SMS subscription link - How to see new subscribers

While Klaviyo's growth tool doesn't directly show subscribers from specific SMS links, there are ways to track them:UTM Parameters:Append UTM parameters (e.g., utm_source=instagram_story&utm_campaign=sms_signup) to your SMS subscribe link. These parameters track traffic source and campaign details when someone subscribes via the link. Newsletter sign up form submits different to pulled list

Hi @whitedaisyuk!Here's why you might see a difference between Klaviyo form submissions and your newsletter list:Duplicate Signups: Klaviyo prevents duplicate email addresses from being added to the same list. So, someone submitting multiple times would only count once.Solution: Track Submissions: Since Klaviyo blocks duplicates, you likely have 43 unique signups. Klaviyo doesn't offer a way to directly pull a list of all form submissions. Klaviyo Segments: Consider creating a segment in Klaviyo based on the form signup date (within the past week) to identify those who signed up recently. Reasons for Non-Inclusion: Unsubscribes: Check if any signups unsubscribed before being added to the list. Double Opt-in: Confirm you don't have double opt-in enabled, which requires users to confirm their email address before being added.(it's most probably this)

Hey @Bobomatcha , That's a bummer to hear about the double opt-in emails going out to existing contacts. Back-populating a flow adds existing contacts who meet the trigger criteria (in this case, being on the new list) to your flow. Klaviyo treats back-populated contacts as if they were just joining the list, regardless of their previous opt-in status on that list (since it might be a new list for them).What Went Wrong:Since your new list has double opt-in enabled and you back-populated the list, Klaviyo automatically sent the double opt-in email to all those existing contacts, even though they might have already been opted in for other Klaviyo lists.How to Fix It:While you can't undo the sent double opt-in emails, you can prevent it from happening again: Segment & Back-populate: Instead of back-populating the entire new list, consider creating a segment that only includes new contacts who haven't already opted in. Then, use this segment to trigger the flow. This ensures the flow o

You'll find your Klaviyo API keys within your Klaviyo account, not through your domain provider.Here's how to access your Klaviyo API keys:Login to your Klaviyo account. Sending email as a trigger for a flow

Brian, you're right that Klaviyo doesn't directly allow using an email send as a trigger for a flow. However, there's a clever workaround to achieve a similar outcome:Create a segment for your target audience. In your segment, add a trigger to add anyone who opens/clicks the email to the new list. Schedule an email campaign to that segment. Set your flow trigger to be when someone is added to a new list.This way, the email acts as a trigger, and the flow starts based on their interaction with the email.

Flow : time delay excluding night hours

Hello @David P.,Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!In regard to your topic, while Klaviyo can delay an email send until a specific day and time after an event is triggered, we cannot conditionally tie the time delay back to the timing of the event. For example, if somebody places an order, Klaviyo can delay that email until the next day at 6:00 am, however we cannot conditionally filter users down another path based on the time of their order.  Hope this clears things out!
