Resolving Email Subscription Glitches: Finding and Removing Outdated Messages

Hey @JezP Welcome to the community and thanks for asking a great question!I would suggest checking your archived/deleted flow section of your account to see if the message that is still sending after deletion is still there if its not in your current list of available flows. If the message has been archived or deleted is should not still be sending. If you know the profile that was sent this message in error, you can check their profile information to see where this message came from and so you can remove it. As for the device, this shouldnt matter as the ESP controls what your customers receive in their inbox not the device itself.Hope this helps!

Added to cart trigger on shopify home page

Hey @Siddique2020 Thanks for reaching out for help with this. While our support team is correct, that the add to cart metric can only be used on product pages, there might be other options the community can help you explore more. Can you share more about what you are trying to accomplish? Why do you want to use the add to cart metric since this isn't a product page? Are your customer able to add products to a checkout from this page? If so, have you thought about using the abandon checkout metric instead? Let us know some more details and Im sure one of our genius community members will be able to help!

Hey @Weihao Thanks for the follow up!This is still the case for any date triggered flow. The best suggestion would still be to create segments based on birthday properties and schedule campaigns to send.

Inserting Past Profiles into a dynamic Flow.

Hey @kiwird Thanks for the follow up question!Any list triggered flow will only allow a profile to move through once. Even if you were to remove the profile and add them back, the profile will not move through the flow again. If you want a profile to move through a flow every time they perform a specific action “placed order” or “viewed product” for example, you can set up a metric triggered flow based on the desired metric that will allow your customers to move through a flow multiple times.Hope this helps!

My analytics say I have people who have clicked who have not opened an email- how is that possible?

Hey @pwieland Thanks for the followup question!By default, the pixel is located at the bottom of your emails, but if you send very large messages, then choosing to have this pixel at the top of your emails instead of the bottom can improve open tracking that is otherwise cut or clipped by some inbox providers. In contrast, if you choose to move the pixel to the top of your message, you will see some extra spacing added that you cannot adjust. Since tracking relies on a clear pixel, this will automatically add padding to function.Hope this helps!

Hey @Adam-S Any account access issues within Shopify need to be build in your Shopify account as we do not have access to this data or infrastructure to be able to reset customers passwords.Sorry this isn't more helpful.

Dynamic Product Block in Text Email

However this will entirely depend on how this data is getting into Klaviyo. What integration are you using currently? Does it natively pass subscription data into Klaviyo? Hey @Aishwarya COD Welcome to the Klaviyo Communtiy!Check out this Help Center article on troubleshooting signup forms. There could be a number of reasons why the form is not appearing on your site. Also, as Framer is not one of our native integrations you will likely need to work with your developer or IT team to make sure the integration in created properly in order to use the popup signup form on your website. If you need addition support from a developer you can check out our Partner portal, where you can find someone who can help you build this out. Hope this helps!

Hey  @JfromNN Welcome to the community!While we are able to track open and clicks that are sent to your customers because the email is cookied for tracking, we unfortunately have no way to track reply emails for your customers because they go directly from their ESP to yours. Thanks for asking the community for help with this!

Edit A/B test times

Hey @topgummy Can you share a little more about the timing aspect? What time is is currently scheduled at vs what time you planned for it to be sent? Often times customers schedule in their own time zone but the test shows the same time in Eastern Standard Time. Unfortunately, if it is the wrong schedule time,  What you can do is cancel that Campaign & clone it to change it to the correct time.Hope this helps.
