How do I clear all Flow Filters so it displays every flow?

Hi @MatthewR,I completely agree with you. When you click on it, there is no filter applied. However looking at the actual URL you can see the filter applied is to not show archived flows.I have submitted this to the Klaviyo team as feedback already.ThanksDavid

HI @annette_yepoda & @giang_y42,That’s strange, for me I’m getting a 200 response now. I’ve just tested it again and it’s working fine. What is the response body you are receiving? When I initially tested this I got:{"errors": [{"id": "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX", "status": 404, "code": "not_found", "title": "Not found", "detail": "The path /api/v1/metrics' could not be found"}]}ThanksDavid

Great answer @sonomaemail! I completely agree with considering the email client market share. You can see the performance of email clients in your own deliverability report for a campaign (click on a sent campaign, click “Deliverability” at the top of the screen, scroll to the bottom “Performance by email client).We also use Litmus to test all our emails - it’s an excellent tool if you have budget for it!ThanksDavid

How can I limit the number of results in API response?

Hi @shubham773,No worries! I don’t think you are able to change the batch limit unless there are less than 10 results or you are able to filter down the list based on the Name, ID, Created date or updated date. Hope that helps!ThanksDavid

Collecting emails at live event.

Hi @CookieChris,Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!There are lots of ways to approach this. If your audience is relatively tech savvy, I would simply display a QR code either on your slides or printed out on posters. This could link back to a dedicated sign up form and people can sign up directly from their own mobile device.Depending on the type of event the other option would be to use an iPad at the event where people can sign up. You can redirect the sign up form back to the original page on completion so that the next person can put their details in.I hope this is helpful and that your event runs well! ThanksDavid

Matching image color to background color

Hi @The Lilley Line,Welcome to the Klaviyo community!I don’t believe this functionality is currently available in the Klaviyo Email Designer. However in this case I would recommend using a colourpicker add on in your browser. This will allow you to take the colour from any source/website and copy the colour code. You can then copy this colourcode in the background colour section. My personal favourite in Google Chrome is ColorPick Eyedropper, but there are lots listed in the Chrome store!I hope that helps!ThanksDavid

Hi @MatthewR,Welcome to the Klaviyo community!This is a great question, I had to go and look to see what filter you are referring to. It isn’t super clear when you click on filter selected, but I realised by looking at the URL of the default flow page that it filters out any archived flows:https://www.klaviyo.com/flows?page=1&archived=falseIt appears that by default it removes any archived flows. If you want to view your archived flows you can see these by clicking Options → View Archived Flows This is a little confusing in the UI and I will submit this to the Klaviyo team as feedback.I hope that helps!ThanksDavid

Notification when subscriber updates preferences

Hi @Nanette,Thank you for your question in the Klaviyo community!On the SMS Subscription there could be a few reasons the details aren’t showing up. Are you already signed up for SMS? If not, you are not able to collect consent for customers. If you are, I would recommend capturing the sign ups by targeting customers that are set up for email but not SMS using a custom sign up form. Customers are required to provide consent based on the the disclosure language. More info here.If you wanted to be notified when someone subscribes to a list (for example, SMS Subscribers), you can set this up in a flow where you use the “Internal Alert” functionality. Depending on your list size be warned that this could become noisy in your inbox 😉 I hope that helps!ThanksDavid

Hi @PiraniLife,No problem. If the customer does not go through the native Shopify footer or checkout, they won’t be added to the list. I’ve just retested this and they are only added to one list:However, if my profile here goes through the Shopify checkout or fill in another sign up form, it would still add me to the newsletter list. This is in the Integration Settings. So in short, if the customer only fills in the embedded form but doesn’t do anything else on your website, they won’t be added to your main list. The only other thing I could think of is that you have a master newsletter segment rather than a list. Is this the case?ThanksDavid

Hi @PiraniLife,Welcome to the Klaviyo community!This is absolutely possible with the embedded forms. When you create a new signup form, you can define the list that you want the customer added to. Go to Lists & Segments, click “Create New” and create a new list Go to Sign Up Forms → Create a new sign up form This will add users to the “Get a free lid” list when they are added. The only part you may want to do is include them in your target audiences going forward if you’re sending out a campaign. I hope this helps - again, the easiest way is to build out the landing page directly on your existing website and drive the traffic there.ThanksDavid

Best Practices for Single vs. Multiple Lists and Property-Based Segmentation in Klaviyo

Hi @simpliPets ,Welcome to the Klaviyo community - what an exciting time getting ready to launch your e-commerce business!I completely agree with your approach, especially when you first get started it is definitely much easier to do so with one list. This will create a single source of truth on your active subscribers.If you create the signup forms through Klaviyo (other than the native checkout one) you will be able to attach the profile properties that you have suggested through this section:The method of consent will also show in the profile page:What I would recommend on launch is that you create a campaign to the segment “Is in Newsletter list” & “Source = Pre-launch sign up” to send them a personalised coupon for signing up early.After that, you can also set your regular welcome series up, and I would skip those customers for the first email (Which presumably will include your personalised coupon with the 15% discount).I hope that helps - feel free to ask any other questions

Seeking Advice on Managing WooCommerce and Mailchimp Subscribers

Hi @haisuezjw,Welcome to the Klaviyo community and thank you for your question.In the situation you’ve explained above I would recommend that you add all 8k customers into your Klaviyo account and suppress the 4,000 customers that haven’t actively consented. This way you still have their history in your Klaviyo account without risking non-compliance as these customers are not opted in.One of the benefits of this is that you will have visibility on these customers without paying for them - if they then choose to opt-in to your mailing list you will have all of the history on them. Klaviyo’s billing for the email product is based on the number of active subscribers.To suppress the list of 4,000 customers you can follow the instructions in this help centre article.In addition to suppressing I would highly recommend launching a sign up form on the website to try and get as many of your users opted in. A/B Test Post-Purchase Flow in Shopify

@curiouscalamansi my recommendation in general would be to find a websafe font that looks similar to your custom font. Quite a few of the email clients don’t support custom fonts (including Gmail which for most makes up a big portion of their sends).We typically try to find a google font that is very close - that way you know how your customers view your emails. Some more info on the Klaviyo help centre here. You can also use tools like Email on Acid or Litmus to preview your emails in different clients. Hope that helps!ThanksDavid

If you select the actual font in Klaviyo this should translate in the HTML together with the fallback font - example here (code on left, visual on right):

Hi @curiouscalamansi,Welcome to the Klaviyo community!This is a slightly tricky one - to be able to turn off your order confirmation emails in Shopify, you need to be on a Shopify+ plan. There is an extensive article on the help centre (link) explaining how to send transactional emails out of Klaviyo.My recommendation generally would be this:Send your transactional email (ie. Order Confirmation) out of Shopify. You can use Klaviyo to build the template (their emails look much better) and import it into Shopify using these instructions. Note - you would not be able to A/B test this template. Now use Klaviyo create a “Post Purchase Flow” which includes the other 2 emails. These can now be easily modified to run A/B tests to check the performance of the flow.I hope that helps!ThanksDavid

Branded Sender ID - GMAIL FORM

Hi @AH2024,Welcome to the Klaviyo community from across the pond! Toe be able to submit the branded sender ID Registration for Australia you do need to use a Google account. This can be the same one you use to log in to Google Analytics, or any other gmail account. If you don’t already have one set up you can create a free simple @gmail.com account here.The account won’t be used to send any emails to, it’s only a requirement to be able to submit the form.I hope that helps!ThanksDavid
