be tied to an order but just a general reviews submission page. I’d like to send a campaign to those who have purchased, but haven’t yet reviewed, with a reminder that reviews are essential for small businesses like mine. Does anyone know of a way to do this? It would also be great to have reviews collected en mass all in a single location too, and I could highlight it for any lead gen links in future content.

Klaviyo Salesforce CRM integration

Currently, Klaviyo syncs one metric with Salesforce CRM: Became Lead, says the documentation. Does it present a limitation? Does it mean that I can’t view a lead’s subsequent journey (e.g., converted to opportunity, became a customer) in Klaviyo? Please help!

Get all events for specific data range and metric id FAST, maybe concurrently?

I have read this prior post before posting.I’m trying to build a connector for Klaviyo so that email marketers can pull their klaviyo campaign/flow stats to Google Sheets / ChatGPT. To achieve such a goal, I decide to do an overall aggregation over all the events due to the limitations of the existing reporting api such as not including profiles, other important fields. Aggregation over all events works great and accurately except that it takes too slow. If an account sends thousands of emails per day, then it will take more than 5 mins to retrieve all the Received Email events in a date range of 7 days. We currently do what’s advised - sequentially send requests to https://a.klaviyo.com/api/events and get the next page url from the prior response. Each response contains 200 events. This method is way too slow. Is it possible if we could do this concurrently while still being under the rate limits (350/s and 3500/m)? Is it possible to pre-calculate the page cursors returned at each res

Stripe Product Purchase Filter Trigger

Hi, im trying to create a flow based on specific stripe product purchase however i cant see the option to do so. Only filter by invoice but in successfull payment there is no option to condition by product. Someone can give me any idea? I tried successfully payed and filter by invoice contains “product keyword” but it wont track it..

Fire custom webhook when user unsubscribes?

How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?

Very slow and ineffcient API

I need the list of bounced emails with the bounce reason, the full list, every day at least once. I have 3,500 suppressed profiles (ATM) where I have to query a separate event search to find out the reason for the bounce. It is very slow. Your competitors have an API that can provide this very quickly in one query without pagination in just seconds. With Klaviyo, it takes an hour.

Issue with Meta/Klaviyo Integration: excluded users still seeing lead ads

Hi everyone,I’m facing a recurring issue with a Lead Ad campaign managed through the Meta/Klaviyo integration, and I’m hoping someone here might have insights or solutions.I’ve created a custom audience based on an email list in Klaviyo and excluded this audience from the campaign on Meta. The goal is to show the ad only to users who are not already subscribed. However, I’ve noticed that some users, who are clearly already subscribed, are still able to see and interact with the Lead Ad form, ultimately re-subscribing to the list. This issue is identical across three different accounts, so it doesn’t appear to be an isolated case.I’ve reached out to support, but unfortunately, neither platform has been able to assist. Meta redirected me to Klaviyo, and Klaviyo pointed back to Meta, leaving me without a resolution.To clarify:This is not a case of delayed synchronization, as some of the original subscriptions were made months before the Lead Ads were launched. Feature Request - Browser Push notifications

Hi KL community, Wanted to gauge the interest of other brands for a roll out of a Klaviyo Browser Push notification, separate from the iOS push notifications that are currently featured. A lot of other CRMs that are a bit larger offer as part of their kit this but I like my KL ecosystem. I currently use a 3rd party Shopify App to provide this feature, where I can create similar flows to my KL (Abandon cart, welcome series) as well as notify interested subscribers about blog posts, and lastly to support my one time campaign measures. It’d be great to have this as part of my Klaviyo to prevent customer fatigue by hitting them in more than one medium, as well as provide customers the opportunity to choose how they get notified.

Issue with Syncing Custom Audience to Meta

I’m trying to set up a custom audience sync to Meta and it keeps saying that “Unable to create audience.  Check your Facebook Ads permissions and re-authenticate”.But I have checked and I have full control and authority for the Ad account that I am syncing across to.  I’ve removed the integration and cleared caches but doesn’t work.  I’ve got over 100 people in the database.Any ideas as to what could be happening?

