Coupon Filter Suggestion

Just a suggestion that would help a lot for ecommerce businesses - when selecting a coupon we just have three optionsAll orderSelect productsSelect collectionsIt would be really helpful being able to select all products BUT have the opportunity to manually exclude a few. We usually want to exclude 3 products where the discount from welcome/birthday flows would lose money. Having to manually select them can be an issue, as creating a collection without those products in shopify would need to be monitored and it’s nice being able to do everything within Klaviyo.

Klaviyo editor painfully slow, constant crashing, am I missing something?

Klaviyo has always been somewhat slow, clunky and painful to use but today it’s unbearable, I’ve had to walk away from the computer several times before I forced to launch it out of the window.I’m trying to do the simplest task of adding links to a selection of static images in a table and every time I come back to the editor (from another tab where I’m retrieving the links) it either completely freezes, crashes the browser, or is so slow I don’t know what it will do next.I’ve cleared my caches, tried another browser, toggled content blockers, the works. Still the same.Am I missing something?I need Klaviyo for work and right I’m wasting time troubleshooting instead of actually working.

Sending Milestone Emails

I would like to send milestone triggered emails to subscribers once they hit each milestone. My business has a referral rewards program we are launching. For example, for every 5 referrals, they unlock $10, so we want to email the subscriber every time they reach an additional 5 referrals. What’s the best way to send this email?We have created segments for each milestone, but I’m wondering if it’s best to run a flow or a campaign email. What’s the best way to automate this since we have endless number of milestones?​​​​​​

Why is my Header/Link Bar misaligned when I send out my email?

Hi i am having issues with the Header/link bar alignment. It looks all correct in the klaviyo editor but once emailed out it doesn’t look centred. Is there any hidden setting that could be causing this?

When I click save in the editor I see a warning "Changes may not be saved"

Hi There,Both Christina and I keep seeing a weird warning in Chrome for Mac whenever we click save - see attached. It’s been happening for a few months now and we’ve both upgraded and restarted Chrome as well as updated MacOS in that time but still see the issue.Any help much appreciated, obviously we don’t want to lose any work so the warning is confusing - no?Cheers, BenP.S. Can I copy over a campaign from one Klaviyo account to another Klaviyo account?

Yes! There is a two-step prcoess to copy a campaign from one Klaviyo account to another. These steps include:Save the campaign as a template Copy the template from one account to anotherTo save the campaign as a template, follow the instructions discussed in this Community post.To copy the template over to another account, navigate to the Email Templates tab and click the Edit dropdown to the right of the template you want to copy over. Next, click Clone.A modal will appear prompting you to optionally rename the cloned template and select the destination account. This is the account where the new template will be copied to. Then click Clone Template.Changes made to the original email template will not be reflected in the copied template. For more details head to the instructions in the article Copy Flows and Templates Between Klaviyo Accounts. For information around managing multiple Klaviyo accounts, head to Multi-Account User Privileges.

SMS Not Delivering

Hello, we recently set up our SMS campaign but no text messages have been delivered since starting it. So far it lists that 58 were “skipped”. Some of these we understand like no consent, failed trigger or invalid number but the majority of them say “Missing Number”.  We tried to test this out with a few employees of ours and we put our numbers in and initiated the flow but we did not receive the SMS message. We received the emails that we are expected to receive but for some reason we have not had a single SMS message deliver to anyone. Any idea what’s going on and what we can do? Segment Triggered Flow

I want to send a custom email flow to existing subscribers up until this date. I’ve created a segment of emails called “Joined Before Launch”. How can I make sure all the emails in that segment automatically enter the flow once I activate the flow? Currently, I think the way this is set up is that they will only enter the flow once they enter the segment, whereas I want to send this flow to everyone already in the segment.

