Linking multiple unbounce forms to klaviyo

Hello, I have created multiple pages in unbounce that i want to test. Additionally, each page has it’s own form. Question: How do i link each form separately to klaviyo? Or how can i create custom properties in the forms on unbounce that can be tracked and segmented by klaviyo? Thanks!

elevated 403 forbidden errors in the API

Hello,we are seeing in the last couple of hours sporadic errors coming from klaviyo get events API, mostly returning 403 status codes. it’s sometimes works, and sometimes returns 403 error... we couldn’t find anything in the status page but wanted to check if there’s anything we can do about it ?for what it’s worth we’re using the python sdk version 2.0.0any help would be appreciated

Should I send multiple review emails for each item a custom bought?

Hello to everyone,When Klaviyo is managing the requesting reviews emails, the email’s template has got the variables {{ event.products.0.product_title }} and {{ event.products.0.review_rating_url }}, where “0” is the first item for reviewing.If the order had three items for example, the second item would be “1” and the third “2”.The question is, if I want to send one email for each item instead of sending an email with all items, Must I have one template for each item? I mean, to customize one template for “0”, another for “1”, and so on.Thanks in advance for your interest .Miguel

How to avoid fake new susbribers? Double opt-in enabled even

Hello,My shopify store has the typical sign-up form, the form is linked with a Klaviyo newsletter list, and when new subscriber, Klaviyo sends a welcome mail with a discount coupon, up to here no rocket science.The double opt-in is enabled in Shopify's notifications,  however in Klaviyo's newsletter list don't.The problem is since some time ago there are bots subscribing and catching coupons, How is possible if the double opt-in is enable? Please, let me know if you had the same problem and how you fixed it.Many thanks in advance,Miguel

Sign up versus subscribers list

Hi,I have a shopify website and it is closed by a password. On that page I created a embed sign in form to collect phone numbers and ta goes to a list where every person that put their number on it will immidietly receive an SMS with a link in it to confirm their subscription.Secondly i want another sms to be sent to them when they complete the confirm subscription link. I need help configuring those 2 lists, dont know if i need to check double opt in or single… Please help me😄

Verizon Bounce Rate

We have recently experienced a very high bounce rate all of a sudden with Verizon users. This appears to have been an issue in the past, but I wanted to double-check the best practice for resolving this. Currently we have stopped sending to anyone with a Verizon email. Which of the following would be best to get this resolved ASAP?Create a segment of engaged Verizon addresses (who have opened an email in the past month) and send to this segment separately alongside our regular lists.  Create a Very highly engaged, highly engaged and engaged Verizon segment and start sending to each after a week (eg. week 1 only the very highly engaged, week 2 add in the highly engaged etc)?  Wait and see if it is a Verizon issue and try sending to Verizon customers in a day or two? My other question was, if we separate the engaged Verizon users, do we just stop sending to the unengaged ones indefinitely or is there a way to bring them back in eventually?  Thank you! (Aware there is a Klaviyo help docum

Adding review link into an existing flow

Hello!I've already given up on reviewing multiple products in one email, I would settle for reviewing just the first product. However, it simply refuses to work. When I preview it, it looks fine. Even when I send it as a test, it navigates there and looks good. However, when I do a test purchase and the email comes that way, the product image isn't there, and no matter how much I click on the stars, it doesn't navigate to the review page. Why? What am I doing wrong?

Data migrated via Klaviyo is not similar to MailChimp.

Hello,We recently migrated the historical mailchimp campaign data to Klaviyo via the Klaviyo integration app and selected the option “Collect open and click data for MailChimp campaigns."We observe that “Bounced” and “Recipients” metrics  are the same as MailChimp.But there are data mismatches between “Opened” and “Clicked” metrics.Why are the data not the same as mailchimp after historical data synced?Could someone provide some insight into this?

toastNotification.errorMessages.fcm_unspecified_error when sending an Android notification

Hey, I get a following error: `toastNotification.errorMessages.fcm_unspecified_error` when trying to send an Android notification through Klaviyo dashboard. I’m using react-native (0.73.6) and klaviyo-react-native-sdk (0.3.1). I’ve integrated also @react-native-firebase/app (19.1.1) and @react-native-firebase/messaging (19.1.1). I can send iOS notifications both from Firebase Console and Klaviyo Console (using APNS tokens). When it comes to Android I can only send notifications from Firebase Console. Trying to send them through Klaviyo I get an error above. Android notifications are enabled in Klaviyo. The error message does not help. It looks like a FCM unspecified error:However, it’d be weird, cause I can send notifications from Firebase using the same FCM token. Any idea what can be the reason?