Best way to refresh integration status

Hello, I am a developer integrating Klaviyo in our app.I am looking for the right way to know if a user has uninstalled the link to our app from Klaviyo’s side.What I was going to do:requesting for a new refresh token and if I get an error that it has been revoked, then I can remove it. This solution looks a bit “hacky” and might not be the best way to refresh the status of the integration.I guess the best way would be to have a webhook for that, or maybe an endpoint to call. But I can’t find neither of those in the documentation :/Should I proceed with my hacky solution, or do you have a better solution to suggest?Fyi, currently using: https://github.com/klaviyo/klaviyo-api-node

Cookiebot blocking embedded form

Recommendation For Helpscout Integration

Hey everyone,I’m looking to integrate with Helpsout (it’s a help desk/support system). All of our emails basically come through this portal for customer service. I’d like to integrate it so that we can have a more well rounded view of our customers from the Klaviyo side.My hesitation is that I don’t want all the emails coming in to be counted as active. As you can imagine, we get lots of emails through the help desk (including spam ones) that I want to keep to a minimum on the impact on our overall email count in Klaviyo.I thought about creating a flow after a coversation was closed that after a certain period of time would suppress the profile via api (maybe if they haven’t placed an order or something like that). Does that sound unreasonable or like a good idea?Thanks for all your input!

Shopify Discounts - Combinable Discount Codes via Klaviyo

As you may already know, Shopify introduced combinable discount codes in June of last year, which has been a game-changer for many of us.However, I'm writing today to discuss a challenge that I and many others have faced when using Klaviyo for flows and customer rewards. As you may know, dealing with dynamic discount codes in Klaviyo can be a bit cumbersome, especially for those of us who offer automatic codes through Shopify.For example, my shop offers automatic codes for bundling promotions - Buy 2, Save 5%, Buy 4, Save 15%. Unfortunately, this causes issues with our dynamic discount codes through Klaviyo, as we have to manually enable combinations each time Klaviyo generates a new set of discount codes. (This is just not possible to keep up with)That's why I'm here today to request a new feature that would make our lives much easier - the ability to enable combinations en masse per discount through the Klaviyo dashboard. Unexpected 400 Bad Request responses from Klaviyo API despite valid data

We are receiving quite a few 400 Bad Request responses from Klaviyo’s API while using `/api/event-bulk-create-jobs`. Although we’re not sharing any phone numbers, the response still states, “The phone number provided either does not exist or is ineligible to receive SMS.” This occurs even when a correct `_kx` parameter or a valid email address is provided.We are sharing events for business using our software, and there seems to be no way to reach someone on Klaviyo’s team to look into this.

How to Integrate Wit Form Using Webhooks?

I’m using Breakdance forms to collect emails. It has many integrated Email platforms, but not Klaviyo, which I’m planning to switch to. WhenI asked, they suggested using Webhooks to connect to Klaviyo. Do you have any idea how I can integrate Klaviyo to this form?

Delete old products from deleted integration in Klaviyo

We formerly had a Shift4Shop store using Klaviyo’s Shift4Shop integration. We switched to Shopify, and disabled/deleted the Shift4Shop integration. On our integrations page, there is no reference to the Shift4Shop integration at all. Unfortunately, the old products are still active. They were last updated in April, when I switched off the Shift4Shop integration. I would like to delete them, but cannot figure out how. I sent a support ticket, but the help desk does not seem to understand my problem or have an answer that makes sense.

Best Practice for Shopify Markets + Klaviyo

Hello People,I have found this post: The recommendation here is to run multiple stores + Klaviyo accounts… Shopify Markets is in Beta now, the benefit is to sell to multiple markets from one store. Therefore, the recommendation seems to be a bit outdated, since the benefit of Shopify Markets is to sell internationally from one single store. As far as I understood, it is more ore less the same technology and options Shopify offers today but bundled differently. We currently run our store in EN but are about to add DE as a second language. Customer marketing+forms and so on has to be bilingual too. Is there a Best Practice approach how to run (lists, flows, forms, content, ...) in multiple languages without unnecessary overhead?Thanks!

Can't connect account - Woocommerce Klaviyo Integration

I am having an issue trying to integrate Klaviyo with WooCommerce on my site. I am using version 3.3.3 of the Klaviyo plugin for WordPress. I go to settings on the plugin, hit connect account, and sometimes it will just take me to the homepage of my website. other times it will ask me to log in to Klaviyo, which I do, then I verify my email, and then it will still redirect me to the homepage of my website. and it doesn’t look like any connection is being made. I have tried clearing my cache, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. I heard that you need an SSL rating of at least “A” which I do, and my site also has https, so I don’t really have any idea what I could be doing wrong.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
