We have a shipping program with an annual fee. It is a product on our Shopify site. We have a blurb promoting it in the footer of every email (campaigns and flows). The price of it does change occasionally. Is there a way to use a dynamic code to pull that one product’s price into the text of the email? Currently, we have to edit every email individually. If we can’t get that data directly from the product, is there a way to create a global variable that could be changed in one place that would change all the email copy automatically?
I reported this problem back in June of 2021. In Sept 2021 and Dec 2022 I reported it again and was told it was being escalated or that the engineering team was “aware of it”. Each time I was told someone would get back to me and no one ever did. Nothing seems to be happening with it. I’m hoping someone here has found a workaround.I’m using the Klaviyo back-in-stock notifier with BigCommerce. In a nutshell, Klaviyo reads BC product info *once* when you first create the product and never again.Add a product with no variants and give it SKU “tshirt”. Klaviyo reads it and all is well. If you then add variants with new SKUS (“tshirt-red”, t-shirt-blue”), klaviyo does not see those updates, and the “notify me when back in stock” button appears on the product pages even thought the products have qty in stock. The problem is that there’s no way to force Klaviyo to re-sync the product info. The Shopify integration does have this functionality so I don’t understand why the BC integration doe
Hi community, Current Tech Stack: Shipstation + Shopify store (Shopify plan) + MailChimp Moving to:Target Tech Stack: Shipstream + Klaviyo + Shopify store (Shopify plan) I am looking for an answer to a question - as I am stumped. When we add SMS capability which platform sends the SMS - is it Klaviyo? If Shipstream is full API - will this be a difficult integration or seamless integration? Thanks,Rahul
We have a Magento 2 store that is synced with Klaviyo. Working perfectly with orders and synced up data. There is some data that is filled in at checkout (which we see in orders) and that information doesn’t seem to be showing in Klaviyo orders (or tags for later emails). Is there a way to choose what data is picked up in Klaviyo?
Hi,i was able to successfully install the woocommerce integration. The Klaviyo plugin is also activated. After a couple of days i checked the integration and the plugin was deactivated? Is there a reason for this? I don’t see any integration errors, and data is getting synced without any issues Thanks, Lukas
We would like to integrate one of our sites purely as form of lead capture. This site currently does not sell anything. This site is part of a Wordpress multisite. So when we install the Klaviyo plugin we must install it on the network and then activate it on the site dashboard side. After that we follow the instructions and just after we select a list and hit connect, we are refreshed with the follow error.Has anyone encountered this before or successfully integrated when using a wordpress multisite? Since the site is not transactional how can I just install Klaviyo so that way we can display forms and pop-ups?To clarify, our ecommerce sites are not part of the multisites and are their own separate sites. Each has been successfully integrated with Klaviyo on its own.
Hi! We’re a small business trying to start using Growave with their many features. They have a Klaviyo integration, but it’s not native to Klaviyo. So any support needed would be through Growave and not Klaviyo. Anyone have experience doing this? How is it going?
Hi there I have confirmed in the Shopify account that it is possible to integrate Klaviyo with Wishlist Engine App and I have created a Private API Key for the integration. My question is how do I best use the metrics to build a Flow in Klaviyo? I’m unable to find the metrics to trigger a Flow built from scratch. Thanks in advance.
Hi KL community, Wanted to gauge the interest of other brands for a roll out of a Klaviyo Browser Push notification, separate from the iOS push notifications that are currently featured. A lot of other CRMs that are a bit larger offer as part of their kit this but I like my KL ecosystem. I currently use a 3rd party Shopify App to provide this feature, where I can create similar flows to my KL (Abandon cart, welcome series) as well as notify interested subscribers about blog posts, and lastly to support my one time campaign measures. It’d be great to have this as part of my Klaviyo to prevent customer fatigue by hitting them in more than one medium, as well as provide customers the opportunity to choose how they get notified.
Hi Community, I have a problem with the Prestashop Module. When a product is removed on the website, it should display a 404 page. With the Klaviyo Module, the website return un “Fatal error” blank page. This is a very import issue for us, customer and seo. Someone have an idea?Thank you,Nicolas
Hi,the Shopify Klaviyo integration is causing a privacy issue:Shopify Apps are supposed to integrate with the Shopify Customer Privacy API. This API allows Cookie banners to change the consent/privacy state of a given user.Source:https://shopify.dev/api/consent-tracking?shpxid=1bb96289-AA05-4C06-5918-3BEFBDF10957The Shopify Klaviyo App sets the __kla_id cookie before a user gives consent. If a user denies cookies and the Customer Privacy API is triggered to update the user’s consent state, the Klaviyo App ignores the user’s preference.Do you have a solution for this or are you waiting for a wave of legal actions that hits your clients?