Etsy and Klaviyo

Hello- We are trying to collect email addresses from our Etsy customers and at our in person events.  I want to create different sign up form (landing pages) for the different sales channels. I would like to use Klaviyo for all email marketing. Presently, we use Klaviyo for our Shopify store.  The only way we can collect Etsy emails is by adding a Sign up form to our shop and in the thank you we send after the customer purchases. Is it possible to create different sign up forms with different discount codes for different sales channels such as Etsy.

Expiration date in the e-mail flow for Dynamic Coupon

Price drop flow triggered when price went UP?

Hi folks.I have submitted a query about this via email to support, but curious to see if I get any insight here without the time zone difference playing such a big factor.Essentially, we removed the sale pricing from some items in BigCommerce, returning them to their normal price. One of these items triggered the price drop notification email and I have no idea why!A secondary issue is that the same profile viewed about 5 other products that had their prices dropped enough that the flow should have been triggered, but it wasn’t.Smart sending is turned on, but I don’t see any data in the “skipped due to smart sending” section in the recipient report. Does anyone have any insight here?Thanks!

Fire custom webhook when user unsubscribes?

How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?

Adding Tax To Price of Products in Product Block Template

Hi,  we are using dynamic products tag in Email campaign with product price on, but price demonstrated in test mail seemed had not contained 10% tax in, what should we do if we want 10% tax to be calculated in price? Shopify product description shows with HTML tags

Hi guys, I am setting up a back in stock flow and was wondering how I could add the product description. I am using the following code, which pulls the description dynamically from the catalogue.{% catalog event.VariantId integration='shopify' %}{{ catalog_item.description }}{% endcatalog %}However, the description includes HTML tags (see Screenshot). Segment List Missing Contacts

Hi there,I have a segment filtered for all customers who have ordered at least once from my Shopify store. I sent this segment an email a few weeks ago. Now that I want to send another email, I only see a few customers. It looks like the segment is only showing customers that have ordered from my store since the last email was sent. I can’t figure out how to get all the customers who have ordered back into the segment.Any ideas?

Issue with Global UTMs in Klaviyo

We have enabled Global UTMs to apply to our emails. Our emails often include url links that are for other businesses. For example, we link to instagram.com or eventbrite.com. The Global UTMs are applying to all links, but we would like them to only apply to those with our personal company domain. We send emails often, so it’s not ideal to have to manually apply UTM parameters on every email (message level). Question: is it possible to select a domain with which UTM parameters are applied in Global utm parameter settings? Or Is it possible to exclude utm parameters from some links and still have global utm parameters enabled?

Custom Reporting - Analyzing Open Rates by Subject Line

I’d like to know how I can set up a custom report that to analyze Monthly Subject Line performance (Open Rate performance) with the Subject as a metric. I am reviewing opens in Custom Reporting and don’t see how to set it up - wanted to know if anyone else has similar issues or has created a template report.It’s a important report to analyze Brand performance and what resonates best with our segment.

Tracking Klaviyo Form Submission on Shopify as Facebook Lead Event

I have the FB pixel installed correctly via Shopify > Preferences and it's tracking my events. However, when using Klaviyo forms I am trying to track form submissions as lead events. As per Klaviyo instructions, I've added a callback to the bottom of my theme.liquid directly above </body><script> window.addEventListener("klaviyoForms", function(e) { if (e.detail.type == 'submit') { fbq(‘track’, ‘Lead’) } }); </script> However, the fbq(‘track’, ‘Lead’) line is throwing this error in the console:  "Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token" (on page load, not form submit) and the event is not tracking on form submit. Any ideas where I've gone wrong and/or how to properly track Shopify/Klaviyo form submissions as leads in Facebook?

Multiple Unbounce landing pages and linking to separate Klaviyo lists

Hello,I am trying to figure out a work-around for Unbounce and Klaviyo. I currently have them integrated using the webhook but any additional Unbounce landing pages I create all go to the same Klaviyo List. I would like them to be separated somehow. Any ideas on how to do this?Thanks!!

Style the button border radius in the BIS modal window

We are using the new Klaviyo Back In Stock feature and I wanted to know if there was any way to add a border-radius to the submit button in the modal window?
