I’ve had issues with dragging Universal Blocks (in your case “images”?) into old templates.The new editor doesn’t allow it.

@Diane you need to write an email to Klaviyo’s Customer Support email and ask them to mark the transactional flow and a “transactional flow”. This will allow you to send transactional emails to people who opted out.

It clarifies things.Maybe we’ve identified a feature gap.I will allow my customers to receive shipment tracking notification when via SMS, and I’d hate to lose them globally if they opt out of the tracking notification.I’ll use profile properties and lists to manage SMS preference. TY.

I am not asking for email address in the Typeform survey.Do I need to ask for an email address to connect answered back to the correct Klaviyo profile? I prefer not to ask for an email address.

I’m 100% sure OR means “one OR the other”.I’m 100% sure AND means “both conditions must be true”. If your logic is correct, then @Klavivo has crossed their logic and everyone who uses these filters have a busted flow at this point in time.

Yes, there is an OR condition… which shouldn’t change my expectations of the first statement to stop the flow for this customerHere’s a screenshot of the entire filter logic.

Conversion Rate by Link

Hi Julie, thanks for the response. More specifically, I’d like a quick way to know the conversion rate of specific links in specific emails. I understand Klaviyo uses last touch to attribute revenue, but I’m want to understand the conversions rates of specific links in an email.

EMAIL and SMS Attribution When Both Are Engaged

@dov.derin , why not attribute the conversion to the email campaign since the conversion still falls within the email’s attribution window? It doesn’t make sense to have conversions go unattributed if the customer engages both Email and SMS. The SMS message shouldn’t disqualify the influence of the email.