The Back in Stock implementation for Shopify (described here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-Shopify) doesn’t provide us with the level of customization that we would like to have. As such we are looking at implementing a custom Back in Stock form either via a legacy form method (similar to https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005249588-How-to-Add-and-Customize-a-Legacy-Embedded-Signup-Form) or via a custom form and API request in the frontend (in JS).This developer documentation for the API https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006565332-Back-in-Stock-for-Mobile-App-Developers while not explicitly stated I believe is only for server side API calls as CORS blocks POST requests via JS.Can anyone point me in the right direction here - add a user to back in stock list for a product via a custom form on the frontend, without need for server-side api calls. (or if there is no right direction - let me know!)Many thank
Problems migrating from Constant Contact using the Klaviyo Integration, anyone figure out this API Key?
Attempting to migrate Constant Contact data to Klaviyo using the Integration tool and wondering if anyone has cracked this code recently, and can share steps on creating the API keys on the Constant Contact side of things? Keep running into error messages.I have followed the instructions provided from Klaviyo to the T, but keep running into the same error message. Have chatted with support for a few hours, no luck…For what its worth, I did notice the instructions from Klaviyo may be outdated… They mention a V2 API generator from Mastery that Constant Contact uses to create API’s, however it appears that Constant Contact now uses a V3 API generator, with different screens and set up process. Not sure if this is the issue?Creating the API keys on the Constant Contact side of the house isn’t the smoothest, which Im sure isnt helping.Any and all help welcome. Thanks!
Hi everyone. I’m running a Net Promotor Survey through Typeform, and using Klaviyo to email folks to take the survey.Since integration Typeform > Klaviyo yesterday, as many as 30 people filled out the NPS, but “Filled Out Form” metrics are still at Zero, and Custom Properties have not been autogenerated for each form question. What am I doing wrong?
We are currently trying to build our custom Klaviyo integration and are somehow stuck when presenting a user a search field to search for a specific Klaviyo profile. The API states that we should use Filtering on the `/profiles` endpoint to filter for a specific profile. However, when trying to filter by email one must only use the `equals` or `any` filter. This is somewhat impractical, as users do not often search by a full email address but rather by keywords they can remember. Is there anything we’re missing here which would allow us to do a wildcard search on the profile filter fields?
We have event tracking setup using GTM (Google tag manager) and the suggested code on klaviyo’s help page. (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077027-How-to-Configure-Google-Analytics-Goal-Tracking-for-a-Signup-Form) Event tracking form views and submissions is working perfectly in Google Universal Analytics. Unfortunate this is not the case for the new Google Analytics 4. These events are not showing up in reports. This will be a problem when Universal Analytics stops processing data. Has anyone found a way to track klaviyo form events in G4?
successfully Integration klaviyo with Shopify, but the Customers list in Shopify did not store into specific List which defined when integrating !
I Successfully integrated with Shopify.I selected to store my customers in a list by the name of “New Subscribers”.When I add a new Customer in Shopify, the data successfully submit and also display in Both of Profile and My List. But the main Problem this is When I have some Customers in Shopify before integrate with Klaviyo, The Customers can’t automatically sync into my List. It’s means I have for now 100 Customers in Shopify which Accept the Give message and sms.And I integrate the Klaviyo with My Shopify, And in the last All Customers came in Profile But not in My List.and my List is Single-opt.But when I Integrated, after that each customers which created will come in my List.
Hi. I’m facing an issue with Klaviyo. I’ve set up Wheelio (Spin Wheel) on my Shopify store the customers spin the wheel and they are awraded with a coupon. I want the emails to go to my Klaviyo list that I’ve created for Wheelio, but Klaviyo is not receiving the emails from Wheelio. I’ve integrated both the apps using this article but unfortunately the emails are not being received by Klaviyo even though customers are using the Spin Wheel. https://helpdesk.wheelio-app.com/en/article/how-to-integrate-wheelio-with-klaviyo-a20exj/#:~:text=Go%20to%20your%20Wheelio%20Campaign,sending%20emails%20after%20Wheelio%20spin.
Hi guys, we want to collect emails not only from the standard sign-up form, but also when visitors use the Contact form (in Shopify product pages, contact pages and other places where we place the Contact form). Is it possible to do this with Klaviyo? If yes, how?
I’m trying to integrate Klaviyo with Google AdWords.Using the same email address, I'm an admin on AdWords and Klaviyo. On AdWords, we have an MCC account associated with our PPC account. After going through the integration process using the same email address, I can only select the MCC account on Klaviyo ends. I don't see the PPC account.Has anyone had this issue and was able to resolve it?