Do you guys recommend constructing emails on Klaviyo’s editor or designing on figma and then slicing and inserting into Klaviyo? I like that the figma alternative gives you more customization but would like to know how everyone else is using Klaviyo.

To avoid functionality disruptions, disable the following plugins: WP Rocket.

I have install and setup of wp rocket but klaviyo disconnected and now saying to disable WP Rocket to use Klaviyo. Is klaviyo not ok with wp rocket? Can we not use it? Here is the link: https://ibb.co/LNLVxKQ

Active On Site (and following) events not working – Shopify App Embed Integration

Hi, we’ve been successfully using the the Klaviyo App embed integration in our Shopify and were able to receive Active On Site, Viewed Product and Added to Cart events. Recently we changed our Theme to Broadcast and when I failed to implement the “back in stock” event + flow I realized that none of the Active on site events etc. are being received by Klavyio. I double-checkend the integration via the app embed, tried manual installation of the code snippet and lastly also the integration via Google Tag Manager. The snippet shows up in the source code but now events are coming trough. At last I removed all manual snippets, tags etc., removed the Shopify/Klaviyo integration and reconnected – no success, same effect! I searched a lot in the community but didn’t find a solution. And then also the back in stock code snippet fails and causes error messages

Forcing Campaign background - in Dark Mode

Hi Everyone!I have a question about email deliverability for Dark Mode / Dark Screens…I've searched ALL of Klaviyo online + community help, but couldn't find the answer:Has anyone been able to troubleshoot and overcome the limitation of Klaviyo/email deliverability in dark mode by forcing a campaign to display in a certain background/block colour, regardless of the phone settings?(yes I read Klaviyo’s best practices articles which is a bit shallow, and also threads suggested like this one..  Has anyone cracked the code - is there coding in the backend that can be the key to this? We have a specific brand colour, that is neither white nor black, I’m finding the colour inversions very challenging to overcome as a marketeer! Adding a white outline to the black logo makes it look terrible! Thanks for your insights and intelligence!

Matching image color to background color

Hi Klaviyo --I would like to know if I can choose a background color to match a color in my image.  I don’t have any color codes.  I am hoping that I can hover over the image, and your software will read and mimic a color from the image that I have uploaded to Klaviyo email draft.Thanks, Stephanie

Notification when subscriber updates preferences

Hi! I revised my preferences page to allow subscribers to choose what they would like to receive (email and/or SMS), as well as a custom property field for any notes they would like to submit.Two things:I tested this with one of my personal accounts by adding my phone number and subscribing to SMS...but that change wasn’t made in the profile - the phone number was not added to the profile nor was the profile added to my SMS list. Any thoughts as to why (or is this functionality something that isn’t possible from the preferences page? Is there a way to receive a notification when a subscriber updates his or her preferences?Thanks!Nan

Setup a 2-way sync between Shopify metafields or tags

Hello, Looking to keep all customer data in one place. Since there are so many apps that sync with Shopify, it makes sense to keep the customer data in Shopify. The idea is to use Tags or use Shopify Customer Metafields to house First-party and Zero-party data, etc… Here is where I am at in my understanding of these 2 options to keep everything synced.TAGS: Klaviyo pulls in Shopify tags, but if you are using Klaviyo forms to capture customer data, the data becomes silo’d in Klaviyo, and does not get passed back into Shopify. METAFIELDS: Do not sync out of the box in either direction.  Has anyone setup something similar and found solutions for this use case?

Hello everyone,I'm working on an email template in Klaviyo, and I'm using {{ event.Items|default:'' }} to display a list of items from multiple orders. However, the preview shows the list with square brackets and commas, like this:How's Your Experience with ['Product 1', 'Product 2', 'Product 3']? I'd like to format this list without the square brackets and ideally add the word 'and' between multiple items, like this:How's Your Experience with Product 1, Product 2, and Product 3? Can anyone please advise on how to achieve this formatting using Klaviyo? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

Why are my fonts changing once it's been delivered?

Hi there,What's the best way to set a font that shows up in all email providers? I’ve been using Century Gothic within my templates as it fits in well with my branding style, but it always reverts back to Arial when delivered to my subscribers. Is there another font I could use that’s still modern and in keeping with my brand, and still shows up the same upon delivery in most email clients?Here’s a screenshot of the current font I use and how it shows up in the Klaviyo preview. Thanks,Meeta
