I believe the only way to recover a deleted flow is to contact Klaviyo support.

Thank you, but I am unable to contact Klaviyo support because my store is using the free plan. How can I contact them while I am on the free plan? Please help me!
Support can restore, go to live chat and ask - I just did it :)
